Sometimes overlapping with Contracts Administration, a Quantity Surveyor will deal on a daily basis with the management of commercial building contracts and all that encompasses overseeing a commercial building project. A professional in the field may be charged with the management of a variety of construction projects including schools, churches, or hospitals.
