Former FIFO Workers Create Australia's First Urban Mushroom Farm

Julian Mitchell and Ryan Creed started Australia's first urban mushroom farm just more than 12 months ago. The Perth duo recycle coffee grounds from local Fremantle cafes to grow the mushrooms. So far they've reused 8.5 tonnes of coffee waste. HuffPost Australia went to Perth, WA to chat to Julian about why urban farming is such an integral part of a more sustainable future.
