For Wes, it all started in Lockhart, Texas – the Barbecue Capital of America – where he was mesmerized by the sites and tastes of real Barbecue. After travelling back and forth and working with some of the best Barbecue restaurants in Austin, Wes has brought his passion and that authentic Central Texas taste to Sydney.

Anton Hughes

Anton has always kept it local. Frustrated with the lack of good barbecue in Sydney, he set off on a mission to cook real barbecue for himself, family and friends. The quest for the best barbecue motivated him to leave his longtime career in music to cook professionally for one of Sydney’s best barbecue restaurants.
