Yolo DA Jeff Reisig Hides Evidence - The Other Side of the False Press Releases

Due to the recent Tax Payer wasted money on the Appeal to ID card entitlement, that I Won in court, but I did not want to spend money on fighting the Appeal that I already won, I have been getting a lot of questions about the case. So here is my explanation on what the case was about, how much time, money and resources were spent on protecting Jeff Reisig and how the system is stacked to protect the crooked in power. What you read about this case is the Gov, Jeff Reisig and his tax payer paid Attorney's put out. As I say in the video: I NEVER ADMITTED THAT MY LETTER WAS FALSE OR UNTRUE. - In legal terms to confuse the dumb tax payers that believe whatever the press prints - the wording used is False Allegations, meaning if I can't prove everything I said, then the rules say it is considered a false allegation, that is a far cry from not being true or me admitting I lied. I have always stood by my letter as being true, accurate and I testified in court under oath that it was true. I was always willing to take a polygraph and have never wavered. I never admitted to making up anything since I did not. There was NEVER any investigation by any Gov agency except by Jeff Reisig and surprise he found himself innocent. The so called Independent Investigation conducted by a so called OUTSIDE Attorney, was paid for, hired and controlled by the Jeff Reisig and the County. Her reports, notes and specifics of the case is the Property of the County and Jeff Reisig, they will only release things that make them look good and will not release everything or things that would prove my statements correct or true. Attorney Client Privilege. Things in the case that were never in the media: - The AG that should investigate this did NOT investigate and they tipped off and called DA Reisig about the complaint the day they got it and never investigated anything. - The State Bar investigation called Jeff Reisig over the phone, he told them my letter was not true and they closed their investigation, they never interviewed me, my Lt or any other witnesses or looked at any evidence. - Reisig was the worst witness I have ever seen i 30 years in law enforcement, he kept looking down, sweating, wiping his forehead, had dry mouth, kept drinking water and his main response was "I don't remember that" and "I have no recollection of that." - The hearing Judge (a lawyer), said that one of the Lt's testifying for the county was so unreliable and not creditable that he could not believe he was a cop. This was on the recorded Transcripts of the hearing, however Yolo County refuse to provide copies of the tapes and when they were finally ordered to produce, they could not be found and were lost. The tapes of the hearing were never produced. They disappeared like the report about the lying witness which stated this whole thing. - DA Reisig never gave an interview or took any questions from the press, he only did written press releases, so he could hide under his rock, so the press only printed what they were given by him. - The Public Defender's Office represented the defendant in the trial. After my letter went public, I contacted the Public Defender to have him call me to the stand or hear details of what happened and he told me that he did not want to talk or get involved and I should get an attorney fast, since he knew the spear campaign was going to happen. Isn't our system great, even when your PD gets information the DA is hiding evidence, they refuse to want to hear it. - Crooks who get caught in a crime are always told to deny everything, admit nothing, give nothing in writing and demand proof - That is exactly what Jeff Reisig did. I, on the other hand, who had nothing to hide, put my complaint in writing, testified in open court, under oath, that my letter was accurate and truthful, answered questions and provided creditable witnesses. In the end, I was wrongly fired and the county lost the hearing and was ordered to give me job back. My Lt. also won and found to be wrongly fired and the country was ordered to give him his job back. Neither of us wanted to work for a crooked agency run by a crooked DA so we took a settlements offered by the county and resigned. We did not have to resign, We chose to resign. The county paid both of us a settlement and we both retired and both currently collect a monthly retirement for life. So if someone wants to believe that we both lied, made this story up and somehow because we lied two different judges gave us our jobs back, we both could have returned to work, the country paid us both settlements and we both got our retirements for life? Then why don't more people just make up things, sounds like a good deal... anyone that believes that needs to wake up. As for the recent appeal on the ID Card issue only, the County Won, pretty tough to win when the other side does not show up or provide any information, but somehow Yolo pulled it off and won.
