- 4 Coles Australian Pork Forequarter Cutlets
- 400g pkt Coles Fresh Kale Coleslaw Kit
- Coles Bakery Pane di Casa, sliced, to serve
- Lemon wedges, to serve

- 6 cups (1.5L) salt-reduced Massel Organic Liquid Chicken Style Stock
- 2 Coles RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets, halved horizontally
- 400g can diced tomatoes
- 400g can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped

- 300g button mushrooms or cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup (160g) sour cream
- 1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup (25g) parmesan, finely grated
