It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return. But what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel.
Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right ones, so that when we finally meet the right person we will know how to be grateful for that gift.
Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion and the romance of relationship and find out you still care for that person.
A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go.
When the door of happiness closes another opens but often times we look so long at the closed door but we don't see the one which has been opened for us.
The best kind of friend is the kind you can just be with.. never say a word and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
It is true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it but it is also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they love you back. Don't expect love in return, Just wait for it to grow in their heart, but if it doesn't, be content it grew in yours!
There are things you'd love to hear, that you will never hear from the person whom you'd like to hear them from. But don't be so deaf as not to hear it from the one who says it from their heart.
Never say goodbye if you still want to try. Never give up if you still feel you can go on. Never say you don't love a person anymore if you can't let go.
Love comes to those who still hope, although they have been disappointed, to those who still believe, although they have been betrayed, to those who still need to love, although they have been hurt before and to those who have courage and faith to build trust again.
It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, a day to love someone but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
Don't go for looks, they can deceive you; don't go for wealth even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make dark days seem bright. Hope you find the someone that makes you smile.

Bruno Mars
Peter Gene Hernandez (born October 8, 1985), professionally known by his stage name Bruno Mars, is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and choreographer. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, by a family of musicians, Mars began making music at a young age and performed in various musical venues in his hometown throughout his childhood. He graduated from high school and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a musical career. Mars produced songs for other artists, co-founding the production team The Smeezingtons.
Mars had an unsuccessful stint with Motown Records, but then signed with Atlantic in 2009. It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return. But what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel.
Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right ones, so that when we finally meet the right person we will know how to be grateful for that gift.
Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion and the romance of relationship and find out you still care for that person.
A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go.
When the door of happiness closes another opens but often times we look so long at the closed door but we don't see the one which has been opened for us.
The best kind of friend is the kind you can just be with.. never say a word and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
It is true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it but it is also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they love you back. Don't expect love in return, Just wait for it to grow in their heart, but if it doesn't, be content it grew in yours!
There are things you'd love to hear, that you will never hear from the person whom you'd like to hear them from. But don't be so deaf as not to hear it from the one who says it from their heart.
Never say goodbye if you still want to try. Never give up if you still feel you can go on. Never say you don't love a person anymore if you can't let go.
Love comes to those who still hope, although they have been disappointed, to those who still believe, although they have been betrayed, to those who still need to love, although they have been hurt before and to those who have courage and faith to build trust again.

Pre-Japan Haul - Preparing to Move to Japan
Every time I move abroad I always buy a few things before I leave. Since I'm about to move to Japan, I went shopping for all the things I wanted to purchase before I take off. Most of the stuff I bought this time was either Canada related or job related. It was actually a lot of the JET Programme and teaching related things that was my big dilemma. I've moved abroad multiple times but I've never taught so that was the new and unknown part for me. But I finally feel prepared and I don't think there is anything else I need to buy pre-Japan. Tripp - I only interview people I respect. I don't throw anyone on these videos so yeah we're happy to have you. Let's talk about you first. Tell us your background to the guys who don't know you then we'll get into some cool tips.
Patrick - The cliffnotes version is I used to be a lawyer a lifetime ago. I started by writing profiles for guys because I found one of my ex-girlfriends from online dating, okcupid, the free version. I did that for about 15-20 people and by the end I was like I have a pretty good system here. I've written tons of messages. I've seen thousands of profiles. I know what works, what's going to get a date, what's going to get a reply, what pictures are good. Things like that. I put that all in my first book a while ago and at that point I started coaching more and I've transitioned into date coaching, date designs and now I'm moving toward social skills, conversation skills, charisma. But it all falls under the umbrella of connecting better with people, talking with people, becoming better friends and being more likable.
Tripp - That's awesome. What do you think is one of the biggest questions you get? What are people asking you guys or girls? What do you think is the one you get over and over that you get sick of hearing?
Patrick - It's probably the simplest thing you can think of. What do I say on this occasion? I don't know what to say. I've fun out of words. I've run out of things to say. It works on 2 levels right? You're in the present where you have to think about it and then in your head where you have to separate yourself and collection yourself and be calm so you can not just blurt out words. It takes a little bit of practice but actually what a nice segway into what we're going to talk about today; improv skills and how they basically are about connecting with people.
Tripp - You know it's funny. I've definitely given that tip out to people myself, telling them go to improv classes because it helps with being able to come up with things to say on the spot hence improvisation. But I've never done it myself, I'll be honest with you, I've never done it myself. The way that I ended up getting good at conversation was by going out and practicing with people. I was never against it. When I was learning this stuff years ago I didn't even know that that was something you could do and then finally when I started getting better at conversation I heard other people talking about like I'm going to improv classes to help with conversation, and I was like wow that's an amazing idea. That's got to help so much right?
Patrick - Yeah it makes sense right? I have to admit I've only been to a handful but at that point my mind was churning on all the similarities. The reason I think people think it's such a helpful tool for people that are learning how to socialize and talk to people and get out of their social shell is because improv and conversation have the same goal.

Also, something went very, very wrong with my PC so I had no choice but to split the recording into two parts. :(

I'm not joking, as soon as I heard about Elite: Dangerous I just knew it was the game for me. I can't wait for the upcoming expansions and I WILL be getting the lifetime pass soon so I'll be able to bring you all the good stuff especially planetary landings when and as soon as they arrive! :D

This concert was one of the Smiths' biggest to date, and it was a success. The band was in top form, in great spirits, and the audience very receptive. The highlight setlist-wise was the live introduction of "Barbarism Begins At Home" which would not be released for another 14 months! "Back To The Old House" was also introduced at this show, unless it was played in Dublin 10 days earlier.
As the band hit the stage Morrissey greeted the audience "Hello chums!" before the band went into "Hand In Glove". The song was performed for the first time as a set opener. It would remain there in the new year when the Smiths would put together their first major tour to promote their debut album. After "Hand In Glove" Morrissey asked "What? Speak to me! Talk me!".
The debut performance of "Barbarism Begins At Home" was introduced with the words "Here's one for the bootleg friends." The version the Smiths performed on this date was quite different to the version that was to be released more than a year later on "Meat Is Murder". The song's structure was significantly different and it included lyrics that would be dropped on the studio recording, like "I've always been such a decent lad" or "I am the man to keep you in place". The new composition was cheered just as much as the other songs, prompting Morrissey to ask "Are you sure? Are you sure?".
Before "Pretty Girls Make Graves", Morrissey commented "It's so nice to see all these innocent faces... such innocent faces... 'Pretty Girls Make Graves'!". In "You've Got Everything Now" he added a few lyric changes to the old ones. He sang "You are your mother's only son and you're a miserable one", "a friendship sadly lost... it could be true and it could be false" and "No I've never had a job because I'm too handsome." Next, "What Difference Does It Make?" was introduced with "This is our new record... and it's a perfectly good question." In it Morrissey sang the slightly different "now you make me feel so ashamed because I've only got two heads".
Morrissey also changed a few words in "This Charming Man": "It's gruesome that someone so ugly should care." The unfamiliar "Back To The Old House" was introduced with the line "And now something really demonic... for you... (something undecipherable)" After "Handsome Devil" Morrissey shouted "Goodbye! Thank you! Goodbye!" and that was the end of the main set.
A few lines into first encore "Accept Yourself" Morrissey changed some words to "I am sick and I am dull and I am thick". He was probably distracted when he sang "how dearly I would love to kick with the fray" instead of "how dearly I'd love to get carried away". The audience was then treated to a second performance of "This Charming Man". This marked the end of the concert, but also of the Smiths' first year, a period during which they went from being unknown to becoming one of the most promising new bands of the eighties.

A rather good audience recording of the complete set is available from bootleg traders who sometimes list it as a soundboard recording, but this has yet to be proven or confirmed. The recording is very clear and crisp. This has not made it on the internet yet otherwise than via a tape transfer, so the digital files have a slightly more muffled sound.

Every time I move abroad I always buy a few things before I leave. Since I'm about to move to Japan, I went shopping for all the things I wanted to purchase before I take off.
Most of the stuff I bought this time was either Canada related or job related. It was actually a lot of the JET Programme and teaching related things that was my big dilemma. I've moved abroad multiple times but I've never taught so that was the new and unknown part for me.
But I finally feel prepared and I don't think there is anything else I need to buy pre-Japan.
