A foam is a substance that is formed by trapping pockets of gas in a liquid or solid. A bath sponge and the head on a glass of beer are examples of foams. In most foams, the volume of gas is large, with thin films of liquid or solid separating the regions of gas.
An important division of solid foams is into closed-cell foams and open-cell foams. In a closed-cell foam, the gas forms discrete pockets, each completely surrounded by the solid material. In an open-cell foam, the gas pockets connect with each other. A bath sponge is an example of an open-cell foam: water can easily flow through the entire structure, displacing the air. A camping mat is an example of a closed-cell foam: the gas pockets are sealed from each other so the mat cannot soak up water.
Foams are examples of dispersed media. In general, gas is present in large amount so it will be divided into gas bubbles of many different sizes (the material is polydisperse) separated by liquid regions which may form films, thinner and thinner when the liquid phase is drained out of the system films. When the principal scale is small, i.e. for a very fine foam, this dispersed medium can be considered as a type of colloid.

Neurotically Yours is a comic book and webtoon created by Jonathan Ian Mathers. Both depict a goth girl named Germaine and her neurotic pet squirrel, Foamy. The webtoon series is ongoing, with publication every two weeks at Ill Will Press, YouTube, and Newgrounds.
The comic book series was created first. It focused solely on Germaine; Foamy only made random comments about the current situation.
The webtoon debuted in early 2003. It started with this same set-up, but over the years Germaine's character took a back seat as Foamy developed into an angry, "wisdom-spreading" cult leader and his rants against society became increasingly popular. Episodes are mainly located at Ill Will Press, YouTube, and Newgrounds. A new episode of Neurotically Yours is posted approximately once every two weeks. To date, there are over 200 official episodes of Neurotically Yours. There are also a number of fan-produced episodes circulated among various fan sites on the Internet.
A pond is a body of standing water, either natural or artificial, that is usually smaller than a lake. They may arise naturally in floodplains as part of a river system, or they may be somewhat isolated depressions (examples include vernal pools and prairie potholes). Usually they contain shallow water with marsh and aquatic plants and animals. A few animals also make their home in ponds, including both alligators and beavers. The type of life in a pond is generally determined by a combination of factors including water level regime (particularly depth and duration of flooding) and nutrient levels, but other factors may also be important, including presence or absence of shading by trees, presence or absence of streams, effects of grazing animals, and salinity.
Ponds are frequently human-constructed. In country side farmers and villagers dig a pond in their backyard or increase the depth of an existing pond by removing layers of mud during summer season. A wide variety of artificial bodies of water are classified as ponds. Some ponds are created specifically for habitat restoration, including water treatment. Others, like water gardens, water features and koi ponds are designed for aesthetic ornamentation as landscape or architectural features. Fish ponds are designed for commercial fish breeding, and solar ponds designed to store thermal energy.
Ponda (pronounced /fɔɳɖɛ̃ː/) (Konkani: Fonda, Portuguese: Pondá), also known as Fonda, is a city and a municipal council in the North Goa district of Goa, India. Located in the central area of Goa, Ponda lies 29 kilometres (18 mi) southeast of Panaji, the capital of Goa. The industrial center of the state, Ponda is home to many large factories and industrial estates, and is Goa's fastest-growing city.
Ponda formed part of the Novas Conquistas (New Conquests) of Portuguese India. It was ruled by the Sonde Rajas under the Vijayanagara Empire and the Bijapur Sultanate. In the 16th century, due to the absence of the Portuguese, Ponda was a safe haven for Hindus fleeing persecution by Jesuits and the Portuguese. In 1675, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj seized Ponda from the Bijapur Sultanate. It remained part of the Maratha Empire until 1764. Under Shivaji, Saundekar Raja was the vassal of Ponda.
The forests of Ponda were ideal places for Hindus to form makeshift temples with the idols they had salvaged from the broken temples of Sashti. These makeshift temples were slowly renovated as the Hindus gained prosperity. Now, most of the major Hindu temples in Goa are found in Ponda.
A pond is a small body of standing water.

Short video on how polyurethane foam is made. It is bought in liquid form in two chemical components, that once mixed it reacts and the foam is created. There are rigid and flexible foams as well as different densities, check which one you are buying! I am surprised and grateful for so many visits and questions, I am terribly sorry I cannot reply to all of you. I am not an expert on foams or chemist. I am an industrial designer, the material I used in this demonstration is this one: https://www.smooth-on.com/products/foam-it-3/
Multi Purpose Pu Foam is a single-component, moisturecuring and self-expanding aerosol polyurethane foam. It is designed for easy dispensing through the straw adapter included with each can. It does not contain any propellant gases that are harmful to the ozone layer.

Have you see this new fence post product? Unlike spray foam, it's a closed cell foam and ideal for posts that are not load bearing. This was my first time using it and I am impressed. We used the product on two short posts for a small trash can privacy fence I built this summer. It's now winter and I'm so impressed with how sturdy they posts are. Can be handy if you dont have access to water on site for concrete mixing, it is very quick, and more benefits.
