Delivery Charges & Timeframes

New Zealand

• -New Zealand $6 per parcel via tracked courier with Courier Post.
• -There is no extra charge for Rural Delivery.
• -Order cutoff time is 2pm Monday-Friday. 
• -NZ orders received before 2pm will be sent out that same day using the overnight Courier Service (*target)
•  -Parcels will be sent from Cambridge, New Zealand, after your payment has been confirmed.  We will also email you to confirm.
• -If your address is Rural Delivery it may delay the parcel by a day or two - this depends on your local driver. There is no extra charge for Rural Delivery.
• -We can supply you with the tracking number if requested.
   

Australia

• -Australia $13.90 per parcel via tracked courier with Omni Parcel Australia Post Tracked.
• -Order cutoff time is 1pm Monday-Friday.
• -Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery
• -Delivery timeframes will depend on airport mail loads, customs processing, and local mail handling in your city.
• -Parcels will be sent from Cambridge, New Zealand, after your payment has been confirmed. We will also email you to confirm.
• -We can supply you with the tracking number if requested.

USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Singapore

• -Parcel delivery is $34.90 per parcel.  This is sent via the Airmail delivery service, with no tracking.
• -Delivery timeframe - please allow 12 business days.
• -The delivery time often depends on the destination, and the mail service in your own country. This is out of our control.
• -There may also be import tax and duty to pay on your parcel when it arrives in your country, this depends on your own country's regulations.
• -Parcels will be sent from Cambridge, New Zealand, after your payment has been confirmed. We will also email you to confirm.

Sorry we do not yet deliver to any other countries.

Payment

The initial prices displayed on our website are GST inclusive of 15%. Overseas customers are excempt from the 15% GST tax and this will be removed as you proceed through the checkout. The prices will adjust when the shipping destination is entered in the shopping cart.

You can choose to pay with Credit Card Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Paypal. New Zealand customers can also choose to pay using Bank Deposit, Cheque and Layby. We have a secure server for credit card payment.

Payment is processed in either NZD or AUD.
