A look at the history of the WCC through its assemblies from the foundational assembly in Amsterdam (the Netherlands, 1948) to the WCC 10th Assembly in Busan (Republic of Korea, 2013). It has been said that each of the ten assemblies since the World Council of Churches came into being in 1948 has presented the opportunity for the WCC to reconstitute itself. They also reflect changes in the development of world Christianity. A geographical location, historical moment and cultural context of an assembly set a mood and tone for its deliberations and decision-making.
"And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was astonished and followed the beast. Men worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, "Who is like the beast? Who can make war against him?" Revelations Chapter 13 http://www.oikoumene.org/ All churches of the world are members of this organization which is a front for a One World Religion w...

in 1948 the WORLD COUNCIL OF CHURCHES gathered together in order to fight injustice and HIV and do many other nice things and all together lose the main point of the gospel (nearly all christian denominations are actually under this umbrella and dont even know it) why does it matter ?? because they at some point control what churches say and what not say.... yes , very scary in 1962 The Same Pope, who in his own doctrine, and Chatecism Says that "outside of the Catholic church there is no salvation" and at the same time invites many top leaders of many different religions to gather together in order to create some kind of peace and they all came and worshipped their own god and the pope says they are all worshipping the same god and they all dont seem to mind make sense? nope! thats w...

The World Council of Churches (WCC) announced that it launched an Ecumenical Peace Advocacy Network to build a just and sustainable peace, engaging churches, ecumenical organizations and civil society. The WCC claims to have over 300 member churches representing 500 million people. The Church of Rome is an official observer, but not a member. The WCC also has ties with the United Nations. Will the WCC plan bring real peace? Will a false and temporal peace be attained? When does the Bible teach that true unity will take place? Does it warn about a Babylonian unity that Jesus will destroy? NOTE: The NJB verses for Zechariah 2:10-16 are shown as Zechariah 2:6-13 in the NKJV/KJV. A written article of related interest is titled "World Council of Churches launches global peace networ...
