Authorities defend teen after he kills couple, eats victim’s face

19-year-old Florida State University student Austin Harrouff stormed out of a restaurant after having dinner with his family then killed two people, and bit off part of a victim’s face, officials said. Harrouff was charged with a double homicide, but Martin County Sheriff William Snyder referred to him as "a good kid."
