2 killed in accident
TNN | Aug 9, 2016, 09.19 AM ISTVISAKHAPATNAM: Two youths died on the spot and another was seriously injured when their bike hit a stationary lorry on NH-16 near Pelugollu Junction in S Rayavaram mandal in the wee hours of Monday.
The deceased were identified as Ch Suresh (21) and Sunny (14). The injured person was idenfied as M Sravan Kumar (26).
At the time of the accident, Suresh was riding the bike and other two were pillion riders. The trio had gone to Nakkapalli to meet Sravan's sister at around 1.30 am.
The accident took place at around 3.15 am after they crossed Pelugollu Junction. Suresh did not notice the stationary lorry due to poor visibility and rammed into it. Suresh and Sunny died due to severe head injuries. A seriously injured Sravan was shifted to a private hospital in the city.
