  1. Look you can have as many get togethers as you want. The issue is simple: How do you convince Germany which is basically profiting from the crisis to come to the table to change the rules that she herself created in order to maintain maximum trading advantage? How do you convince the Germans to abandon a rigged game which is all in their favor. Pretty soon Germany will be flooded with bad news from the trade front and their willingness to change would diminish even further.

    Your position is basically don’t let the Far Right forces prevail in Europe and take it apart but the compromise you offer to the status quo leaves them uninterested.

    Of course in the end you will have the pleasure of the “I told you so” but no one is listening at the moment. Which only points towards the way of a violent and ugly solution. But who is to blame for such deadlock?
