Paul Hillier
Paul Douglas Hillier (born 9 February 1949 in Dorchester, England) is a conductor, music director and baritone. He specializes in early music and contemporary art music, especially that by composers Steve Reich and Arvo Pärt. He studied at the Guildhall School of Music, beginning his professional career while a vicar-scholar at St Paul's Cathedral, London. His concert début was in 1974 in London's Purcell Room.
Ensembles
In 1974, Hillier co-founded The Hilliard Ensemble along with fellow vicar-scholar Paul Elliott and counter-tenor David James. Hillier remained the director of the ensemble until 1990, when he founded Theatre of Voices. In addition to early music, this group explores more contemporary repertoire. With the Chicago-based His Majestie's Clerkes Hillier recorded early American repertoire such as the works of William Billings on the 1992 album A Land of Pure Delight.
Hillier later became Director of the Early Music Institute at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and, at the same time, of the Pro Arte Singers, remaining so until he left the Institute in 2003. The Pro Arte Singers joined the Theatre of Voices in a couple of recordings. In 2001, he became the Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir.

Paul Hellyer
Paul Theodore Hellyer, PC (born 6 August 1923) is a Canadian engineer, politician, writer and commentator who has had a long and varied career. He is the longest serving current member of the Privy Council of Canada, just ahead of Prince Philip.
Early life
Hellyer was born and raised on a farm near Waterford, Ontario. Upon completion of high school he studied aeronautical engineering at the Curtiss-Wright Technical Institute of Aeronautics in Glendale, California, graduating in 1941. While studying he also obtained a private pilot's licence.
After graduation, Hellyer was employed at Fleet Aircraft in Fort Erie, Ontario, which was then making training craft for the Royal Canadian Air Force as part of Canada's war effort in World War II. He attempted to become an RCAF pilot himself, but was told no more pilots were necessary, after which he joined the Royal Canadian Artillery and served as a gunner for the duration of the war.
Hellyer earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 1949.

Theatre of Voices
Theatre of Voices is a vocal ensemble founded by baritone Paul Hillier in 1990; it focuses on early music and new music.
The ensemble was formed by Paul Hillier while he was teaching at the University of California, Davis, as an avenue to performing more contemporary music while his other group, the Hilliard Ensemble, focused primarily on early music. Originally based in the United States, members of the group originated from both the United States and England. After Hillier's move to Copenhagen in 2003, membership in the group became more international, with members drawn from Denmark, Poland, England, and the United States.
The group has collaborated with a number of composers, including Steve Reich, Arvo Pärt, and John Adams. They premiered Reich's The Cave along with Reich and his musicians, while Reich's Proverb (1995) was written specifically for the ensemble. Theatre of Voices also premiered John Adams' El Niño, the DVD of which was the recipient of a Grammy), while their recording of Pärt's De profundis was in the Billboard Top Ten Albums.

On Saturday June 25, 2016 a major story was revealed at the Alien Cosmic Expo’s – “A Hearing on ET Disclosure,” in Brantford, Ontario. As you will see, if you read this whole article, it may just point to the operations center of the UFO cover-up.
The Hearing on UFO Disclosure, arranged by Victor Vigianni, involved a panel of UFO researchers presenting best evidence and a panel of reporters who listened and asked questions. Literally hundreds of people, cameras, and reporters jammed the large ballroom.
I was one of the presenters at the Hearing. I presented very statements from the Canadian Government Top Secret memo on flying saucers, and statements made by high ranking United States officials, and from officials with connections to the White House.

that I had not heard before. That was until the former Canadian Minister of National Defense and former Deputy Prime Minister Paul Hellyer started to take questions related to his testimony.
Hellyer had two important remarks in reply to the questions.
1) The first thing that he mentioned is that he only saw sighting reports as Minister of Defense which would hint at the fact that the head of Defense in Canada is not briefed or read in on the UFO program. Hellyer stated that he saw UFO sighting reports but he did not pay any attention to them as he was not interested in the subject and was busy trying to combine all the military branches of the Canadian military into one combined force. Then he pointed out a key piece of evidence stating that if he had been interested, and had requested files or a briefing, he could not have been refused. This completely contradicts the conspiracy belief held strongly in the UFO research community that some Wizard of Oz or deep black cabal actually runs the government and that elected officials are simply puppets pretending to be in charge.
2) The more important and dramatic piece of evidence presented by Hellyer was a story he told about the day he was called to listen to some death bed confession. Paul did not provide dates for the events but he received a call from a man who said that the former head of emergency measures in Canada (let’s call him official X) was dying of ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) and that he has a story he wanted to get off his chest. He had decided that Paul Hellyer was the man he wanted to tell the story to. This is the story recounted by Hellyer
One additional person in Ottawa who would know is the Chief of Emergency Measures. The reason I know is that I interviewed the previous one that the previous one who is now deceased. He went to Langley and the CIA asked him if he wanted to see one of these craft. They flew him to Area 51 and let him go inside one. He was allowed no make notes and all these sort of things, I guess so he could be in a better position if one of these things crashed here and he was involved in trying to do something positive about it. Before he was allowed to go he had to sign an oath of secrecy and not tell anyone, and he didn’t in his life tell anyone including his wife. An Air Force buddy phoned me and told me he was dying of Lou Gehrig’s disease, and at that point he thought he should tell someone. I made an appointment with him and my buddy phoned me up and told me “You better get in touch with him right away because he is right on the edge.”
I phoned him and he gave me a full report of what he saw and the whole idea of the inside of the craft, and this sort of thing, along with the fact that he had been briefed. He felt that he could now tell, and I would be a good one to tell.[1]

Following a hugely successful 2016 Isle of Man TT with the Jackson Racing Honda team, Mercer displayed great consistency and significantly improved form across the classes with eighth and 11th place finishes in the two Monster Energy Supersport races, where he produced a new personal best lap in the class at 124.392mph.
He opened his account for the week with a solid twelfth place finish in the RST Superbike race, where the 34-year old recorded his best ever lap of the 37.73-mile course at 129.323mph, whilst he took a fine tenth place in the Superstock race with a best lap of 127.590mph.
In this exclusive interview Steve discusses his TT 2017 preparations with James Whitham as they cover topics like testing sessions, favourite sections of the course, first time experiences and aspirations for the TT races this year.

Plainsong is monophonic, consisting of a single, unaccompanied melodic line. Its rhythm is generally freer than the metered rhythm of later Western music.
An ANTIPHON (Greek ἀντίφωνον, ἀντί "opposite" and φωνή "voice") in Christian music and ritual is a responsory by a choir or congregation, usually in the form of a Gregorian chant, to a psalm or other text in a religious service or musical work.
According to Grout, a TROPE was originally a newly composed addition, usually in neumatic style and with a poetic text, to one of the antiphonal Chants of the Proper of the Mass (most often to the Introit, less often to the Offertory and Communion); later, such additions were made also to Chants of the Ordinary (especially the Gloria). The earliest tropes served as prefaces to the regular chant; at a later stage, tropes are found also in the form of interpolations between the lines of a chant.
In the early manuscripts of chants are to be found from time to time certain rather long melodic passages which recur, practically unchanged in many different contexts.
Long melismas of this sort came to be attached to the Alleluia in the liturgy -- at first simply as extensions of the chant but later, in still larger and more elaborate forms, as new additions. Such extensions and additions were given the name sequentia or "SEQUENCE" (from the Latin "siquor," to follow), perhaps originally because of their position "following" the Alleluia.
