There are four changes in total from the Leinster team that accounted for Munster in the PRO12 last weekend, with two in the backs and two in the forwards to take on Castres.
Rob Kearney continues at full-back as he wins his 180th cap with Zane Kirchner coming in on the right wing and Isa Nacewa again selected on the left wing and as captain.
Nacewa went over 500 points for Leinster last weekend with his two tries and late conversion. Having now scored 511 points, including 36 tries, he is fifth on the all time Leinster point scorer table.
Having made his debut last weekend in the Aviva Stadium, Robbie Henshaw will make his first start in the RDS Arena with Garry Ringrose outside him at 13.
In the half-backs, with Johnny Sexton feeling a tightness in his hamstring at training during the week, there is one change with Joey Carbery coming in for his European debut alongside Luke McGrath.
In the pack Jack McGrath comes into the front row alongside Sean Cronin and Tadhg Furlong.
McGrath will win his 100th cap for Leinster against Castres having made his debut in April 2010 against the Glasgow Warriors. As well as 99 Leinster caps, the 27 year old St Mary's club man has won 33 Ireland caps since his debut against Samoa in 2013.
In the back row there is one final change with Josh van der Flier coming in at open side. Rhys Ruddock continues at blind side with Jamie Heaslip again at number eight.
Heaslip will become the second most capped player in Leinster history when he lines out for his 222nd game and in doing so will become the most capped forward in Leinster history. Gordon D'Arcy on 261 is the player with the most Leinster appearances.
Meanwhile, Castres have made eight changes to their starting XV for their trip to Dublin.
Rory Kockott and Julien Dumora return in the half-backs, with Geoffrey Palis at full-back and Thomas Combezou named at outside centre.
An entirely new front row sees Antoine Tichit, Jody Jenneker and Daniel Kotze all start, with Mathieu Babillot the final change at blindside flanker.

Leinster
Leinster (/ˈlɛnstər/ — Irish: Laighin / Cúige Laighean — pronounced [ˈl̪ˠaːjɪnʲ]) is one of the Provinces of Ireland situated in the east of Ireland. It comprises the ancient Kingdoms of Mide, Osraige and Leinster. Following the 12th-century Norman invasion of Ireland, the historic fifths of Leinster and Mide gradually merged, mainly due to the impact of the Pale, which straddled both, thereby forming the present-day province of Leinster. The ancient kingdoms were shired into a number of counties for administrative and judicial purposes. In later centuries, local government legislation has seen further sub-division of the historic counties.
Leinster has no official function for local-government purposes. However, the province is an officially recognised subdivision of Ireland. It is listed on ISO-3166-2 as one of the four provinces of Ireland and "IE-L" is attributed to Leinster as its country sub-division code.
Leinster had a population of 2,504,814 according to the 2011 census, making it the most populous province in the country The traditional flag of Leinster features a golden harp on a green background.

Munster Rugby
Munster Rugby (Irish: Rugbaí Mumhan) is one of the four professional provincial rugby teams from the island of Ireland. They compete in the Pro12 and the European Rugby Champions Cup. The team represents the IRFU Munster Branch, which is one of four primary branches of the IRFU, and is responsible for rugby union throughout the geographical Irish province of Munster. Their main home ground is Thomond Park, Limerick, though some smaller profile games are played at Musgrave Park, Cork. The Munster Rugby logo consists of three crowns and a stag. The team motto is "To the brave and faithful, nothing is impossible"; it is derived from the motto of the MacCarthy clan – "Forti et Fideli nihil difficile".
History
Foundation and early years
Munster was officially founded in 1879, at the same time as Leinster and Ulster, with Connacht being founded ten years later in 1889. The first Interprovincial matches between Leinster, Ulster and Munster, however, were held in 1875. The founding of the Munster branch of the IRFU was intended to organise and oversee the game within the province, and prevent any club bias by providing neutral selectors for the representative side. In amateur days, the four Irish provinces played against each other in the Irish Interprovincial Championship and also played touring international sides. Leinster, as now, were the most accomplished side.
