Returns Policy

Unless otherwise specifically stated in the product description, we are happy to offer customers 30 day returns for products returned in a saleable condition. Please check with the description of the product in question to be sure of the return policy. Cost of return is at your expense and it is recommended that insurance is taken.

All products must be returned in their original condition. 

All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

In the case of a requested exchange, you may be offered a refund where the product has sold out.

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in original condition (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned items are free from marks, stains and rips, and unless faulty they may not be accepted for return if received damaged.

Items such as undergarments, swimwear, ear rings, selected home and kitchenware may not be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene concerns.

Personalised products, which are keepsakes, commemoratives or page reprints for a specific date or recipient cannot be cancelled or returned. Because these items are personalised, all sales are final.
