Officials have just released video of a wild brawl that occurred last month in a Tacoma, WA courthouse. The video shows police escorting a 20-year-old murder defendant, Marsele
Henderson, through the halls when friends of the deceased victim storm past a guard, rush the defendant, and start beating him.
Police eventually subdue the attackers, but only after using stun guns. Henderson was found guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting death of 18-year-old
Victor Schwenke in
November 2008.
Cuyahoga County, Ohio -- (August 22,

Cuyahoga County Court Judge Pamela Barker gave him three years for kidnapping in the April incident. "I got three years?" the stunned 18-year-old asked his lawyer. Barker continued with sentencing, slapping the 6-7, 220-pound star with two years for felonious assault and two years for robbery. Convinced he was headed to prison for seven years,

Charleston courtroom was the setting for a bizarre scene when two lesbian lovers collapsed, wailed uncontrollably and hyper-ventilated after hearing they would serve life for killing a three-year-old girl.
Erica Mae Butts and Shanita Latrice
Cunningham had to be picked off the floor by court officials and held in chairs as they were wheeled out of the room.
The mother of Butts was physically thrown out by three staff members after shouting loudly at her daughter to, '
Get up!' then screaming, 'I can't leave my baby like this, my baby is out!'

Michael Hunter declared a mistrial today in the murder trial of
Leon Davis Jr.
Davis is charged with three counts of
First Degree Murder for the killings in
Lake Wales in
2007. Investigators say Davis threw gasoline on 23-year-old
Juanita Luciano -- who was six months pregnant -- and her 26-year-old sister-in-law, Yvonne Bustamante, then set them on fire. Both women died. Luciano's baby was delivered in an emergency c-section, but also died. Davis also faces another murder trial for the unrelated killings of two
Polk County convenience store clerks.

S.C. (
August 24, 2010) -- A wild brawl erupted in a
South Carolina courtroom on Tuesday when the family members of a slain woman attacked the man charged in her death. A bond hearing was about to get started when two relatives of the dead woman jumped from their seats and attacked the suspect, punching him in the eye. It took six officers to control them. They were eventually arrested and led from the court. The judge has charged the two with contempt of court.
