TSAS is committed to strict privacy and security policies for our email databases. Information is either stored on our own database servers behind a firewall or is hosted by third parties who have entered into agreements with us that require them to strictly observe our Privacy Policy.
We collect your email and name/affiliation only to send you future information as specifically requested by you. We do not collect any other personally identifiable data, nor do we rent or sell client lists or information. We do track information regarding each visit to our websites such as which pages are visited most often, how long a visitor spends on our site, if they experience any errors while visiting, and other information that does not personally identify you but that helps us deliver a more informative and interesting online experience. We deliver requested email communications to permission-based email lists only (opt-in) and ensure that an ‘unsubscribe’ instructions are provided with every communication for easy opt-out. We support the ‘spam-free’ universe concept and hope we can do our part to see it happen one day.
