Who We Are
From student events to architectural photography, the NYU Photo Bureau offers high-quality imagery to enhance the visual presence of the NYU brand. Photo Bureau clients include NYU campuses located in New York City, Shanghai and Abu Dhabi, study away sites, students/faculty/administrators and press agencies.
In addition, as a department within University Relations and Public Affairs, the NYU Photo Bureau houses an extensive photo archive, Picturebank. The Photo Bureau strives to capture all aspects of life at NYU.
What We Do
The NYU Photo Bureau offers photo coverage services including events, portraiture and architectural photography. In collaboration with professional freelance photographers who give the Photo Bureau educational discounts, the PB team ensures that clients receive high-quality imagery at the lowest possible price.
To create publication ready images, retouching, editing and optimizing services are available. In addition, the Photo Bureau manages and negotiates stock image purchases and prints and framing options for the NYU community.
The Photo Bureau covers all administrative and logistical matters pertaining to photo services. From behind the scenes organization to paying vendors, the NYU Photo Bureau makes it simple for clients to quickly and easily have all their photo needs met.
