Secret government program used telepathy to contact aliens
Military-trained psychic spies were able to view non-humans on Earth and elsewhere through remote viewing, argued Jim Marrs at this year’s Secret Space Program conference in Bastrop, Texas.
Jim Marrs is a former newspaper journalist who has written for a myriad of news outlets, including the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He is perhaps best known for his 1989 book Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy, which reached the New York Times paperback non-fiction best seller list and later served as the basis for Oliver Stone’s film JFK.
SRI International developed a method of spying called “remote viewing” in the 1970s, which caught the attention of the CIA and was later passed on to the U.S. Army. Remote viewing is a form of telepathy that perceives places, persons and actions through extrasensory perception (ESP).
According to Marrs, everyone has the ability to do remote viewing. It is not limited to time and place. You can use it to look into the past and future. However, the further you look into the future, the fuzzier it gets, which suggests the future is not determined, explained Marrs.
US Military launches StarGate program
A US military program, known as StarGate, sought to locate and map Soviet Union submarines using remote viewing. The process involved a group of individuals who attempted to visualize the coordinates on a world map, given the magnitude and longitude of the submarines. The program had apparently worked effectively for more than twenty years.
Army intelligence officer Joe McMoneagle is said to be the first man to be taught remote viewing during the StarGate project. The original group consisted of six remote viewers. During the course of the program, there was an interest in UFOs. One of the best remote viewers, according to Marrs, went by the name of Pat Price.
According to Price, he found four alien bases on Earth. They were located on Mount Perdido in Pyrenees, Mount Inyangani in Zimbabwe, Mount Ziel in Australia and Mount Haye’s in Alaska. The organization originally filed the report away.
In 1998, Skip Atwater, executive officer of the grill flame unit, was responsible for giving members of the group odd tasks. He recalled Price’s four alien bases and gave them the coordinates for each. All the members came back and reported that all the bases were on Earth and run by aliens.
Marrs believes that aliens have visited Earth many times throughout human history. Nevertheless, he believes the frequency of visits spiked with the rise of nuclear weapons.
The Aztec Incident
Marrs also referenced the 1948 Aztec story as evidence that remote viewing has been used to communicate with aliens. According to various reports, a UFO crashed in the New Mexico desert in 1948. Alien corpses were taken from the site by the U.S. Air Force, which many believe were dissected.
There has been a lot of controversy about the Aztec story. The reason not many people know about the Aztec story, according to Marrs, is because Aztec is near the Colorado border. Military officials had been tracking the object prior to the crash. When the UFO landed, military units in Colorado immediately rushed to the site and disposed the evidence before anyone had a chance to see it.
In 2009, Randy Barnes of the Aztec Library Association contracted with Problems Solutions Innovations, headed by Lyn Buchanan, who was once in charge of the army’s remote viewing unit. Eleven remote viewers were summoned to take a look at Aztec to see if the incident really happened.
The remote viewers found that a large, silver object designed for transportation flew to the ground. Many people had observed the object. They found “biologicals” in the craft. Some witnesses tried to help the creatures but couldn’t do so due to language barriers. Eventually, the army showed up. There was some sort of negotiation among the parties involved. They took the biologicals inside the craft to an undisclosed location.
According the report, the aliens could use remote viewing to manipulate their captures. Government officials couldn’t let the aliens loose. As a result, an official decision was made to execute the aliens.
Marrs’s claims are mind-bending and provocative. He draws upon multiple lines of evidence to support how remote viewing has substantiated the existence of UFOs. For more information, check out Marrs’s book, Alien Agenda.

Single speed design is simple and durable but not much fun to pedal with, especially if you choose a lower saddle like the ones ones we saw, the fold-down foot rests are comfortable and solid. The batteries rattled a bit and aren't easily removable (to reduce weight when transporting or charge separately), the kickstand is easy to break if you back the bike up while it's down and just didn't seem that sturdy.

You know what one of the neat things about electric bicycles is? It’s the fact that because riders don’t have to rely solely on their own physical strength to propel the things, manufacturers have the freedom to explore designs that aren’t centered around keeping the weight down. Case in the point is the M-1 ebike from Anaheim-based Marrs Cycles – it probably has more in common with a custom Harley Davidson than with anything put out by Specialized or Trek.

The company was founded by Kacy Marrs, who has a background in riding a variety of both bicycles and motorcycles. His business partner, Brad Fanshaw, formerly ran a company that built one-of-a-kind hot rods.
Like Fanshaw’s cars, M-1s are built to order. This means that specs can differ from bike to bike, depending on what the client wants. Rechargeable lithium battery packs are used to power a three-phase brushless rear hub motor. The smallest pack (20 amp hours) reportedly allows a 175-pound (79-kg) rider to travel up to 20 miles (32 km) on one charge without pedaling.
The bike’s top motorized speed is 20 mph (32 km/h) – anything faster, and it couldn’t legally be classed as an electric bicycle in the U.S. That said, Marrs told us that his company has built personal test bikes that exceed that speed. In the photo below, for instance, he was reportedly traveling at approximately 30 mph (48 km/h).
M-1s weigh in at about 140 pounds (63.5 kg) and are available in a number of frame colors and wood veneer types – Metallica frontman James Hetfield is apparently getting one made with cherry wood. Frames are made from 4130 chromoly steel, while the components are a mixture of high-end motorcycle, bicycle, and custom-made parts. It’s mainly those parts that put the bikes in the price range of ... well, of rock stars, or at least people who aren't on a tight budget. Expect to pay a minimum of US$7,000 if you want one for yourself.
“This price is due to the high quality authentic motorcycle components we use and the labor involved in building our components,” Marrs said. “There is no other company that builds anything as close to a motorcycle while still allowing the product to fall under the electric bicycle category.”

two retired Air Force psychologists, Dr. Bruce Jessen and Dr. James Mitchell, who have been credited with being the architects of the CIA's so-called "enhanced interrogation techniques," have their names redacted in the 480-page executive summary of the report, according to current and former US officials knowledgeable about the contents of the document.
The CIA hired Mitchell and Jessen as contractors in 2002 to train interrogators and to develop an "alternative" set of interrogation methods for Abu Zubaydah, the CIA's first high-value detainee who was captured in Faisalabad, Pakistan in March 2002. Later, Mitchell and Jessen formed a company, Mitchell Jessen and Associates, and were contracted by the CIA to continue working on the torture program. Mitchell and Jessen reportedly personally took part in the waterboarding sessions of CIA detainees.
Those details, however, were uncovered by investigative journalists and human rights researchers — in the decade since the first revelations about the torture program came to light, they have never been confirmed by the CIA.
The Senate is not happy that the CIA censored its report on CIA torture. Read more here. Remember back in April, 2007, when then-CIA director George Tenet appeared on 60 Minutes, angrily telling the program host, “we don’t torture people”? Remember a few months later, in October, President George W. Bush saying, “this government does not torture people”? We knew then it was not true because we had already seen the photos of Iraqis tortured at Abu Ghraib prison four years earlier.
Still the US administration denied that torture was torture, preferring to call it “enhanced interrogation” and claiming that it had disrupted so many terrorist plots. Of course, we later found out that the CIA had not only lied about the torture of large numbers of people after 9/11, but it had vastly exaggerated any valuable information that came from such practices.
However secret rendition of prisoners to other places was ongoing.
The US not only tortured people in its own custody, however. Last week the European Court of Human Rights found that the US government transferred individuals to secret detention centers in Poland (and likely elsewhere) where they were tortured away from public scrutiny. The government of Poland was ordered to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages to two victims for doing nothing to stop their torture on Polish soil.
How tragic that Poland, where the Nazis constructed the Auschwitz concentration camp in which so many innocents were tortured and murdered, would acquiesce to hosting secret torture facilities. The idea that such brutality would be permitted on Polish soil just 70 years after the Nazi occupation should remind us of how dangerous and disingenuous governments continue to be.
This is the first time the European court has connected any EU country to US torture practices. The Obama administration refuses to admit that such facilities existed and instead claims that any such “enhanced interrogation” programs were shut down by 2009. We can only hope this is true, but we should be wary of government promises. After all, they promised us all along that they were not using torture, and we might have never known had photographs and other information not been leaked to the press.
There are more reasons to be wary of this administration’s claims about rejecting torture and upholding human rights. The president has openly justified killing American citizens without charge or trial and he has done so on at least three occasions. There is not much of a gap between torture and extrajudicial murder when it comes to human rights abuses.
Meanwhile, former CIA director George Tenet and other senior current and former CIA officials are said to be frantically attempting to prepare a response to a planned release of an unclassified version of a 6,500 page Senate Intelligence Committee study on the torture practices of that agency. The CIA was already caught tapping into the computers of Senate investigators last year, looking to see what information might be contained in the report. Those who have seen the report have commented that it details far more brutal CIA practices that have been revealed to this point.
Revelations of US secret torture sites overseas and a new Senate investigation revealing widespread horrific CIA torture practices should finally lead to the abolishment of this agency. Far from keeping us safer, CIA covert actions across the globe have led to destruction of countries and societies and unprecedented resentment toward the United States. There has been a lot of controversy about the Aztec story. The reason not many people know about the Aztec story, according to Marrs, is because Aztec is near the Colorado border. Military officials had been tracking the object prior to the crash. When the UFO landed, military units in Colorado immediately rushed to the site and disposed the evidence before anyone had a chance to see it. In 2009, Randy Barnes of the Aztec Library Association contracted with Problems Solutions Innovations, headed by Lyn Buchanan, who was once in charge of the army’s remote viewing unit. Eleven remote viewers were summoned to take a look at Aztec to see if the incident really happened. The remote viewers found that a large, silver object designed for transportation flew to the ground. Many people had observed the object. They found “biologicals” in the craft. Some witnesses tried to help the creatures but couldn’t do so due to language barriers. Eventually, the army showed up. There was some sort of negotiation among the parties involved. They took the biologicals inside the craft to an undisclosed location. According the report, the aliens could use remote viewing to manipulate their captures. Government officials couldn’t let the aliens loose. As a result, an official decision was made to execute the aliens. Marrs’s claims are mind-bending and provocative. Optional battery size upgrade for improved range (up to 100 miles), twist throttle is simple to use and a large hydraulic disc brake offers good power but there was only one brake on the models I tested. Single speed design is simple and durable but not much fun to pedal with, especially if you choose a lower saddle like the ones ones we saw, the fold-down foot rests are comfortable and solid. The batteries rattled a bit and aren't easily removable (to reduce weight when transporting or charge separately), the kickstand is easy to break if you back the bike up while it's down and just didn't seem that sturdy. -

It’s the fact that because riders don’t have to rely solely on their own physical strength to propel the things, manufacturers have the freedom to explore designs that aren’t centered around keeping the weight down. Case in the point is the M-1 ebike from Anaheim-based Marrs Cycles – it probably has more in common with a custom Harley Davidson than with anything put out by Specialized or Trek. The M-1 features a mixture of motorcycle, bicycle, and custom-made components The M-1's top speed is 20 mph (32 km/h) A rear view of the M-1 Metallica frontman James Hetfield is a Marrs customer The company was founded by Kacy Marrs, who has a background in riding a variety of both bicycles and motorcycles. His business partner, Brad Fanshaw, formerly ran a company that built one-of-a-kind hot rods. Like Fanshaw’s cars, M-1s are built to order. This means that specs can differ from bike to bike, depending on what the client wants. Rechargeable lithium battery packs are used to power a three-phase brushless rear hub motor. The smallest pack (20 amp hours) reportedly allows a 175-pound (79-kg) rider to travel up to 20 miles (32 km) on one charge without pedaling. The bike’s top motorized speed is 20 mph (32 km/h) – anything faster, and it couldn’t legally be classed as an electric bicycle in the U.S. That said, Marrs told us that his company has built personal test bikes that exceed that speed. In the photo below, for instance, he was reportedly traveling at approximately 30 mph (48 km/h). M-1s weigh in at about 140 pounds (63.5 kg) and are available in a number of frame colors and wood veneer types – Metallica frontman James Hetfield is apparently getting one made with cherry wood. Frames are made from 4130 chromoly steel, while the components are a mixture of high-end motorcycle, bicycle, and custom-made parts. two retired Air Force psychologists, Dr. Bruce Jessen and Dr. James Mitchell, who have been credited with being the architects of the CIA's so-called "enhanced interrogation techniques," have their names redacted in the 480-page executive summary of the report, according to current and former US officials knowledgeable about the contents of the document. The CIA hired Mitchell and Jessen as contractors in 2002 to train interrogators and to develop an "alternative" set of interrogation methods for Abu Zubaydah, the CIA's first high-value detainee who was captured in Faisalabad, Pakistan in March 2002. Later, Mitchell and Jessen formed a company, Mitchell Jessen and Associates, and were contracted by the CIA to continue working on the torture program. Mitchell and Jessen reportedly personally took part in the waterboarding sessions of CIA detainees. Those details, however, were uncovered by investigative journalists and human rights researchers — in the decade since the first revelations about the torture program came to light, they have never been confirmed by the CIA. The Senate is not happy that the CIA censored its report on CIA torture. Read more here. Remember back in April, 2007, when then-CIA director George Tenet appeared on 60 Minutes, angrily telling the program host, “we don’t torture people”? Remember a few months later, in October, President George W. Bush saying, “this government does not torture people”? We knew then it was not true because we had already seen the photos of Iraqis tortured at Abu Ghraib prison four years earlier. Still the US administration denied that torture was torture, preferring to call it “enhanced interrogation” and claiming that it had disrupted so many terrorist plots. Of course, we later found out that the CIA had not only lied about the torture of large numbers of people after 9/11, but it had vastly exaggerated any valuable information that came from such practices. However secret rendition of prisoners to other places was ongoing. The US not only tortured people in its own custody, however. Last week the European Court of Human Rights found that the US government transferred individuals to secret detention centers in Poland (and likely elsewhere) where they were tortured away from public scrutiny. The government of Poland was ordered to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages to two victims for doing nothing to stop their torture on Polish soil. How tragic that Poland, where the Nazis constructed the Auschwitz concentration camp in which so many innocents were tortured and murdered, would acquiesce to hosting secret torture facilities. The idea that such brutality would be permitted on Polish soil just 70 years after the Nazi occupation should remind us of how dangerous and disingenuous governments continue to be. This is the first time the European court has connected any EU country to US torture practices. The Obama administration refuses to admit that such facilities existed and instead claims that any such “enhanced interrogation” programs were shut down by 2009. We can only hope this is true, but we should be wary of government promises. After all, they promised us all along that they were not using torture, and we might have never known had photographs and other information not been leaked to the press. There are more reasons to be wary of this administration’s claims about rejecting torture and upholding human rights. The president has openly justified killing American citizens without charge or trial and he has done so on at least three occasions. There is not much of a gap between torture and extrajudicial murder when it comes to human rights abuses. Meanwhile, former CIA director George Tenet and other senior current and former CIA officials are said to be frantically attempting to prepare a response to a planned release of an unclassified version of a 6,500 page Senate Intelligence Committee study on the torture practices of that agency. The CIA was already caught tapping into the computers of Senate investigators last year, looking to see what information might be contained in the report. Those who have seen the report have commented that it details far more brutal CIA practices that have been revealed to this point. Revelations of US secret torture sites overseas and a new Senate investigation revealing widespread horrific CIA torture practices should finally lead to the abolishment of this agency. Far from keeping us safer, CIA covert actions across the globe have led to destruction of countries and societies and unprecedented resentment toward the United States. Secret government program used telepathy to contact aliens
Military-trained psychic spies were able to view non-humans on Earth and elsewhere through remote viewing, argued Jim Marrs at this year’s Secret Space Program conference in Bastrop, Texas.
Jim Marrs is a former newspaper journalist who has written for a myriad of news outlets, including the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He is perhaps best known for his 1989 book Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy, which reached the New York Times paperback non-fiction best seller list and later served as the basis for Oliver Stone’s film JFK.
SRI International developed a method of spying called “remote viewing” in the 1970s, which caught the attention of the CIA and was later passed on to the U.S. Army. Remote viewing is a form of telepathy that perceives places, persons and actions through extrasensory perception (ESP).
According to Marrs, everyone has the ability to do remote viewing. It is not limited to time and place. You can use it to look into the past and future. However, the further you look into the future, the fuzzier it gets, which suggests the future is not determined, explained Marrs.
US Military launches StarGate program
A US military program, known as StarGate, sought to locate and map Soviet Union submarines using remote viewing. The process involved a group of individuals who attempted to visualize the coordinates on a world map, given the magnitude and longitude of the submarines. The program had apparently worked effectively for more than twenty years.
Army intelligence officer Joe McMoneagle is said to be the first man to be taught remote viewing during the StarGate project. The original group consisted of six remote viewers. During the course of the program, there was an interest in UFOs. One of the best remote viewers, according to Marrs, went by the name of Pat Price.
According to Price, he found four alien bases on Earth. They were located on Mount Perdido in Pyrenees, Mount Inyangani in Zimbabwe, Mount Ziel in Australia and Mount Haye’s in Alaska. The organization originally filed the report away.
In 1998, Skip Atwater, executive officer of the grill flame unit, was responsible for giving members of the group odd tasks. He recalled Price’s four alien bases and gave them the coordinates for each. All the members came back and reported that all the bases were on Earth and run by aliens.
Marrs believes that aliens have visited Earth many times throughout human history. Nevertheless, he believes the frequency of visits spiked with the rise of nuclear weapons.
The Aztec Incident
Marrs also referenced the 1948 Aztec story as evidence that remote viewing has been used to communicate with aliens. According to various reports, a UFO crashed in the New Mexico desert in 1948. Alien corpses were taken from the site by the U.S. Air Force, which many believe were dissected.
There has been a lot of controversy about the Aztec story. The reason not many people know about the Aztec story, according to Marrs, is because Aztec is near the Colorado border. Military officials had been tracking the object prior to the crash. When the UFO landed, military units in Colorado immediately rushed to the site and disposed the evidence before anyone had a chance to see it.
In 2009, Randy Barnes of the Aztec Library Association contracted with Problems Solutions Innovations, headed by Lyn Buchanan, who was once in charge of the army’s remote viewing unit. Eleven remote viewers were summoned to take a look at Aztec to see if the incident really happened.
The remote viewers found that a large, silver object designed for transportation flew to the ground. Many people had observed the object. They found “biologicals” in the craft. Some witnesses tried to help the creatures but couldn’t do so due to language barriers. Eventually, the army showed up. There was some sort of negotiation among the parties involved. They took the biologicals inside the craft to an undisclosed location.
According the report, the aliens could use remote viewing to manipulate their captures. Government officials couldn’t let the aliens loose. As a result, an official decision was made to execute the aliens.

It’s the fact that because riders don’t have to rely solely on their own physical strength to propel the things, manufacturers have the freedom to explore designs that aren’t centered around keeping the weight down. Case in the point is the M-1 ebike from Anaheim-based Marrs Cycles – it probably has more in common with a custom Harley Davidson than with anything put out by Specialized or Trek.

The company was founded by Kacy Marrs, who has a background in riding a variety of both bicycles and motorcycles. His business partner, Brad Fanshaw, formerly ran a company that built one-of-a-kind hot rods.
Like Fanshaw’s cars, M-1s are built to order. This means that specs can differ from bike to bike, depending on what the client wants. Rechargeable lithium battery packs are used to power a three-phase brushless rear hub motor. The smallest pack (20 amp hours) reportedly allows a 175-pound (79-kg) rider to travel up to 20 miles (32 km) on one charge without pedaling.
The bike’s top motorized speed is 20 mph (32 km/h) – anything faster, and it couldn’t legally be classed as an electric bicycle in the U.S. That said, Marrs told us that his company has built personal test bikes that exceed that speed. In the photo below, for instance, he was reportedly traveling at approximately 30 mph (48 km/h).
M-1s weigh in at about 140 pounds (63.5 kg) and are available in a number of frame colors and wood veneer types – Metallica frontman James Hetfield is apparently getting one made with cherry wood. Frames are made from 4130 chromoly steel, while the components are a mixture of high-end motorcycle, bicycle, and custom-made parts. It’s mainly those parts that put the bikes in the price range of ... well, of rock stars, or at least people who aren't on a tight budget. Expect to pay a minimum of US$7,000 if you want one for yourself.
“This price is due to the high quality authentic motorcycle components we use and the labor involved in building our components,” Marrs said. “There is no other company that builds anything as close to a motorcycle while still allowing the product to fall under the electric bicycle category.”

two retired Air Force psychologists, Dr. Bruce Jessen and Dr. James Mitchell, who have been credited with being the architects of the CIA's so-called "enhanced interrogation techniques," have their names redacted in the 480-page executive summary of the report, according to current and former US officials knowledgeable about the contents of the document.
The CIA hired Mitchell and Jessen as contractors in 2002 to train interrogators and to develop an "alternative" set of interrogation methods for Abu Zubaydah, the CIA's first high-value detainee who was captured in Faisalabad, Pakistan in March 2002. Later, Mitchell and Jessen formed a company, Mitchell Jessen and Associates, and were contracted by the CIA to continue working on the torture program. Mitchell and Jessen reportedly personally took part in the waterboarding sessions of CIA detainees.
Those details, however, were uncovered by investigative journalists and human rights researchers — in the decade since the first revelations about the torture program came to light, they have never been confirmed by the CIA.
The Senate is not happy that the CIA censored its report on CIA torture. Read more here. Remember back in April, 2007, when then-CIA director George Tenet appeared on 60 Minutes, angrily telling the program host, “we don’t torture people”? Remember a few months later, in October, President George W. Bush saying, “this government does not torture people”? We knew then it was not true because we had already seen the photos of Iraqis tortured at Abu Ghraib prison four years earlier.
Still the US administration denied that torture was torture, preferring to call it “enhanced interrogation” and claiming that it had disrupted so many terrorist plots. Of course, we later found out that the CIA had not only lied about the torture of large numbers of people after 9/11, but it had vastly exaggerated any valuable information that came from such practices.
However secret rendition of prisoners to other places was ongoing.
The US not only tortured people in its own custody, however. Last week the European Court of Human Rights found that the US government transferred individuals to secret detention centers in Poland (and likely elsewhere) where they were tortured away from public scrutiny. The government of Poland was ordered to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages to two victims for doing nothing to stop their torture on Polish soil.
How tragic that Poland, where the Nazis constructed the Auschwitz concentration camp in which so many innocents were tortured and murdered, would acquiesce to hosting secret torture facilities. The idea that such brutality would be permitted on Polish soil just 70 years after the Nazi occupation should remind us of how dangerous and disingenuous governments continue to be.
This is the first time the European court has connected any EU country to US torture practices. The Obama administration refuses to admit that such facilities existed and instead claims that any such “enhanced interrogation” programs were shut down by 2009. We can only hope this is true, but we should be wary of government promises. After all, they promised us all along that they were not using torture, and we might have never known had photographs and other information not been leaked to the press.
There are more reasons to be wary of this administration’s claims about rejecting torture and upholding human rights. The president has openly justified killing American citizens without charge or trial and he has done so on at least three occasions. There is not much of a gap between torture and extrajudicial murder when it comes to human rights abuses.
Meanwhile, former CIA director George Tenet and other senior current and former CIA officials are said to be frantically attempting to prepare a response to a planned release of an unclassified version of a 6,500 page Senate Intelligence Committee study on the torture practices of that agency. The CIA was already caught tapping into the computers of Senate investigators last year, looking to see what information might be contained in the report. Those who have seen the report have commented that it details far more brutal CIA practices that have been revealed to this point.
Revelations of US secret torture sites overseas and a new Senate investigation revealing widespread horrific CIA torture practices should finally lead to the abolishment of this agency. Far from keeping us safer, CIA covert actions across the globe have led to destruction of countries and societies and unprecedented resentment toward the United States.
