The man fled and was confronted by another woman who was passing by on Thompson Crescent in Clontarf about 3.45pm.

A day later on August 9 at Apex Park on Hornibrook Esplanade at Woody Point about 6.50pm, a young man of similar description exposed himself to a 49-year-old woman after the two engaged in conversation.

The man was described as caucasian, 178 centimetres tall, light hair, medium build and most noticeably he had large holes in his ear lobes where spacer earings had been.

On the first occasion he was wearing a dark baseball cap, a red t-shirt, blue shorts and white running shoes.

The second time he was wearing a blue hoodie and dark tracksuit pants.

Police have asked anyone who has seen anything suspicious or recognises the man to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
