A few things to note:
1. Yes I have ear protection. I'm wearing ear plugs since it was summer and over the ear protection gets really hot really quick.
2. The front right tire does look to be flat. This plane was leaving extremely heavy so there was a lot of weight on the wheels. We would not let a plane leave that might endanger the lives of the passengers on board.
3. YES you are suppose to disconnect the towbar from the tug before disconnecting from the airplane first. What I did was not correct.

Here is one of my favorite videos.
A little background first:
This is my friend/coworkers first time doing a solo pushback (by himself without a lead). So basically I'm riding with him and we start off. He turns too soon and lines up the nose wheel with the outside taxi lines (where the wings should hang over). Obliviously, this is very dangerous, so our lead steps in and pulls the plane back into the right position. In aviation, pushback is an airport procedure during which an aircraft is pushed backwards away from an airport gate by external power. Pushbacks are carried out by special, low-profile vehicles called pushback tractors or tugs.
Although many aircraft can also move backwards on the ground using reverse thrust (a procedure referred to as a powerback), the resulting jet blast or prop wash may cause damage to the terminal building or equipment. Engines close to the ground may also blow sand and debris forward and then suck it in to the engine, causing damage to the engine. A pushback using a tractor is therefore the preferred method to move the aircraft away from the gate.
Pushbacks at busy aerodromes are usually subject to ground control clearance to facilitate ground movement on taxiways. Once clearance is obtained, the pilot will communicate with the pushback tractor driver (or a ground handler walking alongside the aircraft in some cases) to start the pushback. To communicate, a headset may be connected near the nose gear.

Gov. Jerry Brown is weeks away from what is likely the final campaign of a political career that spans nearly half a century. But both landlords and housing activists are worried about the impact in the already tight housing market, and many are calling for regulation. This July 4, let's not mince words. American independence in 1776 was a monumental mistake. We should be mourning the fact that we left the United Kingdom, not cheering it ... It makes measures of planetary importance, like carbon taxes, easier to get through; they still face political pushback, of course — Australia's tax got repealed, after all — but they can be enacted in the first place, which is far harder in the US system ... ....

Then followed me and shouted at me to ‘learn how we do things here’ ... I can’t remember. He’d made a wrong turn ... It does ...
