The Steve Waugh Foundation
The Steve Waugh Foundation is a support network that brings people together to assist children and young adults (0-25 years) with a rare disease and who would otherwise have nowhere to turn.
A major motivation behind the Foundation is that no one should have to stand alone; everyone needs a team to support them.
The Foundation is a catalyst that brings people together for a common purpose and works to give those they help a better quality of life, from getting the life changing support they need, to connecting with others and raising awareness.
The Foundation teams up with partners who share the same values and philosophies of striving to make a difference, by assisting those in need with support and the help of a team network. Together with its network, the Foundation forms part of a movement that aims to inspire, connect, involve and engage like minded supporters and partners in the hope of emulating the incredible strength of character of the kids and families they support.
