You guys have been asking for a car check on my 335i over and over, and I finally set out to film it. However, I felt like I was doing the car an injustice by not telling you the story behind why it's so important to me. I thought about including this at the beginning of the car check, but that would have made it like a 40 minute video - so I decided to split it in two.
In regards to the story, I cover just about everything. The only thing I really noticed that I left out was that Alfredo Mancuso was HIGHLY influential to this story in being an idol of mine and also helping me with a lot of my first orders and shipping logistics. I always looked up to Alfredo for being a (really good) BMX rider that also went to college, is super smart, and for driving awesome BMWs.
Set goals. Work hard. And success will come. I’m routin’ for you guys.

I've been saying this since way back in 2009 when we first drove the BMW 335i: This is the new Supra. And in the era of Runway Racing, (and Supra's being too valuable to turn into race cars), the 335i is one of the more common sights putting up strong numbers on the airstrip. This particular car makes 830 WHP at full boost settings, thanks to a single, top-mount turbocharger and a fire cannon of a fuel system, running consistent high-160 MPH passes in the standing half mile. It's not meant for canyons, and in fact its owner has never even been in the canyons, but we NEED to feel what that kind of violent acceleration is like.

I forgot to mention a few things....
- 2008 BMW 335i with 83,000 miles. I bought it two years ago with about 63,000 miles. N54 FTW
- I chose not to tint the windows because I like being able to see the red interior through the glass :)
- I don't plan on doing much else to the car performance wise because I'm happy with where it is at... And I don't plan on keeping the car forever so any additional mods I'll lose quite a bit of money on when I sell the car.
-The car is 100% overpowered for the way it handles and drives. It's not my favorite thing in the world, but like I said, in Florida we barely have any turns so it's not a big deal.
-I forgot to mention I do also have an OEM BMW Short Shift Kit.
-I had the intake valves walnut blasted almost immediately and it made a HUGE difference in the idle and smoothness of the throttle. The before/after pictures were nuts - I used Daniel Lilly who does it all over central florida.
_ Beware as the yearly cost of ownership on these cars is usually in the thousands. Lots of things break, and when they do just the parts (labor excluded) will run you a fortune.
Overall I just wanted to give a big thanks to everyone that's helped me in some way/shape/form with this car including....

Whether it be Japanese, Australian or European, Nizpro have long had a reputation for knowing how to tweak turbocharged six cylinder engines. This BMW 335i development mule has yielded fantastic performance results with minimal changes . The factory twin turbo N54 3L six six still retains standard engine internals and factory stock turbochargers.
Removing a few of the breathing restrictions including the intercooler, now replaced by a Nizpro front mount and larger piping. Aiding airflow in and out of those small TD03 turbos are VTT intake pipes and VRSF cast dump pipes. The remainder of the exhaust is still factory BMW.
The 3 series was initially run on a mix of E85 and unleaded petrol, but a recent addition of water methanol injection has allowed the car to be now run on straight E85. These modifications have seen standard rear wheel power jump from 162kw or 217hp on 8psi boost to a solid 305kW or 409hp running a peak of 21psi dropping to 15psi by redline, all tuned in-house using MHD Flasher.

BMW 3 Series (E90)
The BMW E90 series is the fifth generation of the BMW 3 Series range of compact executive cars, and was produced from 2004 to 2013. The model range consisted of the 4-door sedan (E90 model code), estate (E91 model code, marketed as "Touring"), coupé (E92 model code) and coupé cabriolet (E93) body styles. Due to the separate model codes for each body style, the term "E9X" is sometimes used to describe this generation (E90/E91/E92/E93) of the 3 Series.
The range was introduced in 2004 with the sedan and estate body styles. The coupe was introduced in 2006 and the cabriolet was introduced in 2007. The BMW F30 sedans and F31 wagons replaced the E90/E91 models in 2012. However, the E92 and E93 body styles remained in production until 2013, when they were replaced by the BMW F32 (coupe) and F33 (cabriolet) models.
The BMW E90 series was the best-selling luxury car in Canada and the United States. The 2006 E90 marked the 15th consecutive year that the 3-series was named Car and Driver's 10Best.

My obsession with this BMW was able to completely transform my life as I knew it. Join me for a ride as I tell you my success story that can all be traced back to a simple 335i. I've been wanting to tell this to you guys for ages - I hope it inspires all of you :) Subscribe for more 335i videos!

You guys have been asking for a car check on my 335i over and over, and I finally set out to film it. However, I felt like I was doing the car an injustice by not telling you the story behind why it's so important to me. I thought about including this at the beginning of the car check, but that would have made it like a 40 minute video - so I decided to split it in two.
In regards to the story, I cover just about everything. The only thing I really noticed that I left out was that Alfredo Mancuso was HIGHLY influential to this story in being an idol of mine and also helping me with a lot of my first orders and shipping logistics. I always looked up to Alfredo for being a (really good) BMX rider that also went to college, is super smart, and for driving awesome BMWs.
Set goals. Work hard. And success will come. I’m routin’ for you guys.

I've been saying this since way back in 2009 when we first drove the BMW 335i: This is the new Supra. And in the era of Runway Racing, (and Supra's being too valuable to turn into race cars), the 335i is one of the more common sights putting up strong numbers on the airstrip. This particular car makes 830 WHP at full boost settings, thanks to a single, top-mount turbocharger and a fire cannon of a fuel system, running consistent high-160 MPH passes in the standing half mile. It's not meant for canyons, and in fact its owner has never even been in the canyons, but we NEED to feel what that kind of violent acceleration is like.

I forgot to mention a few things....
- 2008 BMW 335i with 83,000 miles. I bought it two years ago with about 63,000 miles. N54 FTW
- I chose not to tint the windows because I like being able to see the red interior through the glass :)
- I don't plan on doing much else to the car performance wise because I'm happy with where it is at... And I don't plan on keeping the car forever so any additional mods I'll lose quite a bit of money on when I sell the car.
-The car is 100% overpowered for the way it handles and drives. It's not my favorite thing in the world, but like I said, in Florida we barely have any turns so it's not a big deal.
-I forgot to mention I do also have an OEM BMW Short Shift Kit.
-I had the intake valves walnut blasted almost immediately and it made a HUGE difference in the idle and smoothness of the throttle. The before/after pictures were nuts - I used Daniel Lilly who does it all over central florida.
_ Beware as the yearly cost of ownership on these cars is usually in the thousands. Lots of things break, and when they do just the parts (labor excluded) will run you a fortune.
Overall I just wanted to give a big thanks to everyone that's helped me in some way/shape/form with this car including....

Whether it be Japanese, Australian or European, Nizpro have long had a reputation for knowing how to tweak turbocharged six cylinder engines. This BMW 335i development mule has yielded fantastic performance results with minimal changes . The factory twin turbo N54 3L six six still retains standard engine internals and factory stock turbochargers.
Removing a few of the breathing restrictions including the intercooler, now replaced by a Nizpro front mount and larger piping. Aiding airflow in and out of those small TD03 turbos are VTT intake pipes and VRSF cast dump pipes. The remainder of the exhaust is still factory BMW.
The 3 series was initially run on a mix of E85 and unleaded petrol, but a recent addition of water methanol injection has allowed the car to be now run on straight E85. These modifications have seen standard rear wheel power jump from 162kw or 217hp on 8psi boost to a solid 305kW or 409hp running a peak of 21psi dropping to 15psi by redline, all tuned in-house using MHD Flasher.
