For Silk Sofa's next release, we're proud to welcome back US artist Eric Rigo, who had his first appearance on the label with his 3-track EP "12:10 To Kyoto". This time he showcases "Flight Of The Birds", as well as a short intro song. The title track is accompanied by a remix by label veteran Owen Ear from Ukraine, who just appeared on Silk Sofa with his "Screaming Heart" collaboration with Stereoteric. This release has already received support by Solarstone on his acclaimed "Solaris International" radio show.
The intro song, "Prelude For The Modest", is a soothing and captivating ambient experience, including subtle piano notes and lush pad layers. The Original Mix of "Flight Of The Birds" starts off with an enjoyable soundscape, in which the theme hook of the song is introduced early. The piano notes beautifully accent the theme melody, while numerous background pad lines and sound effects spice up the atmosphere. The remix from Owen Ear begins with lush textures, including intriguing percussion lines and well-crafted sound effects. The original theme melody is turned into a blissful string line, which is supported by the slow, yet captivating groove.

For Silk Sofa's next release, we're proud to welcome back US artist Eric Rigo, who had his first appearance on the label with his 3-track EP "12:10 To Kyoto". This time he showcases "Flight Of The Birds", as well as a short intro song. The title track is accompanied by a remix by label veteran Owen Ear from Ukraine, who just appeared on Silk Sofa with his "Screaming Heart" collaboration with Stereoteric. This release has already received support by Solarstone on his acclaimed "Solaris International" radio show.
The intro song, "Prelude For The Modest", is a soothing and captivating ambient experience, including subtle piano notes and lush pad layers. The Original Mix of "Flight Of The Birds" starts off with an enjoyable soundscape, in which the theme hook of the song is introduced early. The piano notes beautifully accent the theme melody, while numerous background pad lines and sound effects spice up the atmosphere. The remix from Owen Ear begins with lush textures, including intriguing percussion lines and well-crafted sound effects. The original theme melody is turned into a blissful string line, which is supported by the slow, yet captivating groove.
