"Social media troll Alex Stein put on a pro-Ukraine, anti-Russia freestyle show during a city council meeting in Plano, Texas, on Tuesday.
The popular Instagram user, whose handle is @conspircycastle, called for a bullet to be put in the head of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
As civic leaders in the Dallas suburb discussed routine business, Stein took the floor, played a beat from his mobile phone, and let it rip.
“Hello council, my name is Prime Time 99 Alex Stein, and I have a little presentation for you today, I have a little audio accompaniment,” Stein said at the meeting. “I hope you guys like my flavor.”
He began, “Gas prices are way too high, Putin’s got to die, put a bullet in Putin’s head. Yeah, that’s what I said.”"

UN chief of political affairs Rosemary DiCarlo told the Security Council that the war in Ukraine is “the most severe test” the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has faced since their creation, adding that “the Russian invasion has shaken the foundations of the European security architecture to its core.”
Addressing the Security Council today (14 Mar) in New York, DiCarlo said, “as we meet, the bloodshed continues to worsen. Russian forces have now launched deadly strikes in the west of Ukraine. Ukrainian cities are under unrelenting shelling and bombardment, with many civilians killed daily.”
The chief of political affairs also said that her office is “deeply disturbed” by reports that Ukrainian municipal officials in Russian-controlled parts of the country have been abducted, adding that there are also reports of civilians, including journalists, being targeted, allegedly by Russian forces.
DiCarlo reiterated, “we must not allow any questioning of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders. Such questioning would be inconsistent with the United Nations Charter and relevant Security Council and General Assembly resolutions.”
She continued, “amid these dire conditions, the United Nations continues to scale up not only its humanitarian support to the people of Ukraine, but also its engagement with key partners like the OSCE in support of an immediate ceasefire and a lasting diplomatic solution.”
DiCarlo highlighted, “how the OSCE and other regional actors choose to secure the future of European security cooperation will have an impact beyond Europe.”
She continued, “the UN supports all efforts to restore mutual trust and respect among regional stakeholders, which is essential to preserving the continent from new conflict and the world from further instability.”
She reiterated, “we, therefore, all have a stake in the outcome.”
Polish diplomat Zbigniew Rau spoke at the Council as the Chairperson-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
He said, “the war is against the interests of Russia and the Russian people and leads itself to isolation. We expect the Russian side to honor its international obligations and commitments. And a sustainable political solution must fully respect sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders.”
He added that the door to diplomacy is still open and called on Russia to “engage in a meaningful and substantial dialogue to seek a peaceful solution to the current crisis.”
The Polish diplomat also said, “we will continue to call on all sides of military conflicts to abide by humanitarian law and to refrain from activities directed against civilian population and the infrastructure.”
He reiterated, “we OSCE stands ready to cooperate closely with UN humanitarian agencies to facilitate and provide the necessary assistance. These matters also include creating effective evacuation routes for the civilian population.”
Russian Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya told the Council that the point of the work of the Chairperson-in-office is precisely to solve disagreements between participating States and to bring positions closer, adding that “it is in no way to take biased steps which further inflame confrontation. And especially not to head up an anti-Russian campaign in the OSCE.”
The Russian Ambassador also said that the UN over recent days “repeatedly drawn attention to the topic of mediation in conflict. What type of mediation can talk about when you obviously have picked aside in this conflict?”
Ukrainian Ambassador Sergiy Kyslytsya underlined the need to “explore all OSCE tools to document Russian crimes, and to ensure public and timely reaction by the Chairperson-in-Office, special representatives and the OSCE autonomous institutions.”
He said, “we expect the [inaudible] to be vocal on the cases to flagrant human rights violations stemming from the Russian aggression against Ukraine.”
Ambassador Kyslytsya continued, “Russia is intensifying its propaganda and disinformation campaign and we consider that the OSCE representative on Freedom of the Media has to pay close attention to Russia’s false narratives.”
He appreciated OSCE’s “strong stance against violations against journalists, which remains an element of the Russian aggression.”

Did you know Star Trek was inspired by channelings from the council of 9?
Numerous channeled works refer to the council of 9 as being a powerful group who governs this solar system. Is this true. Do they exist on Saturn?
The council are mentioned in the law of one as well as numerous other texts from Dolores Cannon to Greek myths. Here I explore some of what I have found about the council of 9.
Quite a bit of the material that was put into the Star Trek series came from Gene Roddenberry’s experiences in channelling and seance groups. One of the groups he regularly attended met in the US in the 1980s, where information from a ‘Council of Nine’ was channelled by Phyllis V. Schlemmer.
At the meetings where Phyllis channeled, members and visitors could ask questions of the Council. Gene Roddenberry got to ask questions that helped him make sense of other worlds, and find out who the actual Council were. The conversations that took place in these meetings also influenced the content of his scripts.
How do we know this? Because members of the group eventually transcribed a book of the Channellings, and Gene is mentioned in the book as a participant and there are some transcripts of his questions and answers as well. The book is called ‘Earth – The Only Planet of Choice’, and was edited by Palden Jenkins. It was published in the 1980s.

Letter dated 28 February 2014 from the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations addressed to the President of the Security Council (S/2014/136).
In its third emergency meeting on Ukraine this week, Russia vetoed a Security Council draft resolution today (25 Feb) that would have condemned the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine.
Following the vote, US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield said, “you can veto this resolution, but you cannot veto our voices. You cannot veto the truth. You cannot veto our principles. You cannot veto the Ukrainian people. You cannot veto the UN Charter, and you will not veto accountability.”
China’s Ambassador Zhang Jun stressed that “faced with a highly complex and sensitive situation, the Security Council should make a necessary response,” but added that “such a response should also be taken with great caution.”
All actions, he said, “should be truly conducive to defusing the crisis rather than adding fuel to fire” and cautioned that “imposing sanctions in may only lead to more casualties, more property loss, a more complicated and chaotic situation and more difficulties in bridging differences. It may completely shut the door to a peaceful solution.”
Addressing Council members, Russian Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya said, “you have made Ukraine a pawn in your geopolitical game with no concern whatsoever about the interest of the Ukrainian people. Responsibility for what is transpiring at present lies not only with the Ukrainian government, but it also lies at your feet, ladies and gentlemen. And today's draft resolution, your draft resolution is nothing other than yet another brutal inhumane move in this Ukrainian chessboard.”
For his part, Ukraine’s Ambassador Sergiy Kyslytsya said, “last night was the most horrific for Kiev since, just imagine, 1941 when it was attacked by Nazis. Last night was attacked by someone who pretends they are fighting with Neo-Nazism. Therefore, I'm not surprised as Russia voted against. Russia is keen on continuing its Nazi style course of action.”
Eleven countries voted in favour of the resolution while three countries -- China, India and the United Arab Emirates -- abstained from voting.

North-American Interfraternity Conference
The North-American Interfraternity Conference (or NIC; formerly known as the National Interfraternity Conference) is an association of collegiate men's fraternities that was formally organized in 1910, although it began on November 27, 1909. The power of the organization rests in a House of Delegates in which each member fraternity is represented by a single delegate. However, the group's executive and administrative powers are vested in an elected board of directors consisting of nine volunteers from various NIC fraternities. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, the NIC also operates a small professional staff.
The NIC seeks to provide services that will include, "but not be limited to, promotion of cooperative action in dealing with fraternity matters of mutual concern, research in areas of fraternity operations and procedures, fact-finding and data gathering, and the dissemination of such data to the member fraternities". However, it notes that "[c]onference action shall not in any way abrogate the right of its member fraternities to self-determination".

Local councils of the Boy Scouts of America
The program of the Boy Scouts of America is administered through 273 local councils, with each council covering a geographic area that may vary from a single city to an entire state. Each council receives an annual charter from the National Council and is usually incorporated as a charitable organization. Most councils are administratively divided into districts that directly serve Scout units.
Councils fall into one of four regions: Western, Central, Southern, and Northeast. Each region is then subdivided into areas. The total number of councils depends on how they are counted:

The council level organization is similar to that of the National Council. Councils are headed by a collective of three people known as the 'Key 3'. The Key 3 consists of the Scout executive, a paid employee who administers a staff of professional Scouters; a council president, a volunteer, serves as the chairman of a volunteer board of directors; and a council commissioner, also a volunteer, coordinates the efforts of trained volunteers who provide direct service to the units (Cub Scout packs, Boy Scout troops, etc.).

Did you know Star Trek was inspired by channelings from the council of 9? Numerous channeled works refer to the council of 9 as being a powerful group who governs this solar system. Is this true. Do they exist on Saturn? The council are mentioned in the law of one as well as numerous other texts from Dolores Cannon to Greek myths. Here I explore some of what I have found about the council of 9. Quite a bit of the material that was put into the Star Trek series came from Gene Roddenberry’s experiences in channelling and seance groups. One of the groups he regularly attended met in the US in the 1980s, where information from a ‘Council of Nine’ was channelled by Phyllis V. Schlemmer. UN chief of political affairs Rosemary DiCarlo told the Security Council that the war in Ukraine is “the most severe test” the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has faced since their creation, adding that “the Russian invasion has shaken the foundations of the European security architecture to its core.”
Addressing the Security Council today (14 Mar) in New York, DiCarlo said, “as we meet, the bloodshed continues to worsen. Russian forces have now launched deadly strikes in the west of Ukraine. Ukrainian cities are under unrelenting shelling and bombardment, with many civilians killed daily.”
The chief of political affairs also said that her office is “deeply disturbed” by reports that Ukrainian municipal officials in Russian-controlled parts of the country have been abducted, adding that there are also reports of civilians, including journalists, being targeted, allegedly by Russian forces.
DiCarlo reiterated, “we must not allow any questioning of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders. Such questioning would be inconsistent with the United Nations Charter and relevant Security Council and General Assembly resolutions.”
She continued, “amid these dire conditions, the United Nations continues to scale up not only its humanitarian support to the people of Ukraine, but also its engagement with key partners like the OSCE in support of an immediate ceasefire and a lasting diplomatic solution.”
DiCarlo highlighted, “how the OSCE and other regional actors choose to secure the future of European security cooperation will have an impact beyond Europe.”
She continued, “the UN supports all efforts to restore mutual trust and respect among regional stakeholders, which is essential to preserving the continent from new conflict and the world from further instability.”
She reiterated, “we, therefore, all have a stake in the outcome.”
Polish diplomat Zbigniew Rau spoke at the Council as the Chairperson-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
He said, “the war is against the interests of Russia and the Russian people and leads itself to isolation. We expect the Russian side to honor its international obligations and commitments. And a sustainable political solution must fully respect sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders.”
He added that the door to diplomacy is still open and called on Russia to “engage in a meaningful and substantial dialogue to seek a peaceful solution to the current crisis.”
The Polish diplomat also said, “we will continue to call on all sides of military conflicts to abide by humanitarian law and to refrain from activities directed against civilian population and the infrastructure.”
He reiterated, “we OSCE stands ready to cooperate closely with UN humanitarian agencies to facilitate and provide the necessary assistance. These matters also include creating effective evacuation routes for the civilian population.”
Russian Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya told the Council that the point of the work of the Chairperson-in-office is precisely to solve disagreements between participating States and to bring positions closer, adding that “it is in no way to take biased steps which further inflame confrontation. And especially not to head up an anti-Russian campaign in the OSCE.”
The Russian Ambassador also said that the UN over recent days “repeatedly drawn attention to the topic of mediation in conflict. What type of mediation can talk about when you obviously have picked aside in this conflict?”
Ukrainian Ambassador Sergiy Kyslytsya underlined the need to “explore all OSCE tools to document Russian crimes, and to ensure public and timely reaction by the Chairperson-in-Office, special representatives and the OSCE autonomous institutions.”
He said, “we expect the [inaudible] to be vocal on the cases to flagrant human rights violations stemming from the Russian aggression against Ukraine.”
Ambassador Kyslytsya continued, “Russia is intensifying its propaganda and disinformation campaign and we consider that the OSCE representative on Freedom of the Media has to pay close attention to Russia’s false narratives.”
He appreciated OSCE’s “strong stance against violations against journalists, which remains an element of the Russian aggression.”

Numerous channeled works refer to the council of 9 as being a powerful group who governs this solar system. Is this true. Do they exist on Saturn?
The council are mentioned in the law of one as well as numerous other texts from Dolores Cannon to Greek myths. Here I explore some of what I have found about the council of 9.
Quite a bit of the material that was put into the Star Trek series came from Gene Roddenberry’s experiences in channelling and seance groups. One of the groups he regularly attended met in the US in the 1980s, where information from a ‘Council of Nine’ was channelled by Phyllis V. Schlemmer.
At the meetings where Phyllis channeled, members and visitors could ask questions of the Council. Gene Roddenberry got to ask questions that helped him make sense of other worlds, and find out who the actual Council were. The conversations that took place in these meetings also influenced the content of his scripts.
How do we know this? Because members of the group eventually transcribed a book of the Channellings, and Gene is mentioned in the book as a participant and there are some transcripts of his questions and answers as well. The book is called ‘Earth – The Only Planet of Choice’, and was edited by Palden Jenkins. It was published in the 1980s.

Did you know Star Trek was inspired by channelings from the council of 9?
Numerous channeled works refer to the council of 9 as being a powerful group who governs this solar system. Is this true. Do they exist on Saturn?
The council are mentioned in the law of one as well as numerous other texts from Dolores Cannon to Greek myths. Here I explore some of what I have found about the council of 9.
Quite a bit of the material that was put into the Star Trek series came from Gene Roddenberry’s experiences in channelling and seance groups. One of the groups he regularly attended met in the US in the 1980s, where information from a ‘Council of Nine’ was channelled by Phyllis V. Schlemmer.
At the meetings where Phyllis channeled, members and visitors could ask questions of the Council. Gene Roddenberry got to ask questions that helped him make sense of other worlds, and find out who the actual Council were. The conversations that took place in these meetings also influenced the content of his scripts.
How do we know this? Because members of the group eventually transcribed a book of the Channellings, and Gene is mentioned in the book as a participant and there are some transcripts of his questions and answers as well. The book is called ‘Earth – The Only Planet of Choice’, and was edited by Palden Jenkins. It was published in the 1980s.

In its third emergency meeting on Ukraine this week, Russia vetoed a Security Council draft resolution today (25 Feb) that would have condemned the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine.
Following the vote, US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield said, “you can veto this resolution, but you cannot veto our voices. You cannot veto the truth. You cannot veto our principles. You cannot veto the Ukrainian people. You cannot veto the UN Charter, and you will not veto accountability.”
China’s Ambassador Zhang Jun stressed that “faced with a highly complex and sensitive situation, the Security Council should make a necessary response,” but added that “such a response should also be taken with great caution.”
All actions, he said, “should be truly conducive to defusing the crisis rather than adding fuel to fire” and cautioned that “imposing sanctions in may only lead to more casualties, more property loss, a more complicated and chaotic situation and more difficulties in bridging differences. It may completely shut the door to a peaceful solution.”
Addressing Council members, Russian Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya said, “you have made Ukraine a pawn in your geopolitical game with no concern whatsoever about the interest of the Ukrainian people. Responsibility for what is transpiring at present lies not only with the Ukrainian government, but it also lies at your feet, ladies and gentlemen. And today's draft resolution, your draft resolution is nothing other than yet another brutal inhumane move in this Ukrainian chessboard.”
For his part, Ukraine’s Ambassador Sergiy Kyslytsya said, “last night was the most horrific for Kiev since, just imagine, 1941 when it was attacked by Nazis. Last night was attacked by someone who pretends they are fighting with Neo-Nazism. Therefore, I'm not surprised as Russia voted against. Russia is keen on continuing its Nazi style course of action.”
Eleven countries voted in favour of the resolution while three countries -- China, India and the United Arab Emirates -- abstained from voting.

"Social media troll Alex Stein put on a pro-Ukraine, anti-Russia freestyle show during a city council meeting in Plano, Texas, on Tuesday.
The popular Instagram user, whose handle is @conspircycastle, called for a bullet to be put in the head of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
As civic leaders in the Dallas suburb discussed routine business, Stein took the floor, played a beat from his mobile phone, and let it rip.
“Hello council, my name is Prime Time 99 Alex Stein, and I have a little presentation for you today, I have a little audio accompaniment,” Stein said at the meeting. “I hope you guys like my flavor.”
He began, “Gas prices are way too high, Putin’s got to die, put a bullet in Putin’s head. Yeah, that’s what I said.”"

UN chief of political affairs Rosemary DiCarlo told the Security Council that the war in Ukraine is “the most severe test” the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has faced since their creation, adding that “the Russian invasion has shaken the foundations of the European security architecture to its core.”
Addressing the Security Council today (14 Mar) in New York, DiCarlo said, “as we meet, the bloodshed continues to worsen. Russian forces have now launched deadly strikes in the west of Ukraine. Ukrainian cities are under unrelenting shelling and bombardment, with many civilians killed daily.”
The chief of political affairs also said that her office is “deeply disturbed” by reports that Ukrainian municipal officials in Russian-controlled parts of the country have been abducted, adding that there are also reports of civilians, including journalists, being targeted, allegedly by Russian forces.
DiCarlo reiterated, “we must not allow any questioning of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders. Such questioning would be inconsistent with the United Nations Charter and relevant Security Council and General Assembly resolutions.”
She continued, “amid these dire conditions, the United Nations continues to scale up not only its humanitarian support to the people of Ukraine, but also its engagement with key partners like the OSCE in support of an immediate ceasefire and a lasting diplomatic solution.”
DiCarlo highlighted, “how the OSCE and other regional actors choose to secure the future of European security cooperation will have an impact beyond Europe.”
She continued, “the UN supports all efforts to restore mutual trust and respect among regional stakeholders, which is essential to preserving the continent from new conflict and the world from further instability.”
She reiterated, “we, therefore, all have a stake in the outcome.”
Polish diplomat Zbigniew Rau spoke at the Council as the Chairperson-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
He said, “the war is against the interests of Russia and the Russian people and leads itself to isolation. We expect the Russian side to honor its international obligations and commitments. And a sustainable political solution must fully respect sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders.”
He added that the door to diplomacy is still open and called on Russia to “engage in a meaningful and substantial dialogue to seek a peaceful solution to the current crisis.”
The Polish diplomat also said, “we will continue to call on all sides of military conflicts to abide by humanitarian law and to refrain from activities directed against civilian population and the infrastructure.”
He reiterated, “we OSCE stands ready to cooperate closely with UN humanitarian agencies to facilitate and provide the necessary assistance. These matters also include creating effective evacuation routes for the civilian population.”
Russian Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya told the Council that the point of the work of the Chairperson-in-office is precisely to solve disagreements between participating States and to bring positions closer, adding that “it is in no way to take biased steps which further inflame confrontation. And especially not to head up an anti-Russian campaign in the OSCE.”
The Russian Ambassador also said that the UN over recent days “repeatedly drawn attention to the topic of mediation in conflict. What type of mediation can talk about when you obviously have picked aside in this conflict?”
Ukrainian Ambassador Sergiy Kyslytsya underlined the need to “explore all OSCE tools to document Russian crimes, and to ensure public and timely reaction by the Chairperson-in-Office, special representatives and the OSCE autonomous institutions.”
He said, “we expect the [inaudible] to be vocal on the cases to flagrant human rights violations stemming from the Russian aggression against Ukraine.”
Ambassador Kyslytsya continued, “Russia is intensifying its propaganda and disinformation campaign and we consider that the OSCE representative on Freedom of the Media has to pay close attention to Russia’s false narratives.”
He appreciated OSCE’s “strong stance against violations against journalists, which remains an element of the Russian aggression.”

Did you know Star Trek was inspired by channelings from the council of 9?
Numerous channeled works refer to the council of 9 as being a powerful group who governs this solar system. Is this true. Do they exist on Saturn?
The council are mentioned in the law of one as well as numerous other texts from Dolores Cannon to Greek myths. Here I explore some of what I have found about the council of 9.
Quite a bit of the material that was put into the Star Trek series came from Gene Roddenberry’s experiences in channelling and seance groups. One of the groups he regularly attended met in the US in the 1980s, where information from a ‘Council of Nine’ was channelled by Phyllis V. Schlemmer.
At the meetings where Phyllis channeled, members and visitors could ask questions of the Council. Gene Roddenberry got to ask questions that helped him make sense of other worlds, and find out who the actual Council were. The conversations that took place in these meetings also influenced the content of his scripts.
How do we know this? Because members of the group eventually transcribed a book of the Channellings, and Gene is mentioned in the book as a participant and there are some transcripts of his questions and answers as well. The book is called ‘Earth – The Only Planet of Choice’, and was edited by Palden Jenkins. It was published in the 1980s.

Letter dated 28 February 2014 from the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations addressed to the President of the Security Council (S/2014/136).
In its third emergency meeting on Ukraine this week, Russia vetoed a Security Council draft resolution today (25 Feb) that would have condemned the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine.
Following the vote, US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield said, “you can veto this resolution, but you cannot veto our voices. You cannot veto the truth. You cannot veto our principles. You cannot veto the Ukrainian people. You cannot veto the UN Charter, and you will not veto accountability.”
China’s Ambassador Zhang Jun stressed that “faced with a highly complex and sensitive situation, the Security Council should make a necessary response,” but added that “such a response should also be taken with great caution.”
All actions, he said, “should be truly conducive to defusing the crisis rather than adding fuel to fire” and cautioned that “imposing sanctions in may only lead to more casualties, more property loss, a more complicated and chaotic situation and more difficulties in bridging differences. It may completely shut the door to a peaceful solution.”
Addressing Council members, Russian Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya said, “you have made Ukraine a pawn in your geopolitical game with no concern whatsoever about the interest of the Ukrainian people. Responsibility for what is transpiring at present lies not only with the Ukrainian government, but it also lies at your feet, ladies and gentlemen. And today's draft resolution, your draft resolution is nothing other than yet another brutal inhumane move in this Ukrainian chessboard.”
For his part, Ukraine’s Ambassador Sergiy Kyslytsya said, “last night was the most horrific for Kiev since, just imagine, 1941 when it was attacked by Nazis. Last night was attacked by someone who pretends they are fighting with Neo-Nazism. Therefore, I'm not surprised as Russia voted against. Russia is keen on continuing its Nazi style course of action.”
Eleven countries voted in favour of the resolution while three countries -- China, India and the United Arab Emirates -- abstained from voting.

North-American Interfraternity Conference
The North-American Interfraternity Conference (or NIC; formerly known as the National Interfraternity Conference) is an association of collegiate men's fraternities that was formally organized in 1910, although it began on November 27, 1909. The power of the organization rests in a House of Delegates in which each member fraternity is represented by a single delegate. However, the group's executive and administrative powers are vested in an elected board of directors consisting of nine volunteers from various NIC fraternities. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, the NIC also operates a small professional staff.
The NIC seeks to provide services that will include, "but not be limited to, promotion of cooperative action in dealing with fraternity matters of mutual concern, research in areas of fraternity operations and procedures, fact-finding and data gathering, and the dissemination of such data to the member fraternities". However, it notes that "[c]onference action shall not in any way abrogate the right of its member fraternities to self-determination".
