NATIONALGALERIE Herbstbeginn (1992)
Dear Readers,
today it is the beginning of autumn in the northern hemisphere - and since 1992 there is always one particular song that I get as an earworm a few days before as the title is "Herbstbeginn" - "Beginning of autumn".
It is a very, very catchy tune. Slow and with a positive attitude.
Most of you will not understand the lyrics but I still entrust this to you.
Have a listen...

MICHAEL HEAD AND THE STRANDS The Olde World (Introducing The Strands)
I don't know if this album "officially" exists... And if it does, if it circulates under the name "Introducing The Strands" (under which I got it) or "The Olde World" (under which there is a cover available and a vinyl release as well).
I suppose, there is a sufficient reason for alternative 2.
So, here we go:
The "lost genius and among the most gifted British songwriters of his generation" [to quote the NME]... with demos and live tracks plus alternative mixes.

THE RIFLES Big Life (2016) New album out August 19th
A little appetizer... The pre-order download tracks:
Sounds like this is gonna be a brilliant album. It better should be...
Supplement on 26Jul2017:
Received news and a review on the album.
7 of 18 songs "falter", which - in plain words - means 39% rubbish. Even more as the review writer is
a) a mod
b) a brilliant britpop DJ
c) a very nice guy
So my expectations are kind of low.

THE CREEPS Collected Rawk'nRoll
THE CREEPS were a Swedish R&B-Garagerock-Band with massive Organ Swoops and a thrilling driving beat. They were formed in 1985, released their first record in 1986 and split in 1997 after their last album "Mr. Freedom Now!"
Their biggest success was their album "Blue Tomato" with the single "Ooh I Like It!", released in 1990.
