I haven't done a solo project in a LONG time. The last one I did was my first video: Getting Noticed. But where as that video sucked this one is... better. Back in April, with Iron Man 3 coming out, I wanted to do a tribute to Phase One of the Marvel movie universe, because these movies are some of my all time favorites. Yeah, even Thor and Iron Man 2. So I was wondering how I could pay tribute to these movies in a way that will surely be entertaining... well, Jon Cozart is really popular on the web, so I decided to make a musical out of the 6 movies. Plus, I always wanted to show off my semi-good singing/composing skills. Besides, I'm a New Yorker. I LOVE Broadway musicals, but if you don't like musicals, or if you're just homophobic... you might not wanna watch this.
Now with this out of the way, Time to work on the project that EVERYONE has been constantly telling me me to do

In January 2016 Perception was approached by Marvel Studios to help collaborate on an exceptionally special project—to redesign the logo and craft the opening animation for the next era of Marvel Studios that will precede all of their feature films for years to come. Marvel Studio’s catalogue of films are loaded with iconic moments and vivid characters, and Perception wanted to create an environment that would surround viewers with everything we love about each of the Marvel Studio films. In the process, Perception reviewed hundreds of selects made from each of Marvel’s films (13 at the time the logo was conceived), carefully choreographing timing and composition of footage showcasing numerous characters.
Altogether, there are over 70 pieces of footage that can be seen in the final logo. Editing, color balancing and getting clearances on each and every one was no small feat. The Perception team also explored numerous ways of arranging the footage within the form of the overall logo, ultimately leading to the “vault” where luminescent footage plays on the interior walls of the “MARVEL” logotype.

After seeing Guardians of the Galaxy in theaters, I wanted to show my support by creating what is perhaps the greatest 'children's TV' logo history compilation on this site. Stan Lee's successful comic book company has made a name of itself when it comes to television animation, and that's where I want to showcase a few slices of it's heritage, enjoy!
The list and sources of each logo and a few other extras:
1. 1982 Marvel Productions logo (still with DePatie-Freleng byline, taken from the TV special, "The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat", produced during a transitional period where DFE Films was no longer active and David H. DePatie sold his company to Marvel, changing it's name in the process).
2. 1981 Marvel Productions logo (animated with Cadence Industries byline, taken from a high quality print of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends episode 9, "Spidey Goes Hollywood").
3. 1981 Sunbow Productions logo (rare early animated version, taken from a VHS recording of "The Great Space Coaster").
4. 1983 Marvel / Sunbow Productions logo (animated combo with Cadence byline, taken from the 1983 TV special, "The Charmkins").
5. 1981 Marvel Productions logo (prototype "still" version with New World byline circa 1986, taken from a 1988 direct-to-video release of Little People Video entitled "3 Favorite Stories").
6. 1986 Marvel Productions logo (aka "CGI Spidey" with 1984 New World International logo, taken from Dungeons & Dragons episode 14, "The Girl Who Dreamed Tomorrow", which surprisingly plasters the 1981 (or 1983?) logo.
7. 1986 Marvel Productions logo (same as above, but with the New World byline, the 1988 New World International and 1996 Saban International logos, taken from a German print of the 1981 Spider-Man series episode 21, entitled "Countdown to Doom" [German: Countdown für Dr. Doom] on Jetix).
8. 1986 Marvel / Sunbow Productions logos (the "Space" combo, taken from a full screen transfer of "The Transformers: The Movie").
9. 1992 Marvel Entertainment Group / Marvel Films logos (with 1995 New World International logo, taken from the 1994 TV series of Fantastic Four episode 15 entitled "Inhumans Saga, Part 1: And the Wind Cries Medusa").
10. 1992 Marvel Entertainment Group / 1995 Marvel Films logos (the rotating "M", with 1995 New World International logo. taken from a French print of the 1994 Spider-Man TV series season 5 premiere entitled "The Wedding" [French: Le Mariage].
11. 1997 Marvel Studios / Marvel Entertainment Group logo (the "Marvel Globe" with the 1996 Saban International logo, taken from the 1996 TV series of The Incredible Hulk episode 21, entitled "Mission: Incredible").
12. 1997 Marvel Studios / Marvel Entertainment Group logo (same as above, but with a byline that says "Based on the Marvel Comics characters", along with the 1996 Saban International and 1997 Fox Kids Worldwide logos, taken from the 1998 TV series of Silver Surfer episode 13, entitled "The End of Eternity, Part 1").
13. 1999 Marvel Studios logo (the one with the loud phaser, with the 2000 Film Roman logo, taken from the TV series X-Men: Evolution episode 9, entitled "Survival of the Fittest").
14. 2009 Marvel Animation logo (the current logo, with the sticker from Krantz Films, taken from the classic 1967 Spider-Man TV series episode 3, entitled "The Menace of Mysterio").

Marvel Productions
Marvel Productions Ltd., later known as New World Animation Ltd., was a television and film studio subsidiary of the Marvel Entertainment Group, based in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. It later became a subsidiary of New World Entertainment and eventually of News Corporation (Fox Entertainment Group).
Marvel Productions produced animated television series, motion pictures, and television specials such as Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, My Little Pony: The Movie, The Transformers: The Movie, The Incredible Hulk, and G.I. Joe: The Movie.
Most of Marvel Productions' back catalog is currently owned by The Walt Disney Company.

DePatie-Freleng Enterprises (1963–1981)
The company began in 1963 as DFE Films and was sold to Cadence Industries, Marvel Comics Group's owner, in 1981 after DFE founder and company executive Friz Freleng departed the company to return to his former job at Warner Bros. Animation. Freleng's business partner and DFE co-founder David H. DePatie continued to work for the company under the Marvel banner for several years until his retirement.

New World
The New World is one of the names used for the Western Hemisphere, specifically the Americas (including nearby islands such as those of the Caribbean and Bermuda).
The term originated in the early 16th century after Europeans made landfall in what would later be called the Americas in the age of discovery, expanding the geographical horizon of classical geographers, who had thought of the world as consisting of Africa, Europe, and Asia, collectively now referred to as the Old World (aka Afro-Eurasia).
The term was first coined by Florentine explorer Amerigo Vespucci. The Americas were also referred to as the "fourth part of the world".
Usage
The terms "Old World" vs. "New World" are meaningful in historical context and for the purpose of distinguishing the world's major ecozones, and to classify plant and animal species that originated therein.
One can speak of the "New World" in a historical context, e.g., when discussing the voyages of Christopher Columbus, the Spanish conquest of Yucatán and other events of the colonial period. For lack of alternatives, the term is also still useful to those discussing issues which concern the Americas and the nearby oceanic islands, such as Bermuda and Clipperton Island, collectively. This usage is seen as problematic by many for its narrowness of perspective and implication that discovery by European explorers was the beginning of history for the Americas.

Stan Lee's successful comic book company has made a name of itself when it comes to television animation, and that's where I want to showcase a few slices of it's heritage, enjoy! The list and sources of each logo and a few other extras: 1. 1982 Marvel Productions logo (still with DePatie-Freleng byline, taken from the TV special, "The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat", produced during a transitional period where DFE Films was no longer active and David H. DePatie sold his company to Marvel, changing it's name in the process). 2. 1981 Marvel Productions logo (animated with Cadence Industries byline, taken from a high quality print of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends episode 9, "Spidey Goes Hollywood"). 3. 1981 Sunbow Productions logo (rare early animated version, taken from a VHS recording of "The Great Space Coaster"). 4. 1983 Marvel / Sunbow Productions logo (animated combo with Cadence byline, taken from the 1983 TV special, "The Charmkins"). 5. 1981 Marvel Productions logo (prototype "still" version with New World byline circa 1986, taken from a 1988 direct-to-video release of Little People Video entitled "3 Favorite Stories"). 6. 1986 Marvel Productions logo (aka "CGI Spidey" with 1984 New World International logo, taken from Dungeons & Dragons episode 14, "The Girl Who Dreamed Tomorrow", which surprisingly plasters the 1981 (or 1983?) logo. 7. 1986 Marvel Productions logo (same as above, but with the New World byline, the 1988 New World International and 1996 Saban International logos, taken from a German print of the 1981 Spider-Man series episode 21, entitled "Countdown to Doom" [German: Countdown für Dr. Doom] on Jetix). 8. 1986 Marvel / Sunbow Productions logos (the "Space" combo, taken from a full screen transfer of "The Transformers: The Movie"). 9. 1992 Marvel Entertainment Group / Marvel Films logos (with 1995 New World International logo, taken from the 1994 TV series of Fantastic Four episode 15 entitled "Inhumans Saga, Part 1: And the Wind Cries Medusa"). 10. 1992 Marvel Entertainment Group / 1995 Marvel Films logos (the rotating "M", with 1995 New World International logo. taken from a French print of the 1994 Spider-Man TV series season 5 premiere entitled "The Wedding" [French: Le Mariage]. 11. 1997 Marvel Studios / Marvel Entertainment Group logo (the "Marvel Globe" with the 1996 Saban International logo, taken from the 1996 TV series of The Incredible Hulk episode 21, entitled "Mission: Incredible"). 12. 1997 Marvel Studios / Marvel Entertainment Group logo (same as above, but with a byline that says "Based on the Marvel Comics characters", along with the 1996 Saban International and 1997 Fox Kids Worldwide logos, taken from the 1998 TV series of Silver Surfer episode 13, entitled "The End of Eternity, Part 1"). 13. 1999 Marvel Studios logo (the one with the loud phaser, with the 2000 Film Roman logo, taken from the TV series X-Men: Evolution episode 9, entitled "Survival of the Fittest"). 14. 2009 Marvel Animation logo (the current logo, with the sticker from Krantz Films, taken from the classic 1967 Spider-Man TV series episode 3, entitled "The Menace of Mysterio"). Marvel Studios Logo Re-Design and Animation-Cinematic Universe Film Vault
In January 2016 Perception was approached by Marvel Studios to help collaborate on an exceptionally special project—to redesign the logo and craft the opening animation for the next era of Marvel Studios that will precede all of their feature films for years to come. Marvel Studio’s catalogue of films are loaded with iconic moments and vivid characters, and Perception wanted to create an environment that would surround viewers with everything we love about each of the Marvel Studio films. In the process, Perception reviewed hundreds of selects made from each of Marvel’s films (13 at the time the logo was conceived), carefully choreographing timing and composition of footage showcasing numerous characters. Altogether, there are over 70 pieces of footage that can be seen in the final logo. ...

I haven't done a solo project in a LONG time. The last one I did was my first video: Getting Noticed. But where as that video sucked this one is... better. Back in April, with Iron Man 3 coming out, I wanted to do a tribute to Phase One of the Marvel movie universe, because these movies are some of my all time favorites. Yeah, even Thor and Iron Man 2. Plus, I always wanted to show off my semi-good singing/composing skills. Besides, I'm a New Yorker. I LOVE Broadway musicals, but if you don't like musicals, or if you're just homophobic... you might not wanna watch this.

In January 2016 Perception was approached by Marvel Studios to help collaborate on an exceptionally special project—to redesign the logo and craft the opening animation for the next era of Marvel Studios that will precede all of their feature films for years to come. Marvel Studio’s catalogue of films are loaded with iconic moments and vivid characters, and Perception wanted to create an environment that would surround viewers with everything we love about each of the Marvel Studio films. In the process, Perception reviewed hundreds of selects made from each of Marvel’s films (13 at the time the logo was conceived), carefully choreographing timing and composition of footage showcasing numerous characters.
Altogether, there are over 70 pieces of footage that can be seen in the final logo. Editing, color balancing and getting clearances on each and every one was no small feat. The Perception team also explored numerous ways of arranging the footage within the form of the overall logo, ultimately leading to the “vault” where luminescent footage plays on the interior walls of the “MARVEL” logotype.

After seeing Guardians of the Galaxy in theaters, I wanted to show my support by creating what is perhaps the greatest 'children's TV' logo history compilation on this site. Stan Lee's successful comic book company has made a name of itself when it comes to television animation, and that's where I want to showcase a few slices of it's heritage, enjoy!
The list and sources of each logo and a few other extras:
1. 1982 Marvel Productions logo (still with DePatie-Freleng byline, taken from the TV special, "The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat", produced during a transitional period where DFE Films was no longer active and David H. DePatie sold his company to Marvel, changing it's name in the process).
2. 1981 Marvel Productions logo (animated with Cadence Industries byline, taken from a high quality print of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends episode 9, "Spidey Goes Hollywood").
3. 1981 Sunbow Productions logo (rare early animated version, taken from a VHS recording of "The Great Space Coaster").
4. 1983 Marvel / Sunbow Productions logo (animated combo with Cadence byline, taken from the 1983 TV special, "The Charmkins").
5. 1981 Marvel Productions logo (prototype "still" version with New World byline circa 1986, taken from a 1988 direct-to-video release of Little People Video entitled "3 Favorite Stories").
6. 1986 Marvel Productions logo (aka "CGI Spidey" with 1984 New World International logo, taken from Dungeons & Dragons episode 14, "The Girl Who Dreamed Tomorrow", which surprisingly plasters the 1981 (or 1983?) logo.
7. 1986 Marvel Productions logo (same as above, but with the New World byline, the 1988 New World International and 1996 Saban International logos, taken from a German print of the 1981 Spider-Man series episode 21, entitled "Countdown to Doom" [German: Countdown für Dr. Doom] on Jetix).

Marvel Studios Logo Re-Design and Animation-Cinematic Universe Film Vault
In January 2016 Perception was approached by Marvel Studios to help collaborate on an exceptionally special project—to redesign the logo and craft the opening animation for the next era of Marvel Studios that will precede all of their feature films for years to come. Marvel Studio’s catalogue of films are loaded with iconic moments and vivid characters, and Perception wanted to create an environment that would surround viewers with everything we love about each of the Marvel Studio films. In the process, Perception reviewed hundreds of selects made from each of Marvel’s films (13 at the time the logo was conceived), carefully choreographing timing and composition of footage showcasing numerous characters. Altogether, there are over 70 pieces of footage that can be seen in the final logo. ...

I haven't done a solo project in a LONG time. The last one I did was my first video: Getting Noticed. But where as that video sucked this one is... better. Back in April, with Iron Man 3 coming out, I wanted to do a tribute to Phase One of the Marvel movie universe, because these movies are some of my all time favorites. Yeah, even Thor and Iron Man 2. So I was wondering how I could pay tribute to these movies in a way that will surely be entertaining... well, Jon Cozart is really popular on the web, so I decided to make a musical out of the 6 movies. Plus, I always wanted to show off my semi-good singing/composing skills. Besides, I'm a New Yorker. I LOVE Broadway musicals, but if you don't like musicals, or if you're just homophobic... you might not wanna watch this.
Now with this out of the way, Time to work on the project that EVERYONE has been constantly telling me me to do

In January 2016 Perception was approached by Marvel Studios to help collaborate on an exceptionally special project—to redesign the logo and craft the opening animation for the next era of Marvel Studios that will precede all of their feature films for years to come. Marvel Studio’s catalogue of films are loaded with iconic moments and vivid characters, and Perception wanted to create an environment that would surround viewers with everything we love about each of the Marvel Studio films. In the process, Perception reviewed hundreds of selects made from each of Marvel’s films (13 at the time the logo was conceived), carefully choreographing timing and composition of footage showcasing numerous characters.
Altogether, there are over 70 pieces of footage that can be seen in the final logo. Editing, color balancing and getting clearances on each and every one was no small feat. The Perception team also explored numerous ways of arranging the footage within the form of the overall logo, ultimately leading to the “vault” where luminescent footage plays on the interior walls of the “MARVEL” logotype.

In January 2016 Perception was approached by Marvel Studios to help collaborate on an exceptionally special project—to redesign the logo and craft the opening animation for the next era of Marvel Studios that will precede all of their feature films for years to come. Marvel Studio’s catalogue of films are loaded with iconic moments and vivid characters, and Perception wanted to create an environment that would surround viewers with everything we love about each of the Marvel Studio films. In the process, Perception reviewed hundreds of selects made from each of Marvel’s films (13 at the time the logo was conceived), carefully choreographing timing and composition of footage showcasing numerous characters.
Altogether, there are over 70 pieces of footage that can be seen in the final logo. Editing, color balancing and getting clearances on each and every one was no small feat. The Perception team also explored numerous ways of arranging the footage within the form of the overall logo, ultimately leading to the “vault” where luminescent footage plays on the interior walls of the “MARVEL” logotype.

After seeing Guardians of the Galaxy in theaters, I wanted to show my support by creating what is perhaps the greatest 'children's TV' logo history compilation on this site. Stan Lee's successful comic book company has made a name of itself when it comes to television animation, and that's where I want to showcase a few slices of it's heritage, enjoy!
The list and sources of each logo and a few other extras:
1. 1982 Marvel Productions logo (still with DePatie-Freleng byline, taken from the TV special, "The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat", produced during a transitional period where DFE Films was no longer active and David H. DePatie sold his company to Marvel, changing it's name in the process).
2. 1981 Marvel Productions logo (animated with Cadence Industries byline, taken from a high quality print of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends episode 9, "Spidey Goes Hollywood").
3. 1981 Sunbow Productions logo (rare early animated version, taken from a VHS recording of "The Great Space Coaster").
4. 1983 Marvel / Sunbow Productions logo (animated combo with Cadence byline, taken from the 1983 TV special, "The Charmkins").
5. 1981 Marvel Productions logo (prototype "still" version with New World byline circa 1986, taken from a 1988 direct-to-video release of Little People Video entitled "3 Favorite Stories").
6. 1986 Marvel Productions logo (aka "CGI Spidey" with 1984 New World International logo, taken from Dungeons & Dragons episode 14, "The Girl Who Dreamed Tomorrow", which surprisingly plasters the 1981 (or 1983?) logo.

Big Hero 6 Baymax Dark Side Knock Off Toys Vs Scooby Doo Goo Crew Goosplosion
The Disney film Big Hero 6 is a very popular 3D animated film. It's no wonder there's loads of sub standard knock off clone toys that have been ripped off the real Baymax robot toys and Big Hero 6 action figure characters. As usual box artwork on these clone toys is more impressive than what is being unboxed. Like so many knock off toys it's really easy to separate away very small parts which present dangerous choking hazards to very small children. In this episode I use explosives combined with garden water crystals or ooze slime from Scooby Doo surprise toys to rip apart some very robust vinyl toys. The Disney film Big Hero 6 is a very popular 3D animated film. It's no wonder there's loads of sub standard knock off clone toys that have been ripped off the real Baymax robot toys and Big Hero 6 action figure characters. As usual box artwork on these clone toys is more impressive than what is being unboxed. Like so many knock off toys it's really easy to separate away very small parts which present dangerous choking hazards to very small children. In this episode I use explosives combined with garden water crystals or ooze slime from Scooby Doo surprise toys to rip apart some very robust vinyl toys. Whenever I am destroying these dangerous clone toys there are material science lessons to be learned. Sometimes my predictions of destruction are totally wrong, but you never know whats going to happen until you actually blow something up. Due to the technical difficulties I had in this video it will be a split episode. I never expected to have the damage of failures that are seen in the video.

This Dark Side Big Hero 6 video will reveal to you the amazing efforts some knockoff toy producers go to to fool the consumer. You will see an Armored Up Baymax thats a direct copy of the real toy, seeing how similar this clone toy is will make you go and double check any of these toy you have purchased online. Whats was most shocking was the price I paid for this high quality knockoff toy. Mr Hammer, Mr Blender and some special baymax explosives all come out to send these crazy clone toys to the bin. As you will see some of the Disney Frozen and Big Hero 6 figures are basically killers. It takes no effort to remove heads, arms and legs from these very low quality illegal toys. Where is Disney in cleaning up these copy toys? There is also a sneak peak of the A4 Mallard Steam Locomotive model train getting blended by a Blendtec blender. In their continuing plot to take over the television and movie world, Netflix announced this week that starting in September they will be the exclusive streaming home for all Disney properties. That means that beginning with 2016 theatrical releases, titles from Disney, Walt Disney Animation, Pixar, Marvel Studios, Disneynature, and Lucasfilm will be made available to Netflix subscribers to watch during that first pay TV time period; which occurs after the Digital, Blu-ray, and DVD releases, an option that in previous years would go to HBO or STARZ.
HBO’s Westworld, the series that seemed like the Sisyphus of the HBO universe FINALLY got a release window in late fall of 2016. Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy wrote the script with Nolan directing the pilot and finale of the project based on the 1973 Yul Brynner-James Brolin film. Westworld takes place at a resort set in a future where guests pay to act out elaborate fantasies in different time periods run by sophisticated human-like androids. HBO hasn’t released an exact date, but they’re finally pulling the trigger on the much hyped series and not holding off until 2017, like early reports had expected.
In Cancellation and Renewal News, Limitless at CBS appears to be the last victim post up-fronts with FX’s The Americans also announced to be ending with season 5 in 2017 and season 6 in 2018. And during a Hollywood Reporter discussion with HBO’s new head of production, Casey Bloys, it appears that we may never see a True Detective season 3.
Superhero Rundown
Noah Hawley, the mind behind the Fargo TV series, talked this week about his plans for his Legion series at FX and his plans to tie it into the X-MEN cinematic universe. The show has a cast in line with the likes of Dan Stevens of Downton Abbey in the lead role; with Aubrey Plaza and Jean Smart also joining the series. FX ordered the series which will air early in 2017. Hawley wrote the pilot and is exec producing alongside Laura Shuler-Donner, Simon Kinberg, Bryan Singer with Marvel’s Jim Chory and Fargo EP John Cameron. In an interview with Vanity Fair Hawley said, “There’s, whatever, 9,000 superhero stories right now. They’ve got all the running and kicking covered. I think my goal with this is to do something whimsical and imaginative and unexpected. Not just because I want to do something different, but because it feels like the right way to tell this story.”
We were also treated last week to set photos from Marvel’s upcoming Netflix series Luke Cage and his foil, Diamondback, played by Erik LaRay Harvey of Boardwalk Empire fame. Diamondback, aka Willis Stryker, was Cage’s childhood friend who re-enters the hero for hire’s life to ruin his valiant efforts to clean up Harlem.

Doctor Strange is a 2016 American superhero film featuring the Marvel Comics character of the same name, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is the fourteenth film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Scott Derrickson, who wrote the screenplay with C. Robert Cargill from a story by the duo and Jon Spaihts, and stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Benedict Wong, Michael Stuhlbarg, Benjamin Bratt, Scott Adkins, Mads Mikkelsen, and Tilda Swinton. In Doctor Strange, surgeon Stephen Strange learns the mystic arts from the Ancient One after a career-ending car accident.
Various incarnations of a Doctor Strange film have been in development since the mid-1980s until Paramount Pictures acquired the film rights in April 2005 on behalf of Marvel Studios. Thomas Dean Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer were brought on board in June 2010 to write a screenplay. In June 2014, Derrickson and Spaihts were hired to direct and re-write the film, respectively. Cumberbatch was chosen for the eponymous role in December 2014, necessitating a schedule change to work around his other commitments. This gave Derrickson time to work on the script himself, for which he brought Cargill on to help. The film began principal photography in November 2015 in Nepal before moving to the United Kingdom, and concluded in New York City in April 2016. Filming also occurred in Hong Kong.
Doctor Strange held its world premiere in Hong Kong on October 13, 2016, and is scheduled to be released in the United States on November 4, 2016, in 3D and IMAX 3D. The film has grossed over $87 million, and was met with positive reviews from critics, who particularly praised its unique visuals.

When director Tim Miller exited the sequel to Deadpool, it was reportedly over creative differences with his star/producer Ryan Reynolds. Speaking to GQ in a recent interview, Ryan Reynolds finally commented on Miller’s departure saying that all he can really add is that he was sad to see him off the film. Though it was a very diplomatic answer, Reynolds then commented on the passion the entire crew had for the movie and it did seem to suggest some clashes behind the scenes.
Speaking of Deadpool, it appears as if the debut movie about the Merc with the Mouth had a surprising connection to the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2, and it has to do with the character of Negasonic Teenage Warhead. Director Tim Miller revealed during Deadpool’s marketing campaign that they wanted Negasonic to have powers more suited to her kick-ass name. But before they could make that change, they had to ask permission from Disney’s Marvel Studios. Via a report from The Playlist, during a Q&A;, Deadpool co-screenwriter Paul Wernick revealed that Marvel did give the okay, saying that Kurt Russell’s Ego, the Living Planet was the character Fox swapped with Marvel to change Negasonic Teenage Warhead powers.

TechCrunch states that Disney is now eyeing to purchase Netflix, with the rumors seeming to intensify after the announcement of AT&T;’s acquisition of Time Warner.
Fox Searchlight Pictures has released a new trailer for Jackie, starring Natalie Portman as the former First Lady. Directed by Pablo Larraín and written by Noah Oppenheim, the film stars Academy Award winner Natalie Portman in a portrait of one of the most important and tragic moments in American history, seen through the eyes of the iconic First Lady. The film also stars Greta Gerwig, Billy Crudup, John Hurt, and Peter Sarsgaard. It opens in theatres on December 2nd.
CBS Films has released a new trailer for Patriots Day, director Peter Berg’s dramatic chronicle of the Boston marathon bombing and its aftermath. Mark Wahlberg stars as Police Sergeant Tommy Saunders who joins survivors, first responders, and investigators in the hunt for the terrorists responsible for the act before they strike again. Patriots Day opens on December 21st and expands wide on January 13, 2017.

CBS Films has released a new trailer for Patriots Day, director Peter Berg’s dramatic chronicle of the Boston marathon bombing and its aftermath. Mark Wahlberg stars as Police Sergeant Tommy Saunders who joins survivors, first responders, and investigators in the hunt for the terrorists responsible for the act before they strike again. Patriots Day opens on December 21st and expands wide on January 13, 2017.
