PUB TALES Rozelle, Sydney, $3.2 million Tristan Landers, principal at change consulting practice IN21, and her husband, David Landers, general manager for East Asian Growth Markets at the Australian Trade Commission, are selling their heritage-listed 1881 property, Beach Hotel. A former pub converted into a character-filled family home, it has up to six bedrooms, multiple living areas including a library/home office and a courtyard doubling as off-street parking. Kate Lorden of McGrath Balmain will take the property to auction on September 17.
SPORTING DEAL Glen Iris, Melbourne, $2.5 million + Former AFL ruckman Greg Stafford, who now divides his time between his building career with Point Seven Construction and his role as ruck coach with the Melbourne Demons, is selling the four-bedroom house he has owned for 10 years.
