Felicity (festival)
Felicity is the annual cultural and technical festival of International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT-H). It is held in February for three days at IIIT-H in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
History
Felicity, as a festival of the IIITH Campus, was first conceived in 2001, and it has been organised successfully every year since the February of following year. It originated under a declaration, that aimed to define the motive of the festival for years to come.
"A time of enjoyment, reveling, appreciation of privilege, freedom and comfort given to us, sense of celebration, the feeling and hope that everything is all right with the world. A feeling that we will make the world a better place than we found it."
From the year 2004 onwards technical events were included in the festival under the banner of Threads. Thus it expanded from merely being a cultural festival to a cultural as well as technical festival. Over the years Felicity has grown in presence and stature, witnessing performances by major artists, hosting talks by eminent personalities, and drawing participation from all over the country.

Felicity is a 1978 Australian romantic drama and sexploitation or Ozploitation film starring Canadian actress Glory Annen and written and directed by John D. Lamond.
Plot
Felicity Robinson (Glory Annen) is a teen who studies at a remote Roman Catholic Church boarding school and who seeks indulgence in popular erotic novels Story of O, Emmanuelle and in a lesbian love affair with her friend Jenny (Jody Hanson). Her father arranges her holiday trip to Hong Kong where she will stay with a wealthy couple, Christine (Marilyn Rodgers) and Stephen (Gordon Charles). After a party at the couple's mansion, she is deflowered by a guest, Andrew (David Bradshaw) and Christine introduces her to libertine Me Ling (Joni Flynn). Me Ling initiates Felicity to new pleasures. However, Felicity eventually falls in love with Miles (Chris Milne) who saves her from a bunch of Chinese thugs.

Logline; A family torn countries apart by the violent actions of their father.

Synopsis: A phone call sends a family spread across the globe into a frenzy of emotions. Their abusive father has been released from prison after years of incarceration. The mother in Australia seeks support from her daughter in the United States, who then seeks help from her brother in the United Kingdom. Each family member comes to terms with the domestic violence they experienced in the past before their father went to prison.
