No Smoking is a 2007 Indian neo-noir psychological thriller film written and directed by Anurag Kashyap and co-produced by Vishal Bhardwaj and Kumar Mangat. The filim stars John Abraham, Ayesha Takia, Ranvir Shorey and Paresh Rawal in the lead roles, while Bipasha Basu appears in an Item number. The film is loosely based upon the short story Quitters, Inc. by Stephen King, which was previously adapted as one of three segments featured in Hollywood anthology film, Cat's Eye (1985). It became the first Indian film to be adapted from a Stephen King short story. The story follows K (Abraham) a self-obsessed, narcissist chain smoker who agrees to kick his habit to save his marriage and visits a rehabilitation centre, but is caught in a labyrinth game by Baba Bengali (Rawal), the man who guarantees he will make him quit.
The film released worldwide on 26 October 2007, but was met with a lukewarm response from Indian critics and mixed response from overseas critics. The film did not perform well at the box office either, becoming one of the major disasters of the year. According to Kashyap, the film failed because, it was considered much ahead of its time, courtesy of its dark and unusual storyline comprising with elements of surrealism, fantasy, dream, reality, horror and dark humour which left critics and the cinema-goers baffled, this was frowned upon by Indian audiences, as it was unconventional, pretentious and they had never seen anything like it.

"Never Ever" is a song performed by R&B singer Ciara. It was the first single released from her third studio album, Fantasy Ride. The song features rapper Young Jeezy, was produced by Polow da Don, and was co-written by Ciara and Elvis "BlacElvis" Williams, who both produced and co-wrote Ciara's single, "Promise", from her second album, Ciara: The Evolution.
I make her sound like a vocalist versus the other stuff she may do that's more performance, where she can get on the dance floor. It's kind of the same thing with Aaliyah. She may not have been the best singer, but her voice was so unique and her sound — she had her own lane, and I think Ciara is like that same thing..
For "Never Ever", Ciara collaborated with previous collaborator and associate Polow da Don, as well as Blac Elvis. Ciara previously worked with the two on a previous single, "Promise" (2006). Polow da Don told MTV News, "We both came up and were raised in the same camp. We've known each other for a long time." When talking about the working relationship between him and Ciara, he replied, "We actually just have this natural chemistry that I don't even have with some of my own artists. I understand her and I understand what she should be doing. I look at it like this: When I work with her, I'm a fan, and this is what I want her to be doing." Polow da Don went on to compare he and Ciara as having the formula to becoming the new Aaliyah and Timbaland, a famed singer-producer combination in the late 1990s.

Never Ever is the debut EP by Park Ji-yeon. It's the first solo work by this member of Korean girl group T-ara, and features the single "1 Minute 1 Second (Never Ever)". The EP was released on May 20, 2014 under MBK Entertainment.
On April 2, 2014 it was announced that Park would have a solo album. MBK Entertainment released a statement saying, “Jiyeon’s solo concept is sexy and will be similar to Park Jiyoon’s 'Coming of Age Ceremony", but with a modern 2014-esque twist.”
On May 20, 2014 the extended play Never Ever was released along with the music video for the single "1 Minute 1 Second (Never Ever)" and a dance practice video. "1 Minute, 1 Second (Never Ever)" is a medium-tempo song produced by Duble Sidekick. The EP also includes the melancholic “Marionette” and “Yeouido Cherry Blossom,” a song by composer Ahn Young-min.
On May 23, 2014, it was announced that Park had been forced to change the dance for "1 Minute 1 Second (Never Ever)" due to the hip dance being deemed too sexy and provocative for the public. A news release from MBK Entertainment said "It is true that we received the call to adjust the mentioned dance from the major broadcast station reps... We added the sexy hip dance to the beginning and middle of the performance dance and music video not to give an erotic feeling, but rather to match the atmosphere of the sensitive dance song '1 Minute 1 Second'... However,we do think that the major broadcast music show reps do have a point, so we have decided to show a modified dance to the viewers."

The Cancer Institute NSW Licensed this campaign from Cancer Council Victoria to use in NSW. This campaign was developed by Cancer Council Victoria in 2010 as research suggested that smokers do want to quit, but lack the confidence and resolve to do so successfully. Eight out of ten Victorian smokers have tried to quit at least once, while more than half of Victorian smokers have tried to quit multiple times. The campaign was developed to inspire hopefulness and self-efficacy in smokers, by informing them that it is normal to make several quit attempts before ultimately succeeding and by encouraging them to keep trying to quit.
