Out of all the different non-verbal behaviors, I think that spotting attraction is without a doubt the easiest. We are very emotional creatures and when we're attracted to somebody, it's very, very difficult to hide. People think they're hiding it, but things always slip.
One of the ways they slip are essentially the eyes. There are a lot of different ways you can use the eyes to determine whether or not someone's attracted to you. The first thing is essentially eye contact. For the most part, usually we make eye contact with people that we're interested in or people that we're attracted to. Right? But this is not entirely true. Some people are shy or anxious and they're not going to make eye contact. So what you're looking for essentially is a deviation in eye contact.
So one of the ways you can use eye contact and there's a little trick that's very, very reliable. So what you're going to do is if you look at somebody in a bar or restaurant or on the street and they break eye contact vertically, so they look down. So you make eye contact with them and they break eye contact vertically and then within 20-30 seconds they reestablish eye contact, approach them. They like you. It's a very, very reliable thing.
Essentially what they're doing. You stare at them. They're submitting to you and then they take a little second glance to see who you are. It's very, very, very reliable. The opposite of that would be if you look at somebody and they look at you and they immediately go and break eye contact. Nope, not interested. But what is reliable is they break eye contact and they come back. Break eye contact and then come back. Break eye contact and then come back. It's very interesting.
And don't let it wait. If you see that, go right away because the more and more you wait. The more and more eye contact becomes very, very awkward. One of the things that I do in one of my classes is I have people stare each other in the eyes for three minutes without saying anything. They just stare each other in the eyes like this. Try that. Go out and try to stare somebody in the eyes for even 90 seconds. I guarantee you can't do it. It's awkward. It's so awkward because humans are not really at a level intimacy. When you stare somebody in the eyes is so awkward when you're doing it with a stranger.
Studies will show that if you stare somebody in the eyes for 90 seconds to three minutes, all of a sudden you're going to like that person a lot better than everybody else in the room because you kind of shared this emotional connection. So eye contact is important in that respect.
The second thing you can look for essentially is blink rate. Now, this is really cool. So blink rate correlate with emotional excitement. When we are emotionally excited, our blink rates tend to increase. Right? Average blink rates tend to be below 20 blinks per minute. For most people it really depends on where you are, but it's really hard to nail down what the average blink rate is. But in my experience, it seems to be around 10 blinks per minute. Right? So you see, whenever you see a sudden spike or a bunch of sudden spikes in somebody's blink rate in can be an indication of attraction. In my dating studies you see blink rates through the roof because the person across the table from you has an emotional response. You're attracted to them.
The third way of kind of using the eyes to determine attraction is dilation. It's very interesting. Our eyes dilate when we're attracted to something. Right? Go out and find a Maxim magazine or a Playboy magazine or any cover that's predominately men focusing. Every single woman will have her eyes dilated. You never, ever see them constricted. The reason why is because men perceive women with dilated eyes more attractive than women with more constricted eyes. To the point of back in the day prostitutes used to put a specific toxin in their eyes to make them dilate.

In this video, I want to do a demo on how to use tension to create sexual attraction. We've been talking a lot about tension. We've been talking about vulnerability, emotion, connection, and we're talking about the container men make the groundedness in a sense and how it turns into a bubble and creates a really nice connection. So I want to bring up a demo bring up a model. We're gonna do a demo of some of this stuff. And so you can see it all kind of put together my model from an invite yet. And this is, yeah, it's gonna be for you as everybody. And what we're going to do is do a quick demo on what tension looks like. Because a lot of you guys, you know, you see it, you hear it, but you don't really understand it as I stand here and look at, yes, there's a certain level of tension.
As I look at her increases, as I look away, it's going to decrease. You could feel that rise and fall in your body. If you can't develop that awareness to develop that awareness, you have to feel down the corridor body and relax right through here. You're tightening up. It's not going to work. If you're tense, it's not going to work. So if I look at her there's tension and available, go away. There's less tension. I look at her again, there's tension and you can feel it rise and fall. If I'm comfortable and relaxing my body, it can feel really good. If I'm turning on, it can feel really good. I'm attracted. She can feel that if I'm appreciative, she can feel that she feels my emotions. Now, if I'm tightening up through here and thinking a lot, what is, what's she going to feel? She's going to feel me primarily. What does it feel like to you? Yeah, I'm going to do it right now. I tighten up. Look at you scared.
So bitterness. Have you ever described it as if you've ever said what he's thinking? What are you feeling? Being in your head? You know, those terms. Okay. What do those terms mean to you? Being very worried about what the other person is saying, the trend and pretending to be somebody else. So when a guy's in his head, can you feel his emotion? Definitely. There's a lot of people. And as a kid, a lot of ego and insecurity. That's how she says it. And as soon as I start to it's like I'm top in my head and I go up and start thinking a lot coming up here and it's this close.
I got to come up higher. Okay. Okay. So then I start to relax and I start to drop down on my body and I start to appreciate or enjoy you more as a person, as a human being, as a beautiful woman, opening that to me. So you welcome me. Welcome to me. Awesome. That's what I feel like you're giving me and that makes you more comfortable and actually enjoy talking to me, whereas the other way I would imagine it wouldn't be fun, right? It feels secure into your perfect. Thank you. So if I walk over to Yaz and I'm in my head like this, you guys should be able to feel as your read. If you're aware of, unless you're in your head yourself and feel the tension I'm creating a threat. It's not good. It's this tension and opposition pushing away. Now, if I step back and I relax, dropped down, I start feeling down the core of my body.
I open up and I walk over to her and I stay in that appreciative, good feeling energy, which I'm not faking by the way. It's real. It feels very different and it feels very inviting. So tension is all about that rise and fall attention. The next piece is when I feel down here, she begins to feel all my emotions. She doesn't, she feels the rise and fall of tension, but what makes her okay with that rise of tension makes her enjoy. As fact, she can feel my emotions too all at the same time. And then if I sit here long enough with eyes and I just enjoy her, we start to create a bubble and everything out here starts to kind of blur out when we have this moment. It's that connected space where you seem to be talking to somebody for a long time. You just seem to enjoy it. And I'm sure you've all had that. And what's that space like for you? Yes.
That space, like for me, I'm starting to appreciate the masculinity and the sensitivity and filament. And I think that's the great mix anyway. And then you're like the open up, it makes you open up to them.

Leigh and American-born Raz-Ma-Taz (Richard Allen Smith) were original members and vocalists of the group E-Rotic, which started in 1994 with their first three chart topping singles "Max Don't Have Sex With Your Ex", "Fred Come to Bed" and "Sex on the Phone" followed by their debut studio album Sex Affairs. Out of all the different non-verbal behaviors, I think that spotting attraction is without a doubt the easiest. We are very emotional creatures and when we're attracted to somebody, it's very, very difficult to hide. People think they're hiding it, but things always slip.
One of the ways they slip are essentially the eyes. There are a lot of different ways you can use the eyes to determine whether or not someone's attracted to you. The first thing is essentially eye contact. For the most part, usually we make eye contact with people that we're interested in or people that we're attracted to. Right? But this is not entirely true. Some people are shy or anxious and they're not going to make eye contact. So what you're looking for essentially is a deviation in eye contact.
So one of the ways you can use eye contact and there's a little trick that's very, very reliable. So what you're going to do is if you look at somebody in a bar or restaurant or on the street and they break eye contact vertically, so they look down. So you make eye contact with them and they break eye contact vertically and then within 20-30 seconds they reestablish eye contact, approach them. They like you. It's a very, very reliable thing.
Essentially what they're doing. You stare at them. They're submitting to you and then they take a little second glance to see who you are. It's very, very, very reliable. The opposite of that would be if you look at somebody and they look at you and they immediately go and break eye contact. Nope, not interested. But what is reliable is they break eye contact and they come back. Break eye contact and then come back. Break eye contact and then come back. It's very interesting.
And don't let it wait. If you see that, go right away because the more and more you wait. The more and more eye contact becomes very, very awkward. One of the things that I do in one of my classes is I have people stare each other in the eyes for three minutes without saying anything. They just stare each other in the eyes like this. Try that. Go out and try to stare somebody in the eyes for even 90 seconds. I guarantee you can't do it. It's awkward. It's so awkward because humans are not really at a level intimacy. When you stare somebody in the eyes is so awkward when you're doing it with a stranger.
Studies will show that if you stare somebody in the eyes for 90 seconds to three minutes, all of a sudden you're going to like that person a lot better than everybody else in the room because you kind of shared this emotional connection. So eye contact is important in that respect.
The second thing you can look for essentially is blink rate. Now, this is really cool. So blink rate correlate with emotional excitement. When we are emotionally excited, our blink rates tend to increase. Right? Average blink rates tend to be below 20 blinks per minute. For most people it really depends on where you are, but it's really hard to nail down what the average blink rate is. But in my experience, it seems to be around 10 blinks per minute. Right? So you see, whenever you see a sudden spike or a bunch of sudden spikes in somebody's blink rate in can be an indication of attraction. In my dating studies you see blink rates through the roof because the person across the table from you has an emotional response. You're attracted to them.
The third way of kind of using the eyes to determine attraction is dilation. It's very interesting. Our eyes dilate when we're attracted to something. Right? Go out and find a Maxim magazine or a Playboy magazine or any cover that's predominately men focusing. Every single woman will have her eyes dilated. You never, ever see them constricted. The reason why is because men perceive women with dilated eyes more attractive than women with more constricted eyes. To the point of back in the day prostitutes used to put a specific toxin in their eyes to make them dilate.

In this video, I want to do a demo on how to use tension to create sexual attraction. We've been talking a lot about tension. We've been talking about vulnerability, emotion, connection, and we're talking about the container men make the groundedness in a sense and how it turns into a bubble and creates a really nice connection. So I want to bring up a demo bring up a model. We're gonna do a demo of some of this stuff. And so you can see it all kind of put together my model from an invite yet. And this is, yeah, it's gonna be for you as everybody. And what we're going to do is do a quick demo on what tension looks like. Because a lot of you guys, you know, you see it, you hear it, but you don't really understand it as I stand here and look at, yes, there's a certain level of tension.
As I look at her increases, as I look away, it's going to decrease. You could feel that rise and fall in your body. If you can't develop that awareness to develop that awareness, you have to feel down the corridor body and relax right through here. You're tightening up. It's not going to work. If you're tense, it's not going to work. So if I look at her there's tension and available, go away. There's less tension. I look at her again, there's tension and you can feel it rise and fall. If I'm comfortable and relaxing my body, it can feel really good. If I'm turning on, it can feel really good. I'm attracted. She can feel that if I'm appreciative, she can feel that she feels my emotions. Now, if I'm tightening up through here and thinking a lot, what is, what's she going to feel? She's going to feel me primarily. What does it feel like to you? Yeah, I'm going to do it right now. I tighten up. Look at you scared.
So bitterness. Have you ever described it as if you've ever said what he's thinking? What are you feeling? Being in your head? You know, those terms. Okay. What do those terms mean to you? Being very worried about what the other person is saying, the trend and pretending to be somebody else. So when a guy's in his head, can you feel his emotion? Definitely. There's a lot of people. And as a kid, a lot of ego and insecurity. That's how she says it. And as soon as I start to it's like I'm top in my head and I go up and start thinking a lot coming up here and it's this close.
I got to come up higher. Okay. Okay. So then I start to relax and I start to drop down on my body and I start to appreciate or enjoy you more as a person, as a human being, as a beautiful woman, opening that to me. So you welcome me. Welcome to me. Awesome. That's what I feel like you're giving me and that makes you more comfortable and actually enjoy talking to me, whereas the other way I would imagine it wouldn't be fun, right? It feels secure into your perfect. Thank you. So if I walk over to Yaz and I'm in my head like this, you guys should be able to feel as your read. If you're aware of, unless you're in your head yourself and feel the tension I'm creating a threat. It's not good. It's this tension and opposition pushing away. Now, if I step back and I relax, dropped down, I start feeling down the core of my body.
I open up and I walk over to her and I stay in that appreciative, good feeling energy, which I'm not faking by the way. It's real. It feels very different and it feels very inviting. So tension is all about that rise and fall attention. The next piece is when I feel down here, she begins to feel all my emotions. She doesn't, she feels the rise and fall of tension, but what makes her okay with that rise of tension makes her enjoy. As fact, she can feel my emotions too all at the same time. And then if I sit here long enough with eyes and I just enjoy her, we start to create a bubble and everything out here starts to kind of blur out when we have this moment. It's that connected space where you seem to be talking to somebody for a long time. You just seem to enjoy it. And I'm sure you've all had that. And what's that space like for you? Yes.
That space, like for me, I'm starting to appreciate the masculinity and the sensitivity and filament. And I think that's the great mix anyway. And then you're like the open up, it makes you open up to them.

Out of all the different non-verbal behaviors, I think that spotting attraction is without a doubt the easiest. We are very emotional creatures and when we're attracted to somebody, it's very, very difficult to hide. People think they're hiding it, but things always slip.
One of the ways they slip are essentially the eyes. There are a lot of different ways you can use the eyes to determine whether or not someone's attracted to you. The first thing is essentially eye contact. For the most part, usually we make eye contact with people that we're interested in or people that we're attracted to. Right? But this is not entirely true. Some people are shy or anxious and they're not going to make eye contact. So what you're looking for essentially is a deviation in eye contact.
So one of the ways you can use eye contact and there's a little trick that's very, very reliable. So what you're going to do is if you look at somebody in a bar or restaurant or on the street and they break eye contact vertically, so they look down. So you make eye contact with them and they break eye contact vertically and then within 20-30 seconds they reestablish eye contact, approach them. They like you. It's a very, very reliable thing.
Essentially what they're doing. You stare at them. They're submitting to you and then they take a little second glance to see who you are. It's very, very, very reliable. The opposite of that would be if you look at somebody and they look at you and they immediately go and break eye contact. Nope, not interested. But what is reliable is they break eye contact and they come back. Break eye contact and then come back. Break eye contact and then come back. It's very interesting.
And don't let it wait. If you see that, go right away because the more and more you wait. The more and more eye contact becomes very, very awkward. One of the things that I do in one of my classes is I have people stare each other in the eyes for three minutes without saying anything. They just stare each other in the eyes like this. Try that. Go out and try to stare somebody in the eyes for even 90 seconds. I guarantee you can't do it. It's awkward. It's so awkward because humans are not really at a level intimacy. When you stare somebody in the eyes is so awkward when you're doing it with a stranger.
Studies will show that if you stare somebody in the eyes for 90 seconds to three minutes, all of a sudden you're going to like that person a lot better than everybody else in the room because you kind of shared this emotional connection. So eye contact is important in that respect.
The second thing you can look for essentially is blink rate. Now, this is really cool. So blink rate correlate with emotional excitement. When we are emotionally excited, our blink rates tend to increase. Right? Average blink rates tend to be below 20 blinks per minute. For most people it really depends on where you are, but it's really hard to nail down what the average blink rate is. But in my experience, it seems to be around 10 blinks per minute. Right? So you see, whenever you see a sudden spike or a bunch of sudden spikes in somebody's blink rate in can be an indication of attraction. In my dating studies you see blink rates through the roof because the person across the table from you has an emotional response. You're attracted to them.
The third way of kind of using the eyes to determine attraction is dilation. It's very interesting. Our eyes dilate when we're attracted to something. Right? Go out and find a Maxim magazine or a Playboy magazine or any cover that's predominately men focusing. Every single woman will have her eyes dilated. You never, ever see them constricted. The reason why is because men perceive women with dilated eyes more attractive than women with more constricted eyes. To the point of back in the day prostitutes used to put a specific toxin in their eyes to make them dilate.

In this video, I want to do a demo on how to use tension to create sexual attraction. We've been talking a lot about tension. We've been talking about vulnerability, emotion, connection, and we're talking about the container men make the groundedness in a sense and how it turns into a bubble and creates a really nice connection. So I want to bring up a demo bring up a model. We're gonna do a demo of some of this stuff. And so you can see it all kind of put together my model from an invite yet. And this is, yeah, it's gonna be for you as everybody. And what we're going to do is do a quick demo on what tension looks like. Because a lot of you guys, you know, you see it, you hear it, but you don't really understand it as I stand here and look at, yes, there's a certain level of tension.
As I look at her increases, as I look away, it's going to decrease. You could feel that rise and fall in your body. If you can't develop that awareness to develop that awareness, you have to feel down the corridor body and relax right through here. You're tightening up. It's not going to work. If you're tense, it's not going to work. So if I look at her there's tension and available, go away. There's less tension. I look at her again, there's tension and you can feel it rise and fall. If I'm comfortable and relaxing my body, it can feel really good. If I'm turning on, it can feel really good. I'm attracted. She can feel that if I'm appreciative, she can feel that she feels my emotions. Now, if I'm tightening up through here and thinking a lot, what is, what's she going to feel? She's going to feel me primarily. What does it feel like to you? Yeah, I'm going to do it right now. I tighten up. Look at you scared.
So bitterness. Have you ever described it as if you've ever said what he's thinking? What are you feeling? Being in your head? You know, those terms. Okay. What do those terms mean to you? Being very worried about what the other person is saying, the trend and pretending to be somebody else. So when a guy's in his head, can you feel his emotion? Definitely. There's a lot of people. And as a kid, a lot of ego and insecurity. That's how she says it. And as soon as I start to it's like I'm top in my head and I go up and start thinking a lot coming up here and it's this close.
I got to come up higher. Okay. Okay. So then I start to relax and I start to drop down on my body and I start to appreciate or enjoy you more as a person, as a human being, as a beautiful woman, opening that to me. So you welcome me. Welcome to me. Awesome. That's what I feel like you're giving me and that makes you more comfortable and actually enjoy talking to me, whereas the other way I would imagine it wouldn't be fun, right? It feels secure into your perfect. Thank you. So if I walk over to Yaz and I'm in my head like this, you guys should be able to feel as your read. If you're aware of, unless you're in your head yourself and feel the tension I'm creating a threat. It's not good. It's this tension and opposition pushing away. Now, if I step back and I relax, dropped down, I start feeling down the core of my body.
I open up and I walk over to her and I stay in that appreciative, good feeling energy, which I'm not faking by the way. It's real. It feels very different and it feels very inviting. So tension is all about that rise and fall attention. The next piece is when I feel down here, she begins to feel all my emotions. She doesn't, she feels the rise and fall of tension, but what makes her okay with that rise of tension makes her enjoy. As fact, she can feel my emotions too all at the same time. And then if I sit here long enough with eyes and I just enjoy her, we start to create a bubble and everything out here starts to kind of blur out when we have this moment. It's that connected space where you seem to be talking to somebody for a long time. You just seem to enjoy it. And I'm sure you've all had that. And what's that space like for you? Yes.
That space, like for me, I'm starting to appreciate the masculinity and the sensitivity and filament. And I think that's the great mix anyway. And then you're like the open up, it makes you open up to them.
