The Metabones
Canon EF adapter lets you mount
Canon lenses to
Sony E-mount or micro four thirds cameras depending on which model you get. This is an electronic adaptor which allows you to access the aperture of the lens, all the
EXIF data from the lens and even supports auto-focus (sort of anyway).
One of the problems with lenses such as Canon EF or the
Nikon G series is that there is no manual aperture adjustment. This makes it difficult to mount these lenses to other cameras.
In this video I will break down the pros and cons of the adaptor.
