Reba Nell McEntire (born March 28, 1955) is an American country music singer, songwriter and actress. She began her career in the music industry as a high school student singing in the Kiowa High School band, on local radio shows with her siblings, and at rodeos. While a sophomore in college, she performed the National Anthem at the National Rodeo in Oklahoma City and caught the attention of country artist Red Steagall who brought her to Nashville, Tennessee. She signed a contract with Mercury Records a year later in 1975. She released her first solo album in 1977 and released five additional studio albums under the label until 1983.
Signing with MCA Nashville Records, McEntire took creative control over her second MCA album, My Kind of Country (1984), which had a more traditional country sound and produced two number one singles: "How Blue" and "Somebody Should Leave". The album brought her breakthrough success, bringing her a series of successful albums and number one singles in the 1980s and 1990s. McEntire has since released 26 studio albums, acquired 40 number one singles, 14 number one albums, and 28 albums have been certified gold, platinum or multi-platinum in sales by the Recording Industry Association of America. She has sometimes been referred to as "The Queen of Country". and she is one of the best-selling artists of all time, having sold more than 85 million records worldwide.

CMT Crossroads edition with Reba McEntire and Kelly Clarkson, which aired on June 24, 2007
I own no rights to this. This video was filmed for those who didn't get to attend this concert. I put my phone down on the chair a couple times because I tried to get Reba to notice me but at one point she just looked directly at me. I was excited about that. This concert was a blast and I hope whoever went had a blast like I did. To make things clear, Reba is the only artist in country music that I'm actually a fan of. I've been familiar with Reba since this past November (one month to my birthday) and became a fan right away after listening to her music and watching her TV show. I have originally planned to see her in Bethlehem, PA on August 11th but then my mom saw the Ohio State Fair promotion and got tickets. I recorded the full show for those who didn't get to attend. My favorite s...

The bed is cold and empty in the morning light
I'm searching for my pride through tangled covers
And loneliness is not a very pretty sight
When you first discover
Chorus:
That it's over
A hard one to lose
Love hurts
It's sad but true
He wanted my arms around him
Oh without a doubt
He wanted my warm red lips
Soft on his mouth
He loved all of me
Except for one small part
He wanted everything
Everything but my heart
Love is not an easy word for me right now
Too much has happened to my feelings
It's gonna be rough not having him around
Until time has done some healing
And it's over
And I'm over you
Repeat Chorus (Starting at Love Hurts
