Our goal is to raise 20k dollars for travel and lodging expenses as the stories happen. The money will also allow for a 2 man team, myself and a cameraman to get to the events and get you the very best unedited live coverage you can possibly get. Our Goals Are As Follows: #1 Purchase a Teradek Vidu Pro Encoder for livestreaming to youtrube. #2 Obtain A Monthly service for internet in the field for high speed internet to stream flawlessly to the audience. #3 get the website and live player up and running. #4 Build the mobile Broadcast Vehicle (almost done) - We have obtained a Dodge Durango for this purpose. #5 GET TO THE NEWS AND GET YOU THE TRUTH This is a make it or break it fundraiser to establish the channel as it should be and do the things that matter for everyone. We still do special lunar and space events on our ustream channel for the die hards. Risks and challenges We face risk daily the only risk I can see for this project is not meeting the funding goal. It's not hard when you already have all the gear needed. As long as we have funding I see very minimal risks especially since we have our media credentials I have all the main gear needed for this project except the funding that gets us where we need to go.
