The San Francisco All Ages Art & Music Project (SFAAAMP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed by two long-running MRR volunteers. In addition to SFAAAMP’s long-term goal of opening a sustainable, all ages music and art venue in San Francisco, they’ve taken Maximum Rocknroll under their umbrella for fiscal sponsorship.

Besides putting out the monthly zine, MRR also has some other ongoing punk-centric projects that you might not know about, which you can support by donating to MRR:

• Maintaining and preserving the largest archived collection of punk vinyl in the world (more than 46,000 pieces, and counting).
• Cataloging and preserving an archive of more than 2,000 (non-MRR) fanzines, dating from 1977 into the 1990s. Our goal is to make this a researchable database.
• Creating a photographic and print archive of the thousands of photos donated to MRR since issue #1!
