Review Guidelines

Visitors to this website can submit reviews of the listed businesses. Reviews are subject to the following guidelines:

• You should only submit a review if you have had personal experience with the business in question.
•  All reviews are subjected to moderation and removal without notice.
• To rate a business you must also submit a review. Likewise, if you review a business you must give your experience a rating.
• Star ratings are based on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest.
• If a rating is inconsistent with the tone of the review then it may be deleted.
• Negative, offensive or potentially defamatory reviews will not be posted by default. Businesses will be notified when such a review has been submitted and they can choose to either publish the review or leave it unpublished.
• Ratings from all published and unpublished reviews are used to calculate the average rating of a business.
• We do not accept reviews submitted by owners or employees of a business.
