A teenage beauty queen injured in a crash in far north Queensland has lost her fight for life.
Elyse Miller-Kennedy was travelling along the Burke Development Road in Dimbulah on August 3 when she collided, head-on, with a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction at about 7.20pm.

Tribute to killed Miss World Australia finalist
Miss World Australia organisors have made a video tribute to contestant Elyse Miller-Kennedy who died in a car accident in far north Queensland.
Miss Miller-Kennedy suffered critical injuries to her upper and lower limbs, head, face and chest in the accident and had to be airlifted to Cairns Base Hospital before being transferred to Townsville Hospital.
She remained in a critical condition until she passed away this morning.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 24-year-old French woman, received serious leg injuries requiring surgery, her passenger, a 20-year-old woman was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Miss Miller-Kennedy was a contestant in the Miss World competition and this year's Miss World Australia Madeline Crowe took to Instagram to pay tribute to her friend.
Miss Miller-Kennedy's management, Blak Model Management in Cairns, also posted about the beauty queen's passing.
