I would like a refund I'm giving this app a one-star for the lack of Maintenance by the Developers over the past few months are even more longer the app has been deteriorating. Songs have stopped loading or even playing and it seems like the developers are not doing anything to maintain it. I played $5 for this app when it first came out and would like a refund, thank you.

Playback could use some improvements Buffering seems to be a hit or miss task... Songs frequently stop playing or won't even start playing. Also, if it's true that ios had an offline feature, I'd really love to see that here as well

Needs Work Finally this app is working flawless! At least on my new Galaxy S7. No more buffering and near instant playback. It is definitely on par with premium streaming services. So happy to have my favorite music discovery system in my pocket at all times! Thanks guys....keep up the good work

Not as good as ios app Loved the app on ios and told so many people about it. Missing some key things on android though. No offline mode? No ability to sort track search by most liked? Surely easy things to implement as they exist in the other format.

Mediocre Android version Hype worked on my IPhone the way an app should, plays when asked, loads, refreshes. many of the reasons that make Hype my go to for music are clouded by the frustration I have for the Android app. It loads forever. Many times skipping the song entirely. Won't have continuous okay when a song on my favorites ends. Often time refuses to load even when I quit the app and restart. Playback for me is at best a gamble. There are a few too many glitches. I listen to Hype on my Soundcloud instead.

A super easy way to find interesting music. No ads, several different ways to listen, mark songs to hunt down later and just chill! No glitches so far either.

Hype is fantastic Hypemachine had been my favourite and most continuously used app on my phone (let alone music delivery method) for the last 7 years. The online OG in legitimate "top 100"-style lists for popular, new and favourite music selected by listeners with the ability to choose your playlist, and to top it off, its a free service. Great online music community with connections to all styles of music. Constantantly fresh. The app is simple and precise and aesthetic. I personally love it!

Unfortunately not supported on certain phones :( a bit disappointed I bought this app when it first came out. Love the website but this app doesn't like android. All songs play on iphones but maybe half actually play consistently on android. Uber hype actually works better which doesn't really make sense.

Can you give the updated version a try? The most recent update (1.2.5) fixes further issues like these. If it's still broken, drop us a note: android@hypem.com Chromecast? How is Chromecast supposed to work? By using the Chromecast Android app? I cannot find a cast button inside the app.

If there is a Chromecast device on your wifi network, an option to Cast shows up on the Now Playing screen. Plays two songs at the same time sometimes. If one song stops because it hasn't buffered entirely, and I choose to move on to the next, both songs will start playing together once they both buffer enough.

Thanks for supporting us in that time, your purchase allowed us to develop the app to this point. I wish we had the cash to issue refunds, but that's not the case. App that doesn't work Some kind of issue with buffering where song won't fully play then starts to play randomly 15 minutes later. Multiple songs playing concurrently... Can't make it stop. Stick with the free apps
