Havalimanı çıkışında bir basın açıklaması yapan Başbuğ; “ Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, örgüt konusunda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin bizlere daha somut belge, delil, elindeki bilgileri aktarması halinde bu konuyu daha iyi anlama ve değerlendirme şansımız olacak şeklinde bizlere ifade ettiler.” dedi.
Şanghay Üniversitesi’nin davetlisi olarak Çin’e giden Eski Genelkurmay Başkanı, Emekli Orgeneral İlker Başbuğ, Emekli Hava Pilot Orgeneral Bilgin Balanlı, Emekli Koramiral Kadir Sağdıç, Bilişimci Murat Başbuğ ve aydınlık gazetesi yazarı Rafet Ballı’dan oluşan heyet İstanbul’a döndü. Çıkışta basın mensuplarına açıklama yapan Başbuğ; “ Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, PYD konusunda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin bizlere daha somut belge, delil, elindeki bilgileri aktarması halinde bu konuyu daha iyi anlama ve değerlendirme şansımız olacak şeklinde bizlere ifade ettiler.” dedi.
Çin’deki izlenimlerinden bahseden Başbuğ, “Çin şu anda özellikle ekonomik kalkınmaya öncelik veriyor. Açık şekilde uluslar arası ilişkilerde çok önde gözükmediği izlenimini aldık. Çin halk Cumhuriyeti Türkiye ile olan ilişkilerine gerçekten önem veriyor. Bu açıdan bu bir hafta süren toplantı zarfında özellikle Türkiye’nin görüşlerini net olarak Suriye’de yaşananlar, Irak’ta yaşananlar, Türkiye’nin terörle yapmış olduğu mücadele ve Irak’ta, Suriye’de gelecekte olabilecek durumlara ilişkin olarak Türkiye’nin görüşlerini görüştüğümüz kişilere net olarak aktarma şansına sahip olduk. Çok yararlı görüşmelerde bulunduk. Gerek üniversiteler gerekse düşünce kuruluşları, devlete ait makamlar devlete bağlı organlardı. Dolayısıyla görüşlerimizde devlet makamlarını da iletilecek.” ifadelerini kullandı.
Ülke sorunlarından da bahseden Başbuğ, “Biz her zaman ülkemizi ve milletimizi düşünüyoruz. Daha öncede defalarca ifade ettiğim gibi maalesef ülkemiz hemen hemen her konuda bir bölünmüşlük içinde, toplumsal bir bölünmüşlük sorunumuz var. Dolayısıyla bu insanların mutluluğunu huzurlu ve yeterli seviyeye getirmiyor. Daha çok söylemek gerekirse insanların geleceğe yönelik güven duygularında bazı sıkıntıların olduğu aşikâr. Bunun için her zaman dediğimiz gibi ülkemizin en önemli sorunlarından bir tanesi bana göre en önemli sorunu ülkede bölünmüşlüğü değil bütünleşmeye yönelik herkesin bu şekilde adım atması lazım ancak bu şekilde atılırsa toplumun geleceğe olan güveni artmış olur. Bence Çin’de aldığımız en önemli derslerden bir tanesi bu. Nereye gitsek aklımız ülkemizde. Maalesef biraz önce indik haberlere bakıyorsunuz Adana’da bir yurtta yangın haberi olmuş. Öğrencilerimizi kaybediyoruz. Olaylar var. Tabi mutlaka Türkiye bu sorunların üstesinden gelecektir. Ümitsizliğe yer yok, tabi burada önemli olan toplumu yönlendiren, toplum üzerinde etkili olan herkesin ülkeyi bölünmeye değil bölücü ayrışmaya değil bütünleştirmeye götürecek şekilde konuşması ve davranışlarını o şekilde yönlendirmesi bence fevkalade önemli olan konu.” şeklinde konuştu.
İki ülke arasındaki en önemli olgunun ekonomi olduğunu belirten İlker Başbuğ,” İki ülke arasındaki ilişkiler dediğiniz zaman akla ilk önce ekonomi alanı geliyor. Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti biliyorsunuz Türkiye’nin Almanya’dan sonra ikinci en çok ilişkileri olduğu ülke ancak maalesef Türkiye’nin ithalat ve ihracat durumuna bakarsak Çin’e yönelik arada çok büyük eksiklik var. Bunu da ilgililerle konuştuk. Onlarda bu aradaki farkın azaltılmasıyla ilgili çabaların olmasına inanıyorlar. İthalat ve ihracat arasındaki dengeyi sağlamada en akla gelen birinci alan turizm. Onlar da bunu kabul ediyorlar. Turizm alanındaki gelişmelerin olumlu neticeler vereceğine onlar da inanıyorlar. Maalesef bir gerçek var ülkemizdeki terör olayları ülkemize gelen turist sayılarında arzu edilmeyen azalmalara neden oluyor. Türkiye bu terör sorunundan da en kısa zamanda çıkmak mecburiyetinde. Ülkemize çok açıdan zarar veriyor. Netice olarak yararlı ve faydalı toplantılar yaptık. Yararlı bir ziyaret oldu." dedi.

In the Hebrew Bible and the Quran, Aaron אַהֲרֹן (UK /ˈɛərən/, US /ˈærən/) was the older brother of Moses (Exodus 6:16-20, 7:7; Qur'an 28:34) and a prophet of God. Unlike Moses, who grew up in the Egyptian royal court, Aaron and his elder sister Miriam remained with their kinsmen in the eastern border-land of Egypt (Goshen). When Moses first confronted the Egyptian king about the Israelites, Aaron served as his brother's spokesman ("prophet") to Pharaoh. (Exodus 7:1) Part of the Law (Torah) that Moses received from God at Sinai granted Aaron the priesthood for himself and his male descendants, and he became the first High Priest of the Israelites. Various dates for his life have been proposed, ranging from approximately 1600 to 1200 BC. Aaron died before the Israelites crossed the Jordan river and he was buried on Mount Hor (Numbers 33:39; Deuteronomy 10:6 says he died and was buried at Moserah). Aaron is also mentioned in the New Testament of the Bible.

İlker Başbuğ
Mehmet İlker Başbuğ (born 29 April 1943) was the 26th Chief of the General Staff of Turkey. He was charged with contravention of Articles 309, 310, and 311 of the Turkish Penal Code. In August 2013, he was convicted on charges "establishing and leading a terrorist organization" and "attempting to destroy the Turkish government or to attempting to partially or completely prevent its functioning" and sentenced to life imprisonment as part of the Ergenekon trials. However, the Constitutional Court of Turkey determined that Başbuğ's legal rights were violated and overturned his conviction; he was released on 7 March 2014.
Biography
İlker Başbuğ was born in Afyonkarahisar, a city in western Turkey in 1943. He graduated from the Turkish Military Academy in 1962 and the Infantry School in 1963.
He served as Platoon Leader and Company Commander in various units subordinate to the Turkish Land Forces until 1971. Having graduated from the War College as staff officer in 1973, he held a wide variety of command and staff positions as Staff Officer at Plans and Operations Department at Turkish General Staff, Lecturer at the Army War College, Action Officer at the Intelligence Department at NATO Headquarters in Brussels-Belgium, Chief of Defense Research Branch of Plans and Policy Department at Turkish Land Forces Headquarters and as the Commander of the 247th Infantry Regiment, 51st Division.

Şanghay Üniversitesi’nin davetlisi olarak Çin’e giden Eski Genelkurmay Başkanı Emekli Orgeneral İlker Başbuğ ve beraberindeki heyet İstanbul’a döndü.
Havalimanı çıkışında bir basın açıklaması yapan Başbuğ; “ Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, örgüt konusunda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin bizlere daha somut belge, delil, elindeki bilgileri aktarması halinde bu konuyu daha iyi anlama ve değerlendirme şansımız olacak şeklinde bizlere ifade ettiler.” dedi.
Şanghay Üniversitesi’nin davetlisi olarak Çin’e giden Eski Genelkurmay Başkanı, Emekli Orgeneral İlker Başbuğ, Emekli Hava Pilot Orgeneral Bilgin Balanlı, Emekli Koramiral Kadir Sağdıç, Bilişimci Murat Başbuğ ve aydınlık gazetesi yazarı Rafet Ballı’dan oluşan heyet İstanbul’a döndü. Çıkışta basın mensuplarına açıklama yapan Başbuğ; “ Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, PYD konusunda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin bizlere daha somut belge, delil, elindeki bilgileri aktarması halinde bu konuyu daha iyi anlama ve değerlendirme şansımız olacak şeklinde bizlere ifade ettiler.” dedi.
Çin’deki izlenimlerinden bahseden Başbuğ, “Çin şu anda özellikle ekonomik kalkınmaya öncelik veriyor. Açık şekilde uluslar arası ilişkilerde çok önde gözükmediği izlenimini aldık. Çin halk Cumhuriyeti Türkiye ile olan ilişkilerine gerçekten önem veriyor. Bu açıdan bu bir hafta süren toplantı zarfında özellikle Türkiye’nin görüşlerini net olarak Suriye’de yaşananlar, Irak’ta yaşananlar, Türkiye’nin terörle yapmış olduğu mücadele ve Irak’ta, Suriye’de gelecekte olabilecek durumlara ilişkin olarak Türkiye’nin görüşlerini görüştüğümüz kişilere net olarak aktarma şansına sahip olduk. Çok yararlı görüşmelerde bulunduk. Gerek üniversiteler gerekse düşünce kuruluşları, devlete ait makamlar devlete bağlı organlardı. Dolayısıyla görüşlerimizde devlet makamlarını da iletilecek.” ifadelerini kullandı.
Ülke sorunlarından da bahseden Başbuğ, “Biz her zaman ülkemizi ve milletimizi düşünüyoruz. Daha öncede defalarca ifade ettiğim gibi maalesef ülkemiz hemen hemen her konuda bir bölünmüşlük içinde, toplumsal bir bölünmüşlük sorunumuz var. Dolayısıyla bu insanların mutluluğunu huzurlu ve yeterli seviyeye getirmiyor. Daha çok söylemek gerekirse insanların geleceğe yönelik güven duygularında bazı sıkıntıların olduğu aşikâr. Bunun için her zaman dediğimiz gibi ülkemizin en önemli sorunlarından bir tanesi bana göre en önemli sorunu ülkede bölünmüşlüğü değil bütünleşmeye yönelik herkesin bu şekilde adım atması lazım ancak bu şekilde atılırsa toplumun geleceğe olan güveni artmış olur. Bence Çin’de aldığımız en önemli derslerden bir tanesi bu. Nereye gitsek aklımız ülkemizde. Maalesef biraz önce indik haberlere bakıyorsunuz Adana’da bir yurtta yangın haberi olmuş. Öğrencilerimizi kaybediyoruz. Olaylar var. Tabi mutlaka Türkiye bu sorunların üstesinden gelecektir. Ümitsizliğe yer yok, tabi burada önemli olan toplumu yönlendiren, toplum üzerinde etkili olan herkesin ülkeyi bölünmeye değil bölücü ayrışmaya değil bütünleştirmeye götürecek şekilde konuşması ve davranışlarını o şekilde yönlendirmesi bence fevkalade önemli olan konu.” şeklinde konuştu.
İki ülke arasındaki en önemli olgunun ekonomi olduğunu belirten İlker Başbuğ,” İki ülke arasındaki ilişkiler dediğiniz zaman akla ilk önce ekonomi alanı geliyor. Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti biliyorsunuz Türkiye’nin Almanya’dan sonra ikinci en çok ilişkileri olduğu ülke ancak maalesef Türkiye’nin ithalat ve ihracat durumuna bakarsak Çin’e yönelik arada çok büyük eksiklik var. Bunu da ilgililerle konuştuk. Onlarda bu aradaki farkın azaltılmasıyla ilgili çabaların olmasına inanıyorlar. İthalat ve ihracat arasındaki dengeyi sağlamada en akla gelen birinci alan turizm. Onlar da bunu kabul ediyorlar. Turizm alanındaki gelişmelerin olumlu neticeler vereceğine onlar da inanıyorlar. Maalesef bir gerçek var ülkemizdeki terör olayları ülkemize gelen turist sayılarında arzu edilmeyen azalmalara neden oluyor. Türkiye bu terör sorunundan da en kısa zamanda çıkmak mecburiyetinde. Ülkemize çok açıdan zarar veriyor. Netice olarak yararlı ve faydalı toplantılar yaptık. Yararlı bir ziyaret oldu." dedi.
