Departments throughout the City of Tampa spread their holiday cheer to the citizens of Tampa.
The Channel District continues its transformation from a warehouse and distribution center to a residential and arts & entertainment magnet. Related Development opened a 356-unit Pierhouse Channelside apartment complex and two other properties were entitled for hi-rise apartment towers. Plans are now underway to construct a third public park in the neighborhood and significant infrastructure improvements continue to be made throughout the area. These amenities and improvements are certain to attract additional investment to this exciting and dynamic urban neighborhood.
