The National Association of Broadcasters announced today preliminary registered attendance of 103,012 for the 2016 NAB Show, the world's largest annual convention covering filmed entertainment and the development, management and delivery of content across all mediums. The exhibition featured 1,874 companies spanning 1,063,380 net square feet of exhibit space.

NAB Show, the world’s largest annual conference and expo for media and entertainment professionals, today featured the debut of new cinematography and virtual reality camera technologies, conversations with Academy Award-winning editors of “The Big Short” and “The Revenant,” and examinations on the future of over-the-top (OTT) and high dynamic range (HDR) content delivery. This year’s NAB Show runs through Thursday, April 21.

2016 NAB Crystal Radio Award Recipients Announced

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) announced today the 10 recipients of the 29th Annual Crystal Radio Awards. Since 1987, the NAB Crystal Radio Awards have recognized radio stations for their outstanding year-round commitment to community service. The 2016 NAB Crystal Radio Award recipients listed below were chosen among 50 finalists who were honored at today's NAB Show Radio Luncheon.
