Help Print 10,000 Copies of Fire to the Prisons and Give Them out For Free!

In February 2015, we returned to publishing Fire to the Prisons. After a three year hiatus, we came back to this project with full force. Over a year later, we are happy to report that almost all of the 10,000 printed copies have been distributed across North America and abroad. Thanks to the support, donations, and contributions of comrades across the world, we were able to create a very loud voice.

28.4. around 3 pm, riot cops and a police patrol with dogs started to approach the camp. We communicated clearly to the police with a megaphone that they are not welcome, and we don’t want to engage in conflict with them. The police didn’t say anything or answer any questions.

from https://en-contrainfo.espiv.net/

On March 11th 2016, we cut the counterweights along the catenary of Avilés/Xixón rail line in both directions. The cuts were made at the height of the town of Villabona, locality where our comrades Mónica and Francisco are held hostage. These cuts produce a voltage drop on the line forcing a halt to train traffic, causing serious delays and economic losses. The action aims to send a warm revolutionary hug to our comrades on the occasion of the trial/farce organised by the Spanish State.

We invite groups, collectives and individuals to support effectively the occupation for the purpose of turning this building to a center of struggle and resistance against the states and their borders.

From Rififi

Received and posted:

We hung a banner in solidarity with Sean Swain’s struggles against the prison system in Ohio. Despite repeatedly being transferred and having his communications cut off, Sean remains uncompromising in his pursuit of freedom, putting his life on the line in struggle against the state. We keep his words and deeds with us as we carry out our own struggles against prison society.

Fundraising, letters, demonstrations, banners, graffiti, and direct attacks form a bright tapestry of revolutionary solidarity. Let’s always be searching for new ways to break down the isolation of imprisonment and build complicity through the prison walls.

Warren Correctional Institution, not content with merely restricting Sean’s communications with the outside world, has now assigned a lieutenant to read through all printed materials sent to Sean.

Please take a minute to send Sean some reading material. That stack of zines in the bathroom? That one book you’ve had for years but will never read? All those fancy new publications you designed? Send them all! Let’s help Sean (and the fuckweasels who intercept his mail) something to pass the time.

Circle of Individualists for Anarchy and the Kapibara Group cells of the Informal Anarchist Federation / International Revolutionary Front (FAI-IRF) have claimed responsibility for an incendiary attack against the University of Andrés Bello (UNAB) in the early hours of January 24th that completely destroyed the science faculty of the institution. According to a communique posted by the group, cell members were able to easily gain access to the building and place a timed incendiary device that contained a mixture of potassium nitrate, gasoline and oil and then exit the building without being spotted or apprehended. The attack was carried out within the framework of an anti-civilization / anti-technology perspective and in solidarity with Transgender eco-anarchist prisoner Marius Mason, held hostage by the US state and with anarchist prisoner Natalia ‘Tato’ Collado, held hostage by the Chilean state.
