Barry Humphries, Meow Meow and the ACO have taken Europe by storm

Barry Humphries at home in London.

Barry Humphries has just finished a tour of the UK and the US with Australian Chamber Orchestra and cabaret performer Meow Meow. The "degenerate" show, curated by Humphries, showcased the music of Berlin's Weimar Republic (during the 1920s-1930s) from jazz, cabaret and tango to Broadway-musical style pieces written by composers including Kurt Weill, Krenek, Schulhoff, Toch, Brandt and Grosz.
