Late may refer to:
A poet is a person who writes poetry. Poets may describe themselves as such or be described as poets by others. A poet may simply be a writer of poetry, or may perform their art to an audience.
The work of a poet is essentially one of communication, either expressing ideas in a literal sense, such as writing about a specific event or place, or metaphorically. Poets have existed since antiquity, in nearly all languages, and have produced works that vary greatly in different cultures and time periods. Throughout each civilization and language, poets have used various styles that have changed through the course of literary history, resulting in a history of poets as diverse as the literature they have produced.
In Ancient Rome, professional poets were generally sponsored by patrons, wealthy supporters including nobility and military officials. For instance, Gaius Cilnius Maecenas, friend to Caesar Augustus, was an important patron for the Augustan poets, including both Horace and Virgil.
Microsoft Windows (or simply Windows) is a metafamily of graphical operating systems developed, marketed, and sold by Microsoft. It consists of several families of operating systems, each of which cater to a certain sector of the computing industry. Active Windows families include Windows NT, Windows Embedded and Windows Phone; these may encompass subfamilies, e.g. Windows Embedded Compact (Windows CE) or Windows Server. Defunct Windows families include Windows 9x and Windows Mobile.
Microsoft introduced an operating environment named Windows on November 20, 1985, as a graphical operating system shell for MS-DOS in response to the growing interest in graphical user interfaces (GUIs). Microsoft Windows came to dominate the world's personal computer market with over 90% market share, overtaking Mac OS, which had been introduced in 1984. However, since 2012, because of the massive growth of smartphones, Windows sells less than Android, which became the most popular operating system in 2014, when counting all of the computing platforms each operating system runs on; in 2014, the number of Windows devices sold were less than 25% of Android devices sold. However, comparisons across different markets are not fully relevant; and for personal computers, Windows is still the most popular operating system.

Acclaimed British-Punjabi poet Daljit Nagra speaks of his writing and the puzzles of identity and cultural hyphenations. Guillermo Rodríguez, the author of When Mirrors Are Windows: A View of A.K. Ramanujan's Poetics, examines the legacy of the late Ramanujan, whose profound and prolific output has influenced the literary instincts of generations of Indian readers and academics. Levi the Poet is really meant to be heard by himself with no musical accompaniment, no doubt. But these two tracks, in my opinion, complement each other deeply. Just be aware that neither of these songs were originally meant to be heard together. Indeed, you can't match the raw emotion of the original performance of Levi's "Trees" which is intentionally unaccompanied, and The Album Leaf's song "Window" was written to be a pure, ethereal, wordless instrumental track. I think these tracks sound quite nice and uplifting when mashed together in the way I tried to do here, but I may have arguably butchered each of them individually in the process of merging them, as each of them have a unique spirit which can only be heard in their true originals. And for that reason, the originals are lin...

Modern Poetry (ENGL 310) with Langdon Hammer Yeats's late poetry is discussed and interpreted. The poet's interest in human knowledge and its relationship to the body, particularly the aging body, is traced from "Leda and the Swan" to "Sailing to Byzantium," "In Memory of Eva Gore-Booth and Con Markievicz," "Two Songs from a Play," and "Vacillation." Yeats's late interest in the experiences of joy, madness, and "gaiety" is examined in "Crazy Jane Talks with the Bishop." Yeats's de-mystifying attitude toward art in "The Circus Animals' Destruction" is contrasted with his celebration of art in "Lapis Lazuli." 00:00 - Chapter 1. When God gives you a dream and puts a promise in your heart, most often, there is a delay. A lot of people give up in the face of opposition and let their dream become buried under discouragement, past mistakes, rejection, negative voices and failure. But that doesn’t have to be you! Your dream may be buried, but the good news is that it’s still alive. It’s not too late to see it come to pass. God promises in Joel 2:25 to restore to you the lost years. It’s time to remember your dream and believe again! For more inspirational messages, visit https://www.JoelOsteen.com/Messages

Disasters Seconds From Disaster Bhopal Nightmare Documentary This December 3rd marks the 20th anniversary of the world's worst industrial disaster. Twenty years later, the legacy of tragedy continues. This is a story of the struggle of ordinary people asserting their basic human rights in the face of the power and greed of a giant multinational corporation. zoom Skulls discarded after research at the Hamidia Hospital in Bhopal. Medical experts believe that the gas inhaled by the people of Bhopal may have affected the brain. This feature was reserached and written by Lisa McDonald, a freelance journalist. When I was first asked to cover this story I was hesitant. I wondered why, twenty years later, anyone would be interested in rehashing an industrial disaster story. The more I researched...

Modern Poetry (ENGL 310) with Langdon Hammer Marie Borroff guest-lectures on Wallace Stevens's late seasonal poem, "The Auroras of Autumn." The poem is considered sequentially, beginning with Stevens's mythology of the three serpents in section one and concluding with an examination of the beauty of the world, as Stevens conceives of it, in sections eight through ten. The poet's optimism and fundamental belief in the power of imagination to divest death of its power is repeatedly demonstrated. The poem's final sections are shown to exemplify characteristically Stevensian conceptions of peace and happiness in the face of death. 00:00 - Chapter 1. Introduction 02:10 - Chapter 2. Here I sit watching the day out
No-one beside me who may doubt
All of the words that I could chose to say
So listen, believe, or be gone from this day
I need a friend to walk with me
And sit in the shade of an old tree
To think nothing much, just agree with my thoughts
To say nothing much, never tell what I ought
Watching the people pass by now
They just don't know why or know how
They don't seem to care about all that I've seen
They just walk on by never knowing I've been
Sitting up here where I'm wind blown
Only to ask and to be shown
Things that would make you believe what I say
I'll tell you myself and I'll show you some day
