Here we go! Riders from Guadalajara, Jalisco, "Luis Medina" El Wicho, Baisas, representing BMX in Mexico for 2014!
Christopher Hana "El Gringo", Luis Medina, Baisas, and BMX over, Guadalajara skateparks, San Isidro, and Poncitlan Skatepark, were the filming locations of the trip.
After filming with Antifashion for 2014 in their bmx video "Antifashion BMX Trip 2014 Jalisco" with Gerardo Martin as well, I went back to Guadalajara eager to film another bmx video. 1 week later here it is! "Mexico BMX 2014 Luis Medina & Baisas - Lucky Day"
This video was filmed with a Canon 5D Mark III, 24-70mm f/2.8, & HD-2000 GlideCam.

Medina
Medina (/məˈdiːnə/; Arabic: المدينة المنورة, al-Madīnah al-Munawwarah, "the radiant city"; or المدينة, al-Madīnah, "the city"), also transliterated as Madīnah, is a city in the Hejaz, and the capital of the Al Madinah Region of Saudi Arabia. The city contains al-Masjid an-Nabawi ("the Prophet's Mosque"), which is the burial place of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, and is the second-holiest city in Islam after Mecca.
Medina was Muhammad's destination after his Hijrah from Mecca, and became the capital of a rapidly increasing Muslim Empire, first under Muhammad's leadership, and then under the first four Rashidun caliphs, Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and Ali. It served as the power base of Islam in its first century where the early Muslim community developed. Medina is home to the three oldest mosques, namely the Quba Mosque, al-Masjid an-Nabawi, and Masjid al-Qiblatayn ("the mosque of the two qiblas"). Muslims believe that the chronologically final surahs of the Quran were revealed to Muhammad in Medina, and are called Medinan surahs in contrast to the earlier Meccan surahs.

My tip for Ziyarah in both Makkah & Madina would be to book it yourself. try and find a english/urdu speaking guide who will take you on the tour of Madina. This way you have your own time to do what you wish, to see the places, spend time observing these blessed places and not be rushed. Alhumdulilah Allah blessed me again to visit the city of RasoolAllah (saw) - Madina. This vlog is when I went on ZIyarah of Madina.
We visited Masjid Qiblatain, Masjid Quba and Mount Uhud.
My tip for Ziyarah in both Makkah & Madina would be to book it yourself. try and find a english/urdu speaking guide who will take you on the tour of Madina. This way you have your own time to do what you wish, to see the places, spend time observing these blessed places and not be rushed.
In my experience the Ziyarah you get with your packages (from UK) are very rushed. The driver most of the time is Saudi and does not understand English or any other language so it is hard to communicate. The whole ziyarah is rushed and most of the time its in the Mini Van (esp in Makkah - where we were told to stay in the van and just look)
anyways if you can't organize your own Ziyarah, try and enjoy the packaged one as no doubt you will be visiting the blessed lands.

The tall, octagonal minaret of the Sidi Youssef Mosque is the earliest Syric building style in Tunisia. Next to the mosque are the securely guarded government buildings that incorporate the architectural styles of the old town. In the labyrinth of souks there is a tiny square with red-green pillars, the former slave market in which human captives were sold for profit. The 18th century mausoleum of Tourbet El Bey contains the tombs of the Husseiniden Dynasty, its stucco walls and marble pillars highlight the influence of Italian Renaissance. Even today the Medina of Tunis enchants all those who experience it and it is one of the oldest and most constantly populated areas of the Mediterranean that is as evocative as an oriental fairytale.

Mais uma vez a WSL ( World Shame League ), rouba descaradamente o brasileiro Gabriel Medina. Desta vez em Lower Trestles. Medina precisava de um 8,34 depois de ter sido prejudicado com uma nota "achatada" pelos juízes em uma onda muito parecida com a primeira onda 8,67 de T. Gudauskas. Medina além de ter surfado com mais pressão essa onda, ainda finalizou com um snap 360º e mesmo assim recebeu apenas um 7,60. Na Primeira onda Tanner Gudauskas fez 8.67 com 3 manobras e Gabriel Medina fez 8.30 com 7 manobras power , inclusive podemos ver que a onda do Gabriel Medina era maior. Infelizmente esse tipo de "julgamento" esta se tornando muito comum nas etapas das WSL.

Medina além de ter surfado com mais pressão essa onda, ainda finalizou com um snap 360º e mesmo assim recebeu apenas um 7,60.
Na sequência o inacreditável, Medina surfou uma onda maior e mais extensa do que a de Tanner e recebeu apenas 8,30 deixando até os locutores e comentaristas da transmissão oficial em inglês sem entender nada.
