I Do Perceive is the third album by the Chicago artist Mike Kinsella under the name Owen. It was released on November 9, 2004 on Polyvinyl Records.
Los Angeles (i/lɒs ˈændʒəlᵻs/ loss AN-jə-ləs or loss AN-jə-liss) (Spanish for "The Angels"), officially the City of Los Angeles and often known by its initials L.A., is the second-largest city in the United States after New York City, the most populous city in the state of California, and the county seat of Los Angeles County.
Situated in Southern California, Los Angeles is known for its mediterranean climate, ethnic diversity, sprawling metropolis, and as a major center of the American entertainment industry. Los Angeles lies in a large coastal basin surrounded on three sides by mountains reaching up to and over 10,000 feet (3,000 m).
Historically home to the Chumash and Tongva, Los Angeles was claimed by Juan Rodríguez Cabrillo for Spain in 1542 along with the rest of what would become Alta California. The city was officially founded on September 4, 1781, by Spanish governor Felipe de Neve. It became a part of Mexico in 1821 following the Mexican War of Independence. In 1848, at the end of the Mexican–American War, Los Angeles and the rest of California were purchased as part of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, thereby becoming part of the United States. Los Angeles was incorporated as a municipality on April 4, 1850, five months before California achieved statehood. The city experienced rapid growth with the discovery of oil.

I don't mean to abuse
In the early morning hours of June 27, 2013, a team of Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputies pulled up to the home of Eugene Mallory, an 80-year-old retired engineer living in the rural outskirts of Los Angeles county with his wife Tonya Pate and stepson Adrian Lamos. The deputies crashed through the front gate and began executing a search warrant for methamphetamine on the property. Detective Patrick Hobbs, a self-described narcotics expert who claimed he "smelled the strong odor of chemicals" downwind from the house after being tipped off to illegal activity from an anonymous informant, spearheaded the investigation. The deputies announced their presence, and Pate emerged from the trailer where she'd been sleeping to escape the sweltering summer heat of the California deser...

A sleep disorder, or somnipathy, is a medical disorder of the sleep patterns of a person or animal. Some sleep disorders are serious enough to interfere with normal physical, mental, social and emotional functioning. Polysomnography and actigraphy are tests commonly ordered for some sleep disorders. Disruptions in sleep can be caused by a variety of issues, from teeth grinding (bruxism) to night terrors. When a person suffers from difficulty falling asleep and/or staying asleep with no obvious cause, it is referred to as insomnia.[1] Sleep disorders are broadly classified into dyssomnias, parasomnias, circadian rhythm sleep disorders involving the timing of sleep, and other disorders including ones caused by medical or psychological conditions and sleeping sickness. Some common sleep dis...

James Ronald Whitney directs this searing documentary of his family's complex history with alcoholism and incest that spans three generations. Soon after becoming betrothed to James' alcoholic grandmother Fay, Melvin Just started molesting Fay's three daughters from another marriage -- including James' mother Anne. The two daughters that Fay and Melvin begot started getting abused when they were toddlers. Later, Melvin's second marriage to Venice brought a fresh batch of victims into his clutches, including Pambi, who was handicapped since birth, and Bobbie, who was molested while still in diapers. Melvin was not the only incestuous parental figure in this sad tale -- Venice's second husband began molesting his children after their mother was declared an unfit by the courts, while the dir...

Credit to Answers in Genesis Children cannot know right from wrong and if we do not correct them when they are doing things that harm themselves, we are actually abusing them by not correcting them in their wrongful behaviors that result from their ignorance. If we disallow children to eat candies before bed and if we tell them to floss and brush their teeth before bed, are we "abusing" them or loving them?
raid on the /remover abuse base admin, he also removed bed and sleeping bag option.
I spend most days in this bed that I abuse
On these pillows that you can't get used to
I spend entire days putting off that which can't wait
Until I'm knee deep in my own waste
And I think that I'm justified
'Cause I've seen what trying's done for those whove tried
I spend most days in this bed too small for two
misplacing time
Like I've got it to lose
I spend endless days thinking of all the different ways
That we make love
And I think that I'm justified
'Cause I've seen what living's done for those alive
(They don't survive, they don't survive)
I spend entire days in this bed too small for two
On these pillows that you can't get used to
And that's why I don't sleep at night
And that's why I don't feel right in this city
