Il 6 maggio 1976 il terremoto devastò il Friuli. E poi ancora, a settembre. Una terra squarciata, con Gemona e Venzone simboli della distruzione, ma anche della rinascita. La speranza, la forza e il coraggio dei friulani hanno reso possibile far ripartire la vita dalle macerie. Dopo aver raccontato il dramma della comunità friulana di allora, oggi con questo video a 360 gradi il Messaggero Veneto torna a esplorare quei luoghi. Un’esperienza immersiva 40 anni dopo per restituire anche attraverso la tecnologia della realtà virtuale il senso di una comunità ricostruita attorno al suo territorio.

In the late summer of 2004, CAUSA SUI were formed with four players, each of whom had gained his enough experience in his own hardcore metal band. With cringing at Danish pop music scene in those days, they all groped for playing progressive and experimental music, and conclusively found they should play heavy psychedelic and stoner rock they had never lost the desire to make their style with.
CAUSA SUI, getting started as a four-piece band, produced their eponymous debut album through the summer of 2005 with 100 demo tracks and Nasomi Records gave the green light for releasing it in December of the same year. Their musical style is influenced by not only psychedelic rock or Krautrock, but also 60s rock, blues, or 70s heavy metal, etc. etc.
After releasing their second album 'Free Ride' for various reasons CAUSA SUI got to be a trio consisting of Jakob Skøtt (drums and percussion), Jess Kahr (bass) and Jonas Munk (guitars, keyboards, electronics and vocals) - in spite of the musicians decreased, CAUSA SUI now can keep their motivation and activity with giving some gigs and releasing some session albums.
Causa Sui (meaning cause of itself in Latin) is four Danes in their early/mid-twenties, who have made and released music together since before they were teenagers in various genres.
Causa Sui is not the hipster's unintelligent 60ies-look nostagia music, not a scholar's sad search for the most complex of compositions, nor a neanderthal take on sludgy riffs. This is free music -- all written, shaped, played and produced by the band during 9 months of isolation.
Imagine the furious haze of manic Hendrix and Blue Cheer jamming with a young Iggy Pop, recorded and seamlessly layered by krautrockers Can. It's untamed music picked up from the late 60s, not looking back at zeitgeists and other limitations, picking up different trails on the way, wrapped in a complex, but soundwise warm and simple jacket.

Una maestra e i suoi bambini. I nostri!
Un corto circuito. Non sappiamo cosa. Ma dietro quelle finestre della scuola elementare Basile di Taranto dove ogni mattina tante mamme e tanti papà lasciano con fiducia i loro bambini qualcosa a un certo punto ha smesso di essere educativo, umano, addirittura possibile, immaginabile.
Una maestra di una delle classi elementari alle 13.00 di questa mattina è stata raggiunta da un provvedimento cautelare. La Polizia è entrata a scuola e se l'è portata via.
Su di lei incombono accuse pesanti. Si parla di minori percossi, aggrediti, umiliati, insultati. Di urla che invadevano il delicato equilibrio di bambini di appena sei anni. Nella scuola in via Solito e nel Plesso principale dell'Europa cerchiamo di raggiungere il preside. Ci confermano la notizia ma preferiscono non rilasciare dichiarazioni.
Quì ora c'è tanto sgomento e si stenta a credere che un insegnante dal profilo “immacolato” (così ci dicono) possa essere arrivata a tanto.
Ma poi ci sono i bambini che forse con le loro paure, i loro atteggiamenti avranno dato l'allarme. Avranno prima denunciato timidamente credendo di essere loro quelli sbagliati. O forse piangendo, urlando anche loro.
Noi ancora non sappiamo cosa accadeva esattamente dietro quelle finestre piene di stelline e fogli da colorare. Sappiamo però che la verità qui va cercata subito. Perché se dietro quel cancello colorato, violenza c'è stata, è da considerarsi inaccettabile, un delitto ignobile.
Perché ogni urla, ogni strattone, ogni insulto che tra le stelline e la paura è arrivato a ognuno di questi bambini, nella loro testa rimarrà per sempre!

Una maestra e i suoi bambini. I nostri! Un corto circuito. Non sappiamo cosa. Ma dietro quelle finestre della scuola elementare Basile di Taranto dove ogni mattina tante mamme e tanti papà lasciano con fiducia i loro bambini qualcosa a un certo punto ha smesso di essere educativo, umano, addirittura possibile, immaginabile. Una maestra di una delle classi elementari alle 13.00 di questa mattina è stata raggiunta da un provvedimento cautelare. La Polizia è entrata a scuola e se l'è portata via. After releasing their second album 'Free Ride' for various reasons CAUSA SUI got to be a trio consisting of Jakob Skøtt (drums and percussion), Jess Kahr (bass) and Jonas Munk (guitars, keyboards, electronics and vocals) - in spite of the musicians decreased, CAUSA SUI now can keep their motivation and activity with giving some gigs and releasing some session albums.
Causa Sui (meaning cause of itself in Latin) is four Danes in their early/mid-twenties, who have made and released music together since before they were teenagers in various genres.
Causa Sui is not the hipster's unintelligent 60ies-look nostagia music, not a scholar's sad search for the most complex of compositions, nor a neanderthal take on sludgy riffs. This is free music -- all written, shaped, played and produced by the band during 9 months of isolation.
Imagine the furious haze of manic Hendrix and Blue Cheer jamming with a young Iggy Pop, recorded and seamlessly layered by krautrockers Can. It's untamed music picked up from the late 60s, not looking back at zeitgeists and other limitations, picking up different trails on the way, wrapped in a complex, but soundwise warm and simple jacket.

Un corto circuito. Non sappiamo cosa. Ma dietro quelle finestre della scuola elementare Basile di Taranto dove ogni mattina tante mamme e tanti papà lasciano con fiducia i loro bambini qualcosa a un certo punto ha smesso di essere educativo, umano, addirittura possibile, immaginabile.
Una maestra di una delle classi elementari alle 13.00 di questa mattina è stata raggiunta da un provvedimento cautelare. La Polizia è entrata a scuola e se l'è portata via.
Su di lei incombono accuse pesanti. Si parla di minori percossi, aggrediti, umiliati, insultati. Di urla che invadevano il delicato equilibrio di bambini di appena sei anni. Nella scuola in via Solito e nel Plesso principale dell'Europa cerchiamo di raggiungere il preside. Ci confermano la notizia ma preferiscono non rilasciare dichiarazioni.
Quì ora c'è tanto sgomento e si stenta a credere che un insegnante dal profilo “immacolato” (così ci dicono) possa essere arrivata a tanto.
