NASW-CA Chapter Annual Social Worker Awards
Every year the California Chapter requests nominations for three
awards honoring great social workers and public citizens who contributed
to social work. The awards programs serve to promote social work to
policy makers, the media, and the general public.
Awards at Region and Unit Level
The winners of these awards can be honored at the local unit, region,
or state level. Local unit or regional awards programs are "to be
arranged" depending on the unit or region.
Awards at State Level
State level awardees are honored at the NASW-CA Annual Conference
held each fall in locations alternating between northern and southern
