Ahlaam was filmed in Iraq during the immediate aftermath of Saddam Hussein's fall and represents the first film made by Iraqis capturing this pivotal moment in their history.
Director Mohamed Al-Daradji's film captures the confusion, uncertainty, and death that engulfed Baghdad. Voyeuristically, we move between the past and the present of the lives of the Iraqis caught up in the maelstrom and entangled in the chaos of American Shock and Awe .
Ahlaam follows the stories of three characters, searching the bombed-out city for friends, family, sanity, and salvation.

Dreams (2006 film)
Dreams (Arabic: أحلام) is a 2006 Iraqi film directed by Mohamed Al-Daradji. It was Iraq's submission to the 79th Academy Awards for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, but was not accepted as a nominee.
About
Mohamed Al-Daradji returned to Iraq shortly after the American invasion of Baghdad. There he found heartbreaking chaos and was particularly disturbed with the sight of numerous psychiatric patients wandering on the streets as the hospitals were being destroyed by the bombings. The experience served as the germ for what would be Mohamed's first feature film, Ahlaam. Filmed on location in Baghdad in 2004. "I would like to bring the subject very close to the audience with an artistic point of view" he said.

Dream
Dreams are successions of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations that occur usually involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep. The content and purpose of dreams are not definitively understood, though they have been a topic of scientific speculation, as well as a subject of philosophical and religious interest, throughout recorded history. The scientific study of dreams is called oneirology.
Dreams mainly occur in the rapid-eye movement (REM) stage of sleep—when brain activity is high and resembles that of being awake. REM sleep is revealed by continuous movements of the eyes during sleep. At times, dreams may occur during other stages of sleep. However, these dreams tend to be much less vivid or memorable.
The length of a dream can vary; they may last for a few seconds, or approximately 20–30 minutes. People are more likely to remember the dream if they are awakened during the REM phase. The average person has three to five dreams per night, and some may have up to seven; however, most dreams are immediately or quickly forgotten. Dreams tend to last longer as the night progresses. During a full eight-hour night sleep, most dreams occur in the typical two hours of REM.

Director Mohamed Al-Daradji's film captures the confusion, uncertainty, and death that engulfed Baghdad. Voyeuristically, we move between the past and the present of the lives of the Iraqis caught up in the maelstrom and entangled in the chaos of American Shock and Awe .
Ahlaam follows the stories of three characters, searching the bombed-out city for friends, family, sanity, and salvation.

◢ Using a complex pattern of binaural beat and isochronic tone frequencies dedicated to help you achieve good sleep and have lucid dreams, this 8-hour music track is divided into four unique sections. In the first 2 hours we've used frequencies that range from 3-13Hz (Alpha-Theta range) to help calm your mind and feel deeply relaxed. There is a pleasurable feeling of floating and it will give effects such as stress reduction, relaxed awareness, release of serotonin, and an induction to sleep spindles as your mind and body allows itself into sleep. It also contains triggers for creativity and imagery and access to subconscious images as you doze off.
The second and third sections contain more of the Theta waves, which are also present in dreaming, sleep, deep meditation and creative inspiration. As you have already fallen asleep, the binaural beats tap into your subconsciousness as your mind prepares itself into a lucid dream state. The music is more steady so as not to interrupt your sleep.
The fourth and last section returns itself to the Alpha range with a mix of Theta and Delta. This is where deep sleep occurs and more often than not, the dream state. There is a decreased awareness of the physical world. This section also contains the Earth Resonance or Schumann Resonance, which will leave you feeling revitalized upon waking up.
In order to achieve Lucid Dreaming, please research on different tips found on the web. Lucid Dreaming doesn't happen all at once, so patience is an important factor.

◢ Journey into your Mountain of Dreams with our latest lucid dream inducing music that uses binaural beats and isochronic tone frequencies created to assist you achieve good sleep and experience lucid dreams. This 8-hour music track is divided into four parts. The first 2 hours uses frequencies that range from 3-13Hz (Alpha-Theta range) to help calm your mind and feel deeply relaxed. There is a pleasurable feeling of floating and it will give effects such as stress reduction, relaxed awareness, release of serotonin, and an induction to sleep spindles as your mind and body allows itself into sleep. It also contains triggers for creativity and imagery access to subconscious images as you doze off.
The second and third sections contain more of the Theta waves, which are also present in dreaming, sleep, deep meditation and creative inspiration. As you have already fallen asleep, the binaural beats tap into your subconsciousness as your mind prepares itself into a lucid dream state. The music is more steady so as not to interrupt your sleep.
The fourth and last section returns itself to the Alpha range with a mix of Theta and Delta. This is where deep sleep occurs and more often than not, the dream state. There is a decreased awareness of the physical world. This section also contains the Earth Resonance or Schumann Resonance, which will leave you feeling revitalized upon waking up.
Lucid Dreaming doesn't happen all at once, so patience is an important factor. We also advise you to keep a dream journal near you. Listen with headphones for the best brainwave entrainment effects!

Hey guys!
I wanted to address the new name for this type of series, StageCraft. Ever since MyStreet Season 1 I felt that our series as a whole are no longer roleplays. Roleplays, to me, are videos that do not have a set script and lines are improved on the spot. Hence the actors are actually role-playing their specific characters.
Our series have not been like that since Diaries Season 1.
We have been striving to find a better term for the shows that we've been making and that is why we came up with the term StageCraft. A StageCraft video on my channel means that it is an video that has been carefully scripted, recorded via a cinematic camera (No first person), and completely voice acted. I want you to know that every video with the tag StageCraft is going to be a video that we put our heart and soul into.
Dreams of Estorra will be a COMPLETE StageCraft series. I hope you all enjoy it!
