During this initial period, you may experience a 7 to 14 day period of detoxification. If your symptoms are severe (some people have an aggressive detox) then reduce your GSH Complex® to 1 scoop per day, until the symptoms resolve. Detox symptoms can include headache, diarrhea, nausea and a general feeling of flu like symptoms. When the symptoms have resolved, go back to the 3 scoops per day. After the second week, reduce the GSH Complex® to 1 scoop in the AM and 1 scoop in the PM. Continue on this regimen for the first 90 days. After that time, you may be able to reduce your GSH Complex® to 1 scoop per day depending on your symptoms and how you are feeling. If your health challenge is severe it is recommended you use 2 scoops in the AM and 2 scoops in the PM for the first 90 days at a minimum. Before you slowly reduce these amounts, you should be comfortable in the healing process. Healing is a slow but steady process that requires commitment and discipline.
